Ive been coming to Dr.Lickings office for several years. When I was younger I had some unpleasant experiences at the dentist that gave me anxiety and reservations when finding a new dentist. Dr.Lickings team welcomed me and made me feel very comfortable. I felt that I was in good hands. They are quick, efficient, and thoughtful. If I struggle with x, y, and z they remember each visit and are always patient and considerate. Plus they have great local photography to gaze upon.

Dr. John Licking recently placed a restoration (abutment/crown) for me on a previously placed implant. The procedure was seamless and painless; the result was very comfortable and functional. This was precision treatment expertly done! I cannot recommend Dr. Licking and his team highly enough for any dental restorative procedure!

I’ve been a patient of Dr Licking for years. I appreciate his expertise in his craft. Always very welcoming and considerate of your dental needs. The staff is excellent. Judy P the office manager is the best! Dr Licking’s dental knowledge, experience and skills are as good as they come. I highly recommend his services!

Dr. Lickings is always thorough and professional. Came in to fix a crown that came off. Made a potential unpleasant experience a very bearable one. He explained every step of the way, so no surprises when my tooth was worked on. Tai was very good as well.

I went in to fix a front crown. Dr. Licking and Ty did a wonderful job, except the tooth color didnt match all that well. (They have limited color choices in the office.) They fit me in a week later to redo a mold and then sent it to their local lab. Since the color was difficult to match, they had me go to the lab to get a perfect match. Doc put it on today, and it is just perfect. I so appreciate his attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile to make it right.

The practice was very professional, and everyone was friendly and most importantly the place was clean and efficient. I feel that Dr. John Licking is very confident in what he does, and I felt comfortable during the teeth cleaning. I wont dread the next doctors visit and I am looking forward to getting more work done through this practice. It was my first visit, and I can already see a significant difference in my brighter smile, thanks Dr. Licking! Seems their equipment are high end machines, I was done in 45- with X Ray and photos of all angles in my mouth included. It was very nice to stick around and chat with Annie at the front desk :)

Dr. Licking saw me last minute on his last day in the office before the holidays. My tooth had chipped a big chunk and I just couldnt risk the holidays without having it looked at. I cannot say enough how much I appreciate him seeing me last minute and squeezing me in to address it so I could have peace of mind over the holidays! He is wonderful!

Dr. Licking has been our family dentist for over 20 years. He is an exceptional dentist. Hes honest, sincere, full of integrity and depth. He has a gentle, kind nature that puts you at ease. Even with emergencies, he finds time to fit you in. He is a consummate professional and makes sure that his patients are well-formed about the procedures he recommends or is performing, before, during, and after the work is done.His entire staff is also excellent and feel like family. I think about them during holidays and whenever I pass by the office. They help create a welcoming ambiance, and represent a positive aspect of living in Sunnyvale, aside from the great weather.

I have been extremely fortunate with having Dr. Licking as my dentist for several years.Dr. Licking’s skills are beyond commendable and his manner is quite gentle. I never feel uneasy, or question his abilities while I’m sitting in his dental chair.His staff, Judy, Annie, Ty and all his hygienist are alway very professional, warm and welcoming!I never question that my dental health as well as comfort is their utmost priority.

Ive been Dr. Lickings patient ever since I can remember, probably in the neighborhood of 25 years. Ive never understood peoples fear of the dentist, as Ive never once had an unpleasant experience with him or anyone on his magnificent staff. I feel incredibly fortunate to be able to have had this team help me maintain my dental hygiene. I have, and would, highly recommend them if youre in the market for a new dentist.
