John was amazing showing me condos, stick built homes, mobile home parks and new housing developments so that I could make the right decision to purchase my snowbird home. He was a wealth of information, very professional, very patient with my numerous requests for information on properties, very accommodating including taking several videos for me as part of the time I was searching long distance. John was all around a super nice and honest man to work with and if ever I need real estate services again I will certainly be using him. I 100% would recommend him for any real estate needs you may have.

From my first meeting with John, he took a keen interest in understanding my objectives, needs and expectation. Throughout the listing process, John consulted with me regularly to develop a marketing plan consistent with my those objectives. John made himself available (when I couldnt be in the home) to manage a few home improvement projects. John constantly evaluated and communicated activities and changes in the home market in my area and helped me to evaluate the offer when it was made. Throughout the sales process, John communicated clearly and frequently, and provided a great deal of assistance in planning and conducting OPEN HOUSE events and suggesting several local resources (escrow, inspection, etc.) who were all outstanding in their experience and helpfulness. I highly recommend John as a dependable and well-experienced realtor with a high level of integrity. He was always courteous and friendly in our communications with each other and with others. I am confident that (due to Johns efforts), I received a timely purchase offer at the highest possible sell price.

After having spent the last 25 years or so on the Real Estate Broker side of the business on the East Coast, when it came time to enlist the services of a real estate agent in Palm Springs we knew the type of agent we wanted to work with. We were looking for a house during the difficult covid period when open houses were not performed. John got a clear understanding of our requirements and presented us with several options. His selections matched our needs perfectly. He obviously took great care to listen to what we were looking for and worked hard to find appropriate results. He went above and beyond by providing detailed online tours of the houses for us. John is professional - which I would expect from a realtor I used - but more important he cared about us and our experience. I think we found one of the best realtors in the business and would certainly use him again.

In short, John was amazing and working with him was so comfortable. We reached out toJohn via a random connection online, looked at a few homes with him then we changed our minds and decided not to buy. A couple of months later we decided that we did wish to move and we called John again and he was there for us immediately and throughout the whole process.We really did not know what we were looking for or where and John took the time to show us a variety of homes in different areas and stayed patient until we locked in to our new home. He definitely stayed by our side during the complete purchase process as well as during our move in and he stayed available and helped address the few issues that appeared afterwards.We still reach out to each other, to check in.If we ever move again he will be, the first call.Thanks John.
