I highly recommend this appliance place! Guisselle’s customer is amazing and she was so helpful and knew exactly what I was looking for. The moving guys were so friendly and hooked everything up fast and efficiently. On top of everything it didn’t cost us an arm and a leg to purchase from them.

I called to cancel an appointment with this company and they charged my property management a cancelation charge of $100. No technician showed up because I canceled it and you’re going to charge $100 ridiculous. Look elsewhere for service as these nickel and dime companies surely aren’t worth their salt.

Terrible experience with their repairs. Instead of sending someone out to determine what was wrong they made us wait for them to order parts. They said they would call after the part was delivered to schedule the repair...they did not. Mind you they refuse to schedule repairs until they have the parts. Then we had to wait another 4 days before someone was available to come do the repair. No surprise they did not have the correct parts so then we had to go through this whole process again. Meanwhile I have not been able to do laundry in weeks and keep having repair men track dirt through my house while I have to take off work to be at the house.

I highly recommend this store - Kedrick and Jeuelz came out and measured my kitchen cutouts before ordering my appliances - this involved actually pulling out my old double oven and removing my cooktop to get exact measurements. Kedrick and Jeuelz were very meticulous in the way they measured, remeasured, took photos, and relayed information back to their office to recommend the right sized appliance - you could tell that they both really knew and cared about what they are doing. The phone support is also always really great - I dont know the girls name, but shes always really nice and very receptive.

I Purchased a Significantly discounted “Out of the Box” Stainless Steel Refrigerator for my newly Renovated Kitchen. The Sales woman was very helpful and cordial. The Delivery Team was on time and Polite. They needed to remove the Refrigerator Door Handles to fit it through the doorway and did it with not problems. They also hooked up the Water tubing to the Plumbing and did everything with a smile. I was very satisfied and extremely happy with the entire process.

We were in need of a refrigerator, not too costly but reliable and matching other appliances. As new home owners we were very pleased and impressed with the service. Everything went so smooth. Each of the customer reps were well informed about their products. Answered all the questions we had, and had great suggestions. Customer service personnel worked effectively in placing our order, scheduling delivery. Most of all they carry a well priced warranty program too boot!

I wanted to comment on the service that was rendered by a Johnnies Appliance technician on May 4, 2022. Denicio, I apologize if I misspelled his name, was the tech who came and serviced my freezer. He was exceptionally professional, worked quickly to diagnose the issue affecting my freezer, and immediately fixed it. He even added additional screws to better secure the tray. He didnt even have to do that and yet he did.I have used Johnnies Appliances twice to service my kitchen appliances and their techs have done a great job both times. I highly recommend this company for its quick response, professional demeanor of its staff, and cost for service.

I shopped around for a dishwasher I wanted. Looked at all the big box stores but the model I wanted wasnt readily available or the delivery/installation dates were too far off. Even waited for the prices to come down during national sales, but they didnt. Then I went into Johnnies, and even though they essentially had the same price as the big box stores, they were able to offer installation within days, and promised that if I had any trouble with it theyd be able to respond quickly as they were certified by the manufacturer to make repairs. Delivery and installation were less expensive, and it included all of the necessary extra hoses and hardware that they needed to complete the job. They even gave me the ability to buy the extended warranty (at a reasonable rate) months from now if I think I might need it. Overall, a good experience that I was looking from a big box store, but from a local small businesses that seemed to really try to look out for my best interests. Id definitely return for my appliance needs.

So pleased with the service I received from Johnnie’s Maytag! I call this morning because my dryer had gone out and Carlos was at my home to check out the problem within a few hours. Great communication, arrived on time, and very professional. Carlos was very nice; and while it initially seemed as though the problem was going to be my motor needing to be replaced, I was delighted to find out it was actually a much easier fix! Very reasonable price for the service call and labor, and I am thrilled that this dryer still has some life left in it. I would definitely use Johnnie’s again to service my appliances!

The day of the appointment they showed up on time, and quickly switched out the refrigerator. They were very professional and friendly through the whole process. Called for a repair on a residential Speed Queen stack unit, specially the dryer (which had no power). This referral came directly from the manufacturer support line, since the unit was out of warranty. The tech took about an hour to trouble-shoot and requested the electronic part(s), which were very expensive with labor. We decided not to proceed and had the technician texts us on the part(s) needed (since we had paid for the diagnostics). Come to discover that the tech had given us a very expensive part to buy for a washer electronic board, when the problem was the dryer. Watched a few YouTube videos and downloaded the manufacturers manual. Come to discover that the tech had given us a (expensive) wrong part to buy, when it was the dryers power board that had the problem. Bought the very affordable part, installed it, and got it working again.Take away: When the part and the labor start to rival the cost for a new dryer, get another opinion or learn to do it yourself. Great thanks for people sharing there how-to videos on YouTube.

