Johnson computer is very professional. I sent my laptop in with a detached battery connector from the motherboard, Jane and her husband did a quick diagnosis for me and then completed the repair work within a day. He took pride in his work and looked after every detail. The result is clean and professional. Highly recommend this repair shop to everybody, is hard to come by a place like this anymore.

Jane was super incredible with saving my data on my computer. I brought it to Best Buy Geek squad and they couldnt even do it. But Johnson Computers saved all my important data for my business and transferred it to my new computer. I definitely recommend anyone who needs computer service to hit it up.

Best Buy fed me so I came here and they the job easily. They helped me out a lot. Dont take anything to geek squad because the mess up everything and just say they cant do anything or its not there fault. Jane was super helpful. Check was $65 and data recovery was $300. I highly recommend this repair shop.

Thank you Jane for excellent work on computer! Very fast service and communicated with me the entire process so I knew what to expect. My computer was having some serious lagging issues and the touchpad was broken, but entire machine is now back to working well, fast, and restored to like new. Will return as a customer! I really rely on this computer for my design work and appreciate it being saved!! 🙌🏽

I am so grateful I found Jane at Johnsons computer. I initially took my laptop to add RAM or memory, whatever terminology it is. My laptop did not allow for any of that to happen, she explained what i could do. Then I ran into a real problem with being locked out of my desktop. Jane was able to extract all the files and saved me from a major problem with my company files. She tranfered all my files to a new laptop and saved my desktop from me tossing it to the computer graveyard.She is my official my go-to computer expert!

Very friendly staff. I came in for my Asus laptop which had a frozen Asus logo screen. They were able to replace the drive very quickly and fix the problem.

Jane was incredible. My 10 year old MacBook had a corrupted hard drive and she saved it — allowing me to retrieve the files. Nobody else could do anything about it and she saved the day. She’s super communicate and kind. Couldn’t be happier.

Jane is one of the nicest and most engaging people i’ve had the pleasure of meeting. after my laptop keyboard stopped responding and i took it to her, she was very honest and upfront with me about the likely problem (corrosion inside) and the cost, and even told me since i had found workarounds (bluetooth keyboard) and it was still serviceable, in her opinion it wouldn’t be worth the cost. i highly recommend anyone with tech issues come here for a consultation!

Jane was super responsive and helpful during my custom built computer diagnosis and repair. She kept me informed of every step of the process and was very thorough in her process.My windows failed to boot one day (Automatic System Repair didnt work as well), which originally seemed to be a Windows OS issue. However, after many hours of examining the issue, Jane found out that my primary M.2 SSD was failing intermittently. She worked her magic to recover ALL of my data on my SSD by a laborious process of heat-gunning the faulty SSD to achieve temporary access, while also disassembled my other two drives (from my motherboard, one of which was under a hefty GPU) to preserve their integrity during this diagnosis. I ended up buying a new replacement SSD which was shipped directly to her office; the entire process was transparent and smooth, and Janes only goal was to help me fix my situation and not offer me any unnecessary charges. Overall, given the amount of time she spent on my computer, her price was super fair considering the large amount of data I had.I later realized that I needed a clean OS install (to repair some corrupted file paths/links from the data recovery process), and Jane took that all on for me at no additional cost. She also gave me some useful pointers on best practices and desktop maintenance.I have the highest praises for her professionalism, attention to detail, thoroughness and availability throughout the entire process.(Side note, Jane also does USB flash drives data recovery)Could not recommend her enough!
