John Clark is an excellent agent. At first, I wasn’t sure exactly what type of home I was looking for. John showed me several properties in Marin county and Vallejo and talked about the home buying process at great lengths. I was particularly impressed by his knowledge of architecture and design. Eventually I was able to narrow down my search and we found a perfect home off-market. John was receptive to my hesitations as a first time buyer and did not push me to write an offer. We saw that particular home several times before I was ready. He was patient as I shopped around for lenders and helped me negotiate a great deal.

John is an amazing real estate agent and we could not have asked a better agent for our first home. His research in the field is outstanding which helped us to make an informed decision while making the biggest purchase of our life.We were looking for a house for our boys and John knew exactly what we were looking for. Every suggestion he made was based on data and not on speculation. I really appreciate his honesty and only providing the factual information. He is very responsive and is only a call or text away.The nervousness we had on buying the first house started disappearing as we started communicating with John. I would highly recommend John to everyone. Hes a true professional and a great person to work with.

Absolute 10 out of 10.First off, John is a true professional and did an incredible job in guiding me through the process of preparing & listing our home. He showed amazing insight into the mindset of our buyers and always provided many options to us based on budget, ability to execute and timing to sell. John was instrumental in maximizing the house’s value and ensuing it presented well to those who viewed it.Selling a house is not easy and you need someone on your side who will set appropriate expectations, help keep you on your own timeline and will smooth out the rough patches. John embodies this and he was just a nice person to speak with when I was stressed. You should really partner with him and I would absolutely do so again if selling or buying a new place.

John was tremendous for us as a buyers agent. He listened to and acted on our needs and preferences, and even though we saw quite a large number of properties over an extended period, he was always patient, collected, insightful, and methodical. Once we were under contract, John became truly invaluable to us, especially as we navigated a challenging lender situation. He provided expert counsel and guidance at every step, helped frame each decision clearly and thoroughly, and was both proactive and available throughout the process. We closed on an absolutely perfect house for us and couldnt be happier.

Working with John was cake. He was incredibly helpful, positive and a true partner. I had the pleasure of working with John Clark on purchasing my home and he was great to work with. His expertise and knowledge was by far better than any agent I have worked with previously. I had an OUTSTANDING time selling my condo and looking for new homes with John Clark. From the very beginning, he worked tirelessly to help me prep my place for sale, finding me local staging consultants, house painters, photographers, and movers he has worked with many times. Hes got a great posse behind him! Hes a lifelong Marin county local and knows every nook and cranny of the county, and is cognizant of whats going on with changes in local laws, taxes, and upcoming construction projects. Johns a great active listener, but I also thoroughly enjoyed hearing his stories about growing up in Marin, being a realtor, and being a real estate investor himself. I feel like a got a Ph.D. in real estate by working with him. Would give him 6 stars if I could.

John did a phenomenal job selling our House. Even in these times thru Covid-19 and the fast pace at which houses are selling, John was impeccabliy organized and constantly kept my wife and I updated. It was obvious that he constantly had our safety and best interest in mind throughout this process. He went over every detail explaining everythingso we could make the best and informed decisions. John was incredibly helpful in renting out my place. All the way through the process, from a great listing, holding an open house, to advice on having a great tenant rent my place. He went above and beyond. His knowledge and expertise were key. None of this would matter if John were not a great and honest person. Especially when its my home, the biggest investment of my life. Im so glad I have my person for anytime I need to rent, buy or sell. John is a pro with a great heart.
