I reserved and pre-payed via website, it was super easy to manage and pay. I received many confirmations and tips which were reassuring and helpful! They are awesome. Ive used them before but I was very disappointed to know that my Jolly jumper had a big hole on the left side of the seam. I told the guy right away as I was doing my inspection when they dropped it off. He said, no problem and proceeded to put a black piece of duct tape over the rip. It was really tacky and ugly. I spent lots of money on my decorations all to have this big Jolly jumper with a duct tape on the side where the guests are sitting. Throughout the party we had to keep re-taping the same spot with some of our own tape. You can tell the Jolly jumper was losing air. I was super mad but it was my sons 2nd birthday and I didnt need a Jolly jumper issue at the last minute so I just let it be. 😓

Then I got a text the day before confirming our delivery and our delivery time, excellent communication!The delivery drivers were on time for drop off and on time for pickup.Weve had experiences in the past when booking a bouncer where we werent sure if they were going to show up the morning of the event because we couldnt get ahold of anyone.Jolly Jumps was excellent from start to finish! This was our first time renting from Jolly Jumps. There service was amazing and they had pricing that is hard to beat. They notified me, via text the day before, they would arrive 30 minutes before my appointment time. They were 5 minutes earlier than that! Set up was easy. The jump house was clean and the kids had a blast. When it was time to break down, I had the power off before there arrival so it seemed they were in and out for the break down process. I loved the contactless payment options. We were able to give them a tip via online payment. We will be using them again!

Ive utilized Ashishs Jolly Jump business for over 6 or so years now. Pre-covid and post. We book them for many of our Command morale events on the Navy base here in Port Hueneme. Weve had them come out for some of our events with several hundred people to as much as over 1,200. Ashish is always very polite and accommodating. He works with our schedule, budgets, and strict base requirements. He is always prompt with his communication and clear on what he needs to get done to make the event a full success. Him and his people are professional, nice and polite. He shows up to set up when scheduled and on time to make sure everything is ready to go with the equipment. He checks-in in person throughout the event to check on the staff and equipment to ensure everything is running smoothly to make the overall event a great success. I greatly appreciate his efforts and our employees and even their kids have an amazing time playing on all the inflatables he offers. He has quite the variety of choices as well. I had great experience working with these folks. They are flexible and understanding. I rented one large bouncy castle for my daughters BD party. They came on time and set it up/tore it down very quickly. The price was good but non-negotiable, but it wasnt a deal breaker as the service was great overall. The absolute best company for bouncy houses! Excellent customer service with Ashish, the bounce house was clean and in excellent shape, and his rates are super reasonable. This is the only company we will use for all our bounce house and entertainment needs!

Jolly Jumps has brought many smiles to various school fundraiser and event in the Ventura Unified School District. They are accommodating and take all the stress from putting together a fundraising event. I wouldn’t use any other company, everyone I talked to was professional, responsive, and reliable.
