Jon was awesome. Friendly, Knowledgeable, and easy to work with. We are a brand new start up lab and it was such a blessing to have found him. He came in on time, was very professional and even trained me on how to program my electronic pipette. He cared and did an amazing job. I highly recommended him and will use them again.

Joint Matters exceeded my expectations. Their professionalism, expertise, and prompt service ensured my equipment is performing at its best. One thing that really stood out was that although Jon had not calibrated my exact instrument before, him and his team were able acquire the right instruments to expand their capabilities to be able to continue supporting our calibration needs (while the other local calibration facilities were not willing to do this!). I highly recommend them to anyone that is in need of calibration services and also appreciates the extra effort!
