I had a regular mechanic from before. Went to her for over 10 years. She passed. Had to find a new mechanic. Found Johns Automotive. Was taking an past car to him; now taking my new car to him. Same excellent service. From brakes, to AC, etc.John is up front, caring, and straightforward with what needs to be done. All service has been in a timely manner. Yasmine is pleasant and cordial at the front desk. The mechanics at the station are kind and welcoming as well.Will definitely be returning to Johns for all car care and maintenance.

I’ve bought two cars from John’s and I’ve worked with Carl both times. They made everything so easy and they genuinely care about you getting the car that’s perfect for you. I’m a college student and needed something safe for work and school. When I came in Carl already knew what car I would love, gave me a great price, and the finance team had me approved before I even left the lot. I knew they were great after my first time buying from them but after almost buying my second car from another dealer I realized just how great they are at John’s, how kind, helpful, and honest.

John is such a wonderful person-he is so kind and trustful… I took my car in because I thought my battery was dying, and he looked at it for no charge. Can’t recommend this business enough. I’ve been going to them for the past five years, and have sent many people there. This is THE GUY.

John’s is my go to mechanic. He has done numerous fixes on my car and have had no problems. He is timely and has great customer service. Would highly recommend.

Excellent service, owner is wonderful and the staff is very knowledgeable. Being a former Automotive technician and a current automotive enthusiasts I dont just take my car to any one!! They are great and have very reasonable prices. Two thumbs up for this shop!!!!

After a detailed description of what needed to be done to a car of mine, John quoted a price over the phone. Once the vehicle was towed to his lot, at my expense, he refused to honor the quote and wanted to charge me more than double, plus parts. After several conversations and compromises by me, an agreement still could not be reached. The vehicle was towed back to my home. I am still out the $100 for the tow!

Be very careful with any business you do with John. Apart from his shop he sells cars, he is a very dishonest businessman. We bought a car from him, in which he lied to us about the origin of the car. He assured us it was a family car and that the car had been not been driven much. We trusted him as he spoke about religion and being an honest person. A few weeks later the car broke down. We took it to three mechanics who all informed us that the timing belt had been replaced and wrongfully assembled. We had to look for John as he had refused to give us any contact information after the sale. His son claimed his phone numbers were private and that communication should be through Facebook only. Kind of strange for someone who owns a shop. Luckily we used social media to find him. Ironically we found he had listed his number for other cars he was selling. We went to his shop and went to ask about the car we had purchased and history behind the work it had done. His story completely changed and was trying to convince us that he did not say it was his cousins. Even though when I was taking photos and videos of the car the day we went to see it, you can hear him saying that it was his nephews. He then said he would help us because he felt bad. Turns out him helping us was him offering an overpriced service for the engine, that wouldn’t even solve the issue. I don’t know John personally and can’t make any judgment on that. From a business side I would advise you to look else where. I want to help you avoid the problem he put us through. I would have not written this if it didn’t really pain me, the dishonesty and poor businesses tactics of John.

John has been so helpful and so nice while figuring out the problem my car has. From doing my oil change to spending 5 hours fixing my car, I highly recommend this place to everyone. I will be a life-long customer. I am so glad my Mom recommended this place to me. John and his mechanics are very professional and nice.

John and his staff are professional, and friendly. He clearly explained all work necessary to get my PT Cruiser that had been sitting in my driveway for a year back on the road. It runs, and looks like a new car. Great job well done