Johnnies Appliances was referred to us by a friend and we are so glad we found them. We moved into a new place and the current dishwasher was a mess inside and out. I called in to ask about a dishwasher I saw on their website and they informed me they had at there new Location in Signal Hill. This was so convenient since I live blocks away. Went in on a Saturday and they had my dishwasher installed by Monday morning. The delivery crew was very professional. I believe their names were Kedrick nd jon. They Explained the functions and ran the appliance before leaving to ensure it worked. Will definitely be going back for more appliances.

We needed a washer bad and on a Sunday!! Who was open but Johnnies Appliances!! Awseome!! Went there and picked out our washer. I couldnt wait for a delivery so I loaded the washer on my truck with the help of my wife and the sales person that sold us the washer. Sorry didnt get her name but she was great, THANK YOU!!Got home and connected it myself and ran my first load of clothes. Started making some sort of clicking sound but not too loud. So we then ran a second load and the movement of the drum was making an even louder noise and at a certain spot it stop running and drained all the water that was inside. Clothes were not washed but soaking wet. At this point the washer did not want to turn on at all. On thing I understood from the salesperson is that the appliances are checked thoroughly before being placed on the showroom for sale. Im seeing a lot of reviews with my same situation!!So I make a service call an they are able to help me an send a service tech 2 days later and came at the time I was told and was very professional and told me there were 3 parts that needed replacing that he would come back a soon as the parts were received. I called back to check status of parts, the next day, the parts were in and told me they were shorts staffed that I would not get another service call for another 6 days!!!!! pending any cancelations. I didnt make a fuss but sounded a lil upset about that over phone. Not too happy but was going to wait.Well I did get a call back that same afternoon and was told that there was a cancelation for the next morning. AWSOME!!!. I immediately agreed to it.. the tech came out during the time I was told, installed parts and washer is working fine, so far. Only been a week so crossing my fingers.Being a new customer you would think they would jump through hoops to make you happy. All in all I was, but the washer having immediate problems and being told 6 days till my next service date. That didnt make me feel to happy. Cancelation helped!! Thanks for fixing my washer.

Johnnie’s appliance always comes promptly and conducts work efficiently! The previous landlord incorrectly installed our dryer and so every 6 months or so we have an issue. The technician was able to diagnose the problem and let our landlord know. Would recommend again for service.

I have 46 units I manage with 46 stoves and 46 refrigerators. When I need them I can count on them being there when they said they would be there. I find every service man Ive encountered has been knowlegable and courteous. My 4 year old LG dryer went out after 3rd service call and it still didnt work refunded all prior invoices paid. I use them to this day and will continue to use them.Definitely better than most after doing this for over 30 years. Would I recommend them I have and will.

Literally bought a stove yesterday and was told delivery would be between 9am-1pm and they would call 30 mins prior. They called around 10 and we WAITED. An hour passed and we called, they said oh we waited 20 mins outside and no one answered. NO ONE EVER CAME. We had a family member doing yard work outside, and someone in the living room by the door ready to answer. No one ever showed up. They gave us a Covid excuse “we can’t go in because of a possible exposure risk” THEN WHY DID WE PAY FOR DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION. This was horrible. An entire morning wasted. We needed the range ASAP and that’s why we bought it. Wouldn’t recommend unless you’re picking and installing yourself.Update: they were able to bring it today, and the two men who installed it were VERY professional and respectful. Came up to the door and knocked, did what they had to do and gave us some tips for the oven. Did run into a bump when the oven wasn’t heating up and they immediately called their technician come over to see if they can take a look. After they finished installing the tech came within an hour or so and quickly fixed the problem. Again all three men were working efficiently and professionally. As well as willing to address any other concerns we had. Thank you.

I couldn’t find a freezer anywhere in Orange County; Home Depot had the same freezer for $200 more and I had to wait 2 months due to it being on back order. I normally am not big on writing a review, but Johnnies is definitely worth making an exception for. I originally had an issue with my washer and unfortunately the location I bought it from had closed down. Initially I was reluctant in going to Johnnies, but fortunately decided to give it a try since it is in the area. Initially i was expecting a sales pitch on buying another washer, instead I pleasantly surprised and told that they, Martin, thought he might know what the issue was. Sure enough, Martin of Johnnies arrived a few days later, and fixed my washer. Not only did he fix my machine, but also gave me helpful tips to increase the longevity of my washer. They didnt see me as money signs, instead treated me like a person, and in turn, now have a very please customer. I would recommend them to anyone reading this post!

