Hello. I have to say your team is very helpful. I started working with Kerrigan ( who is great!)and ended working with Bruce ( who is also great!) I appreciate all he did today. Gave me no hassle. Got straight to work and got what I needed. I was very reluctant at first, since I had established a rapport with Kerrigan, but Bruce made it very easy and took great care of what I needed to get my other two cars in a new policy. I appreciate him for being so prompt. I pray this stays as wonderful as it began. I had a horrible insurance before. Thank you Bruce for taking great care of my policy and get my cars insured

I heavily appreciate this State Farm team at John Cho’s! Been with them for over a year and every time I call they’d always provide the best customer service. Whether you have general questions, Bruce works effectively to respond with good feedback or explanation and get you options you wouldn’t think of. And sometimes they would go above and beyond and show care for their customers. Kerrigan showed concern when i was struggling on applying for auto insurance and helped me understand the process.

I called yesterday and spoke with Bruce looking for assistance to get my window fixed on my car, it was an electrical issue. Weve worked with Sandy multiple times recently as weve been preparing to leave the country, closing claims, changing coverages, etc. She has been very prompt, helpful and pleasant to work with! She even helped us understand that we didnt need to accept a protection plan pushed by a storage facility, and that instead our own renters policy could cover our belongings there. Sandra Warren helped me complete changing my policies, homeowners, earthquake, etc. from one address to another. Id moved to another house I own in October, but also kept my original house. The agent to whom Id been assigned following my old agents retirement (after 30+ years) was unable to get this done, and was a very poor communicator. After performing a review, John and Sandy were not only able to offer me more coverage on my vehicle, but added umbrella and rental insurance to my policy. I was thinking this was going to raise my cost dramatically, however that was not the case. I told myself that although I was paying a little extra for these services, I was receiving way more coverage than originally and that it was a no brainer! I dont know where to begin without making this too long, but I cant say enough about Mr. John Cho and his staff at State Farm. We have our autos, home and life insurance with his office. Even our local immediate family members are insured with his office as well, for many years. He and all his staff go above and beyond to make sure you are getting the coverage you need and not wasting money on items that you dont need. I like that he contacts us to make sure that the coverage we have is what we need; because we all have life changes and we typically dont think about updating our coverages to reflect those changes. My life is busy as it is with work and family, so Im grateful that he makes it a point to meet with you when its convenient for you. His staff is friendly, smart and they know what they are doing.
