I recently had the pleasure of working with John on the sale of my home in Wolf Creek. I interviewed 4 agents before selecting John Lewis, and it was a great decision. Johns no drama, no nonsense approach made a difficult time so much less stressful than I felt it would be after talking with other agents. John had my home sold above asking price in just 5 days after listing. We had some bumps during escrow that he handled calmly, efficiently and without causing me a second of stress...I cannot recommend John strongly enough.

John Lewis, Realty Executives of Temecula Valley is a ROCK STAR! He sold our house very quickly, getting us $5,000 OVER our asking price.We were upside down on our house after the huge crash in 2008. The prices have come back, but just not enough to cover our first and second mortgage, so we needed someone to help us with a settlement offer on the second. We interviewed a number of realtors in Temecula. They were all very nice, but none of them came up with the solution of how to get the house sold with our situation.John sat down with us and was very clear about how he would market our house, and negotiate with the various lenders. John told us what needed to be done, he did everything exactly as he said he would, and got the deal done for us in a very short time.I can not recommend John Lewis and Realty Executives of Temecula Valley strongly enough. My wife and I were very concerned about how everything would work out, and how quickly it could be done. John was very calm, cool and professional, and it made the whole experience way easier!We also used Johns escrow company, Monarch Escrow, that was just as smooth and professionally as our experience with Realty Executives.I have bought and sold many houses, and even though this transaction was the most complex, it was also the smoothest, thanks to John and the staff at Realty Executives of Temecula Valley. John Lewis sold our home in record time. He also helped us in purchasing some acreage in Wildomar. He is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. John always answered our calls and made sure we were happy. He even made a video and took professional photos of our home. He had our home listed everywhere. First day it was on the market we had 6 people interested in looking at our home. Next day we had a offer and closed escrow before we knew it. I would definitely work with him again and recommend him to our family and friends.

I consider John more than just a realtor he is also a great friend, he always had my best interest at heart. He has helped me buy a home twice and sell a home once. He is absolutely the best realtor I have ever worked with. His knowledge, experience and connections are second to none in real estate. Everyone I have referred to him was shocked at how fast he gets the job done and comes through for his clients. Whats more is he truly cares about his clients and making sure they get the best deal and he works for you, getting the deal done quickly. John Lewis is the best Real Estate Agent ever. I have purchased and sold real estate several times in my life and have dealt with several agents over the years and John Lewis represented my in a very difficult purchase. He negated a really great deal for me regarding the purchase price but then he also made sure that I got the repairs not only discovered but got them done by licensed contractors. John Lewis left me in the rain literally.... I will explain exactly my first time home buyers experience. I went to look for my first new home. You know that feeling if you bought before, and even if you had not bought you dream what the experience will be like... Like a Cinderella feeling going to a ball, the American Dream.I was a dream loan candidate no debt and a VA loan all ready so all we had to do was pick out the home. Sadly though we wanted San Diego the town we were looking at was a bit out of our price range, but the realtor was very nice and showed us some great homes. We were looking for a bit more for a bit less cost. Temecula was our second choice. We didnt have a realtor in Temecula and we saw this office. It wasnt busy at all, no clients that we could see at the time and we were met by John Lewis. We looked for a bit online and found a few prospects. All were foreclosures though at the time werent most? We looked at them in person found one that was ok and decided lets put an offer in. This is where he only has his own best interest and if your a first time home buyer he will not look out for you. My fault for not knowing what I was getting in to buy a warning for ANY first time buyer as he will take advantage of you.He said well if you want to make an offer its good to put a little bit over asking price to let them know your a serious buyer. He paused and said you dont know how many other people have offers on the home and you can loose it. I didnt know about Zillow or any other web based programs to show homes on the market. John showed us his MLS but didnt show us or tell us about facts on the home. One that it was on the market for a very long time, almost a year. That the price has dropped and he wants us to come in over. Sure he does, more profit for him.Once we put in our offer over asking price he said I know you have a VA loan but let me send you to my friend she can write up a better loan for you. Again my fault as I should have done a bit more homework. After this he was non-existent.So we bought the home, called John and asked how do we get the keys. He stated they are at your front door just go to your new home. Its pouring raining and we drive to the home and look everywhere for the keys. Were soaking wet, called him again and he said they should be right there... Finally he says, Ill be there in 20 minutes I have them right here. After making a great deal of money for just hours of work on us as a client this is how he treats us?Please if your a first time home buyer he does NOT have your best interest at heart. I have been much wiser and met many other realtors since then that will earn their commission not try to just get a sell. Last thing he said was if you send xxxx clients to me and they buy a home we will send you and your wife on a vacation. Since then I had 26 other friends buy a home and I recommended 0 to John. They all had very pleasant home buying experiences and are very happy with their purchase. Stay clear from this place they do not have to customers interest at heart. My first time home buying experience was a nightmare. Every time I had a question about my purchase after I accepted the purchase he was not there for me and I had to fend for my self. Dont use his friend who does loans either. There are fair and good loan brokers who will tell you up front the truth. Stay clear.

John is a hard working Broker/Realtor that is quick to respond to your questions and is very knowledgeable in his profession. Whether it was phone calls, text messages or emails, John was quick to get back to me. His integrity is obvious and that means a lot in the real estate world.
