I’ve worked with John Wheeler since I moved to California back in 2013 both for my business and personal moving from Texas to California. I had both my personal car policies and renter policies moved over with a breeze from my previous State Farm agent and it was super easy. As I grew and started my own business I made sure to stick with John Wheeler as he is trustworthy and easy to communicate with and his team is always easy to get ahold of. I used to think insurance agents were just there for to take my money monthly, and did nothing otherwise, until I met John Wheeler. He cared about the whole picture and my whole life. John insists that I have so many points on my license that I am uninsurable, this despite me providing a print out from the DMV that says I have one point on my license. Per John you have as many points as our system says you do, it does not matter what the DMV or court says. Calls to his office are regularly ignored, he and his staff are rude and unprofessional. He inherited his clients from the previous agent, Philip driver, who was a SUPERB agent and served our family for 25 years. John has steadily lost clients since inheriting them. Avoid John and State farm.

As they got their driver’s licenses he had a real heart to heart conversation with them about the importance of safe driving.
