John is incredible. He’s such a kind person, so working with him is a pleasant experience. He is knowledgeable, thorough, and on top of it. His negotiating skills are incredible—ask him and let him brag about how much he got the sellers to knock off the price for repairs in my purchase, because the number is frankly obscenely high. On moving day, John showed up with food and beers for my friends that were helping me and moved a bunch of heavy boxes in himself! I was so lucky to have found John and I will recommend him to anyone and everyone who has real estate needs in Northern California.

I cannot say enough good things about John. He was recommended to me after my prior realtor moved out of the area. From the moment I contacted him, he was available and communicative despite his busy schedule. He has a great intuition for what someone is looking for. He was friendly, honest, optimistic, and a fantastic advocate for me. He was not afraid of picking up the phone to get more information or when negotiating the terms of my purchase. He presented me with the pros and cons for everything and tapped into his vast connections to get things done quickly. It was clear to me that he was focused only on getting me a house that I would be happy with and would benefit me. I felt in good hands throughout the process and am eternally grateful that he was recommended to me. I was looking to buy a second home that was practical for my small family. Even though I was purchasing my second home, I still had a lot of knowledge gaps and as a single mom, limited time to devote to the process. I would definitely use him again when I buy my third house and have already begun recommending him to friends.

John is incredible person, puts his client’s needs first, great personality, and flexible. Back in 2019, he helped us move from the bay area to Sacramento. We were first time buyers and he was with us throughout the whole journey, processing paperwork, working with the seller and their real estate agent. He has been so thoughtful of us even after moving in and we appreciate everything he has done. I always recommend him to friends and family. I hope your kindness gets returned in tenfold.

Overall an excellent experience! Moving across country during a global pandemic in a historically competitive market to purchase our first home is daunting to say the least but John Ojo went above and beyond to make our dream a reality. He truly listened to what we were looking for in a neighborhood, home, yard, etc and worked diligently to find us exactly what we wanted. As first time home buyers we had no idea how difficult the process of putting together a competitive offer and closing on a house could be, especially in the current market. We called John after a family member recommended him. We were moving from Minnesota to Sacramento, in the middle of a pandemic, and needed to buy our first house on a tight deadline, knowing that we would be doing a lot of it virtually, in a competitive market. John totally stepped up to the challenge, took us under his wing, and made the process efficient, informative, and dare I say **fun**. We found and closed on our first home in 60 days. We didnt actually see the home in person before we had the keys. The home came in under budget after some of Johns negotiations, is in the quaintest neighborhood, and we just cannot get over how PERFECT this home is for us. We could not have done it without John! Such a fun, nice, & hardworking person that happens to be a great realtor!

John Ojo recently helped us sell our home. His level of professionalism and experience exceeded our expectations. With his advice we were able to sell our home well above the listing price in a matter of 4 days on the market. What I like the most about working with John is that he listened to what I had to say I told him my numbers I told him where I wanted to be and he never wasted a minute of my time showing me something not in my number. I got a house so fast it wasnt funny and after the purchase he was still there for me he was a godsend thank you John for everything
