It was a wonderful experience to work with Johnny. He is knowledgable, professional, honest and cool. We had a lot of questions and he had the patience to answer them all. Johnny helped us find our new home and we never thought it to be this smooth. He is very professional and did a great job. He did thorough research for all the listings we were interested in and gave us information that we would have honestly missed.We did close our house in 25 days and Johnny did help us at every step and explained to us everything we needed. We highly recommend him and take his expertise while hunting your home. Johnny is amazing! He was a big help for first time home buyers like us. He looks at all the disclosures in detail and puts everything out clearly. Most realtors try to overlook crucial information in disclosures but Johnny supplemented us with each and every detail so we could make an informed decision. He helped schedule tours at our time of availability and also helped grab early opportunities, as they came. I would highly recommend him!!