I took Home Depot warranty and had filed a claim for my washing machine which is kind of leaking intermittently. The technician comes out and tests for few of the scenarios and tells me that it is working fine. Later he thinks it could be a drier problem also tells me that water could be leaking from some where else. I told the technician to take whatever time it needs and asked him to let me know if he needs anything to allow him to check whatever it takes. I can clearly say that the technician didnt diagnose all the situations. He spent like an hour and half and left immediately because he had to look after other customers. Now a lady from this company calls me to take a video, where exactly the water is leaking. If i know about washing machine, i could have repaired myself. Just an example, If there is a problem in your computer (Non computer background), would take video where exactly it is happening, do you exactly know what the computer is doing it to you ? I had paid $150 specifically for maintenance. I would rather give away my washing machine to these guys and buy a new one instead.

We had a tech from Johnnies come out to fix our washing machine since it wasnt washing our clothes properly and leaving lint all over them. He was at our house for 5 minutes and said nothing was wrong with the machine and said we had to clean our washer with Affresh. We bought Affresh and ran a cycle and it was still not working properly.I called Johnnies to have them send another tech out and they said it would cost $75 and theyd send a SENIOR tech - I dont know why they didnt send out an experienced, educated tech the first time. They also didnt believe me that there was something wrong with the machine. They ended up cancelling my second appointment without telling me and said its because they didnt want to charge me $75 because the tech wouldnt find anything wrong with the machine.After a week and a half of wasted time, we finally had a different company send a tech out who said we had to get our suspension replaced. He replaced our suspension and our machine works perfectly.I wouldnt trust Johnnies with any of our appliances. They waste your time and money rather than spending the time to diagnose and solve your problems.

Rating for new appliance sales, delivery and installation only. Unassuming small store jammed with mostly Whirlpool and related brand appliances. Surprisingly straight forward sales associate and manager answered questions and were professional in not pressuring the sale. They knew enough to actually be helpful in making the best decision for my needs- not just aiming to maximize their revenues by trying to up sell me like sales staff at regional appliance chains usually do. Installation and delivery was by two man crew who were on time and efficient in getting everything set up. They tested out the installations and gave mini-demo of how to use the appliances. I would shop here again if I need appliances in the future.

I have been looking online for a Jenn Air range. I have always wanted one, as I love to cook and bake. My hubby asked me to find what I want for my bday. After looking online for months. I searched 10/29 & l found it! I drove over 1.5 hours to pick it up and I get there and the griddle that is displayed in the picture was not there. The lame excuse was we sold it to a lady who bought the other Jenn Air a couple days ago, she paid the extra $150 for it...Ok so you take it from the one I purchased and do not tell me? Then Jerry sd Oh we can give u this griddle... I was like why would I purchase a high end range and put just any griddle on it??? Then he goes on line and says oh you couldnt get it anyway bcz it is on backorder. I thought that was pretty funny bcz at the same time, I found it online and ordered the genuine part for $50. So they charge the so called other lady 3x the cost of the original for a nice 200% profit. I then sd well deduct $50 for the griddle, he sd I cant do that. So not only did they falsely advertise the item,they over charged someone for the griddle that was on the range I purchased. Damn, I hope the range works...smdh...NEVER AGAIN...Next complaint to the BBB.I was never told over the phn there was no griddle...that is a flat out lie!!! or why would I ask foe one and why would you offer another???

This place was a lifesaver. After accidently breaking the replacement part from another store Saturday night I was left with no option but to get another on Sunday. After searching far and wide, calling all the stores I could across L.A. I was about to give up as no one was open on Sunday until I found this store.Both of the ladies working the counter were very courteous (in person and on the phone) as well as knowledgeable about the manufacturers recommendations for installation on the ignitor piece.I give this place 5 stars, rarely do I find businesses like this. I was having a problem with the fan in my freezer making a very loud noise. Eventually this led to another problem where the cold air was no longer being circulated into my fridge. I got in contact with the management company and then was contacted by Johnnies Appliances. Set the appointment up for same day service and was very satisfied with the technicians prompt & professional services. My refrigerator and freezer are now working flawlessly thanks to the professional work of Johnnies Appliances!

Service is HORRIBLE! Made an appt was told theyll be at my home 1-5, I had to call @ 4:30 & they werent aware of appt. The repair man didnt show up, @ 6:20 a different repair man was called the last minute. A week later still no call back of how much repairs will cost. It looks like they were more interested in the service fee than the repair. Dont bother with them.

Do not make deals with Them, I have had 2 unpleasant situations with Them, my last payment did not happen and they made me pay $1300 to be able to close my account and yet they just charged me again and since January I had finished making payments, I dont know They hold you responsible, they tell you that they closed the account and it is not true, I was on a call for a long time trying to solve this and it still wont let me access my account. Be careful alert🚨🚨🚨Be very careful, after this comment they continue to charge me, in fact they just did it with another name, and I call them and when I present my situation, they hang up the phone.
