One of the best experiences I have ever had at a doctors office and I always recommend Dr. Sach to everyone who needs any GI medical attention, and they have always come back with excellent reviews. His helpful and attentive staff assures that the nerve-racking experience of going to the doctor is painless and effortless. He is very knowledgeable of his profession, and he is not afraid to recommend another specialist where he knows he is lacking the skills and knowledge. The doctor and staff are very kind and welcoming!

I am very grateful to have found Dr. Sach. He is a wonderful doctor as well as a caring person. He listens, I mean really listens to what you say and does not brush off any comments. You don’t feel rushed which for me was very comforting. He cared about all my concerns and was very reassuring. I don’t usually recommend doctors as everyone has their personal preferences; however, Dr. Sach is the exception: he is that good!Brandon one of his staff employees was great as well just so nice & welcoming to me!

I only met this doctor once, he left a good impression especially than my wife knows doctors and for two decades shes been at the healthcare settings I then did the follow up ultrasound. I didnt hear from doctors office that they have the result for close to two week.. I had to go to imaging center get a copy of it then call doctors office make an appointment with Cassandra and she said Dr will call us. I have family emergency but my wife was going to add me on a call as a conference call. We waited and we never received a call. Its very disappointing because were nervous about the results. What happened Branden? Did you cancel our call without telling us. Branden works there and especially you have to get through Brandon in order to get to doctor but with our decades of experience, doctor call when you have a phone call scheduled when you have to pay a copay.What happened Brandon.Mick

Dr. Sach is by far the best GI doctor I have ever known. He is a real and honest human being. He is extremely knowledgable and always instills reassurance, comfort and confidence in his patients. I had a colonoscopy and endoscopy at his out-patient facility next to his office. The staff, like him, was nice, competent, and did an excellent job. If you are having GI issues or just need to schedule a colonoscopy (we all do after age 40), dont put this easy test off any longer. Do it now with the best, Dr. Sach. He will make you comfortable and may even save your life by getting early screening. I simply have to highly recommend Dr. Sach to anyone who is seeking the very best in care. Like many people, I was scared from colonoscopy, and tried to avoid it for many years.I am 62, and my last(and only)colonoscopy was almost 20 years ago!So I decided it is about time to do it. My friend recommended Dr. Joel Sach. I went to a consultation with him about 2 weeks ago, and really liked him immediately. He was very kind, professional, attentive and knowledgeable.He answered all my questions with kindness and a lot of patient. I booked the colonoscopy for today, at Valley Endoscopy Center.Everyone here was so kind, attentive, polite and caring. Dr. Sach was EXCELLENT! The procedure (which I was so afraid of) was easy and fast. Dr. Sach was so gentle and kind. I didnt feel anything, it didnt hurt after, and I went home grateful I found him.He is not only kind and knowledgeable, he is very professional, which is VERY important in a procedure like this. If you are scared like I was, do not hesitate. Book Dr. Joel Sach. It can save your life.

Dr. Sach is hands down the best doctor I have had the pleasure of seeing. He is very passionate about medicine and tells you the HONEST TRUTH and how you can TAKE STEPS to alleviate your underlying issue, not just how to treat the symptoms. So many doctors just offer simple, lazy solutions they were taught decades ago in medical school. When you press them for a WHY, they don’t know how to explain it or get defensive. Dr. Sach knows the why because he stays up to date on new studies, journal publishings, and gives seminars. He is a critical thinker with clear communication and zero tolerance for the misinformation and marketing that ruins American lives. Even though his clinic is often packed, he still finds time to thoroughly explain things. This is how all doctors should be - inspiring, really.

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. If you want to deal with a doctor giving you incorrect test results, selling you special pills that are supposed to fix you out of his desk drawer, and the altering of medical records to cover themselves from a law suit, then this place is for you. He took advantage of a 20 year old girls health. Save your time, hundreds of dollars, and health and go somewhere else.

Dr. Sach is an unbelievable physician and hands down one of the best GI doctors in LA. He restores my faith in our otherwise failing healthcare system. I had absolutely debilitating abdominal pain for months, to the point where everyone I spoke with told me to go to the ER immediately, but I knew it was a problem with my gut. Within days of meeting Dr. Sach through a family friend, he gave me his word that he’d get me better within a week. Within a few days he performed a colonoscopy and endoscopy (I would’ve had to wait 4 months for the procedure at any other top GI practice); he completely cleaned out my small intestine and within days I was nearly back to 100% and able to live my life normally again. Promise made, promise kept. Thank you so much Dr Sach!!

I was referred to Dr. Sach by another great doctor, Dr. Emrani. Upon arriving I was warmly greeted by the front desk receptionist, Im kicking myself for not remembering to ask her name but she was lovely. I was then taken back to see Dr. Sach. He came in the room with great energy and was already aware of me and my case. He took the time to chat with Dr. Emrani, which was great and it wasnt the last time he would go above and beyond for me. He took the time to ask me questions and to listen to my responses. He even Googled a medication that I mentioned because he wanted to know exactly what the medication was. Again, above and beyond. But thats still not the end! I had another appointment with another doctor to discuss some things and Dr. Sach suggested that he be a part of that call! WHAT?! The two doctors talked as I sat there in amazement at the level of attention and care I was receiving, something that I had never experienced before. They ended the call, Dr. Sach talked to me about what the next steps were and I have another appointment to see him in two weeks. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Sach for all of your GI needs. Hes passionate about what he does and he cares about his patients!! Im so glad Im one of them now!!

I prayed since I got 3 referrals for a gastroenterologist. We were nervous since we were doing a follow up test and wanted someone that wont just prescribe meds but also lead to healthier changes. Educating ourselves to a better life style is how we choose to solve health problems and thats not the way most doctors work. After researching each doctor we choose Dr. Joel Sach. He was what we needed. He is wise, knowledgeable, patient, compassionate, and tactful with his words. We were completely confident he was the heaven sent answer to what we needed. I and my family will choose him over anyone else. Id rather be putting in miles on my racing bike, Sooo, the office let me bring my bike up to the waiting room. That was 👍and ment alot to me. Then I meet with the Doctor, fantastic, informative, made me feel very comfortable, and hes an athlete 😀. This doctor will overcharge you for sure.He will disregard your copay and will charge you whatever he wants .His medical knowledge is less than a pediatrician even though he is a Specialist. He misdiagnosed my son and as a result he was sick for 2 months. I tried to resolve the overpayment issue,by talking to his billing department but they denied that he was paid by my insurance even though i had the proof in front of me.I celled the Insurance company, now he has to answer to them.By going to his office you will waste your, money, time and energy. just avoid him.

Don’t waste your time calling there. You will be placed on hold for long time and then they are rude, don’t check your insurance and just say that they don’t accept non group insurance.
