John and his team are fantastic. I usually work with Chris, his office manager who’s amazing. The rest of the team are also efficient and super nice. I have all my policies with them, including life insurance, commercial insurance, auto and homeowners insurance. Every time I call, they were always excited and happy to help me. I worked with other insurance agents but John and his team are the best. You never will have to wait for them to pick up the phone. They have a rule that they pick up the phone before the third ring. Thank you John and Team.

Not Good customer service and worst customer service after you be a client or ex client.i spoke with Alex whoever pick up phone looking for Brandon as a John ask me to do Still no respond or no call back after.John used to helpful I feel that he want to do business with me but after that I feel he Just helping when they want get your money. after being a client his disappear . He Not helping at all not recommended this company. I have Been a client and file claims because I have incident the State Farm cut off the policy and the agent nothing help. He said I’m not even a year become a client. What the point we purchase an insurance to cover all incidents. Be careful with this company. Also US bank never get me any rewards don’t trust them. I’m very disappointed. I ask update about my worker compensation last year still didn’t get the answer .
