I didn’t know what to expect. I’d never sold a home before and when it came to selling my parents home, I was completely out of my depth. Then I met Joanne. She immediately set me at ease with her professionalism and her willingness to explain even the smallest detail to me. She made me feel like I was a participant in the process rather than just a spectator who signed forms now and again. When we got a buyer (very quickly I might add) she explained the process and kept me sane when I thought things would go wrong. I am so happy to have met Joanne and to have work with her in selling my parents home. No one else could have done as well as she did for us. Thank you Joanne.

Hello, I was searching the internet for a Real Estate Broker/Agent and found Joanne, It had to be the will of God that I did. We met at the home, discussed the details with respect to the property including expectations regarding the sale. I found Joanne to be very respectful, Professional and a Christian person whom I wanted to represent me in the sale of the home. We agreed on a market price including some work that should be performed prior to going on the market. I did the work, Joanne put it on the market. Note this was in January 2023, lots of rain, interest rate increases plus I live out of state. The home sold without any hitches and closed Escrow in March. Her chosen Escrow Company was excellent as well. For me 5 out of 5 Stars for both JB Real Estate (Joanne) and Pro-Active Escrow (Jennifer) Without question the 2 of them work well together as a team and can represent and play on my team anytime, anyplace! Joanne was very helpful, even before my family chose her to sale our home. Her response time for returning text and calls was outstanding, as well as her professionalism, and knowledge of the complete process. Joanne helped my family and I stay positive, when there were hiccups and she made sure we knew exactly what was going on, every step of the way. I recommend her to anyone whos looking for an agent to assist with selling their home.

There aren’t enough words to completely describe the elevated levels of professionalism, tenacity, attentiveness that I experienced from Joanne Brown during the entire process of selling my Long Beach property. Ms. JoAnne was the best realtor Ive ever had. Ive sold 4 houses using Real Estate Agents, and I can tell you, she is the most professional and knowledgeable agent in this area. She made herself available 24/7 and gave us regular updates. Ms. Joanne Brown was a great realtor. Selling our home in California was not an easy process for us because we live in Atlanta GA; but she really exhibited a caring concern and attitude. Ms. Brown was very professional, knowledgeable, straightforward forward, and easy to work with. In my line of work I deal with real estate professionals on a daily basis. None of them as fantastic as Joanne, she was professional, responsive and knowledgeable.
