Joe is the real deal. He always provides valuable insight in running a real estate business. If you’re looking for an experienced, customer needs-focused realtor, I highly recommend Joe Mendoza & his team! Joe first listened and understood our purpose for purchasing a condominium in the San Diego area, he educated us on the different cities in the vicinity, and when the time came to make offers in a competitive market, he guided and positioned us to win the deal. It was easy to work with Joe, we were out of town buyers and never saw the property in person. Joe FaceTimed us touring each property prospect and he did that even through the closing and walk through process with the property we ended up buying.
