I was hit by a drunk driver earlier this year and experienced injuries due to the incident. My insurance agent recommended that I contact this law firm, and Im beyond glad that I did. When I tell you that every single person during the whole process was equally as helpful as the last, I mean it. Ive never met a company or organization whos employees were as consistent with their services as Joe Naz Accident Lawyers. They always responded to my emails and messages quickly, and kept me very informed on the whole process and what each step meant. Their policy was fair and this law firm is skilled at what they do. Highly recommended - got max payout from insurance!Was hit while riding a bicycle by a Tesla (of all cars!). My bike was totaled, cracked my sacrum and had some other injuries that kept me from being active for quite some time. Joe and his team helped get me good medical care to recover, and managed the entire case process, which it turns out is way more complex and involved than I imagined. Wow, wow, wow! I was involved in a very bad car accident about a year ago. I was t-boned in the middle of an intersection with a friend in the passenger seat. A kid hit us with no drivers license, no car insurance, expired plates, and was speeding. A few 360s later, he left us with injuries and trauma and a completely totaled car. I was referred to Accident Lawyers Firm by a friend after getting into a really bad car accident.I was feeling a bit lost because (aside from a fender bender or smaller car accidents) i never really experienced a total loss previously.I was parked at a stop light and a speeding car behind me lost control and and rolled on top of my car.After being referred I met with Siri and her team and we set up an interview and i really enjoyed their vibe. I was hurt in an accident and felt unprepared to stand up against a large defendant. I was in a car accident in January 2020. I was exiting the 5 freeway to merge onto the 55 freeway. The traffic and I slowed to a complete stop. This last year I was hit by another car when crossing the intersection. The idiot in the other car ran the red light and was also driving without insurance. I had been involved in a car accident and I was not at fault.After several months of Chiropractic therapy and almost a year of negotiations with the other persons insurance they finally said they were going to give me X amount, take it or leave it.From the moment I met their insurance agent, he kept trying to downplay my accident as if it were a “Minor Fender Bender”. HahaAfter my Chiropractic sessions were done and my brand new car (which had approx 12,000 worth of damage) was fixed, it was time to really negotiate.I factored in everything from the time I missed work down to the gas I spent to go to therapy.
