Jon was amazing. Ive known Jon for a while, and Jon and I have sent each other referrals before. So, when it came time to buy my own home, there was no question who I would trust to handle the loan. But Jons service was so much more exceptional than I anticipated.I expected the experience to be stressful. But it was painless. Jon handled everything. He was efficient, proficient, expedient, creative; just incredible. He provides a platform that makes downloading documents so easy, his team follows up after EVERY event, and they are so fast. In my case, Jon coordinated two separate lenders, kept rates as low as he could, took control of the entire process, and was ready to close several weeks early.Five stars isnt enough. Jon was phenomenal in making our dream of owning a home a reality. He expertly guided us through our first home owning experience and honestly don’t think we could’ve asked for a better individual to make it happen. He was upfront at all times and explained the process, requirements, etc in a way we could easily understand. Jon and his team consistently updated with progress and was easily accessible for any questions. He was able to get us a loan that allowed us to get $25K towards closing costs! We used Jon and his team to refi our house a couple times and was amazed with how great of work they did for us. We just finished using them to complete a new loan for a house in the desert and couldnt be happier with the timing and efficiency of the whole process. Where to even start? Jon is intelligent, kind, funny, responsive, fast, and thorough. Hes everything we could have asked for and more in a mortgage professional. Jon helped my partner and I as first time home buyers back in 2019 and then led us through the refinance process in 2020 when interest rates were at an all-time low. He secured outstanding loans for us both times. One thing about Jon is that he is on your side. Jon will look out for your financial interest and clearly paints out what youre getting yourself into, from the monthly mortgage to closing costs.And when we refinanced, Jon made sure wed actually be saving money, finding the best interest rate at the best closing cost for us. We got daily letters from all sorts of refinancing scams. I am very grateful to Jon, who, in addition to securing our great rates, taught us how to really understand, cut through the noise, and be smart with our loan options. Working with Jon was a great experience. I am a real estate agent and have worked with many lenders. Jon was always professional and kept in constant communication about the buyers loan. He made the process smooth and easy on for me and the buyers. He was ready to close early however the sellers werent ready to move early.Jon would definitely be recommended and I will definitely use him again.

Jon exceeded our expectations during an extremely busy time. It was our first home purchase and we had all kinds of questions and concerns. He really made an effort to explain things to us in a way that we could understand. With so many options available, its easy to wonder whether or not youre receiving authentic help. Working with Jon put those concerns to rest. He made himself available at times that worked with our schedule as well. We also were able to close in time to utilize a weekend to move, which for us, was HUGE. We cant recommend him enough!

Go with Jon! You wont regret it. Buying a home can be very stressful, especially for a first time home buyer. Im also very analytical and question everything so will usually add additional stress on my own. Although, with Jon, he spent hours with me some days to make sure I understood everything I had questions about. His knowledge of the real estate market is really impressive and youll know through his experience, youll have some of the best advice out there. I always felt that he had our best interests in mind and was never in it just for the profit (which is hard to find). Jon truIy enjoys helping people out. Even 6 months after buying our home, hes still available to answer any questions I may have. I will never hesitate to recommend Jon to my family or friends that are looking to purchase a home.
