Great auto repair shop for your German automobile. Paulo got me in for an appointment for a simple oil change. He recommended a few things for the next service. He also made a quote to make things streamlined. I highly recommend this shop for its professionalism and great service! I wish I had known this place even coming from Simi Valley but I don’t mind coming here again for its great friendly service. Thank you!

This is THE shop you want to go to for anything auto repair or service related for all car makes and models —BMW, Audi, VW, Mercedes, Toyota, Honda, etc. I’ve only serviced and repaired my car at one shop, JMP, since moving to LA over 3 years ago and don’t see that changing anytime soon.Super great people to work with who really care about providing the best auto service to get you back on the road. Top notch service and knowledge. As a BMW owner I was looking for a shop who know these cars and can take of specialty work. JMP is the place. They know these cars extremely well.Regular issues, problems and all. We did the rod bearings and frame reinforcements for my car and they are very transparent and realistic about costs and scope. it is hard to find proper shop who knows what they are doing and trustworthy. Jmp is definetely one. Much recommended.

If you’re going anywhere else for car maintenance or modifications I suggest you stop now. I was in dire need of a height adjustment, alignment, and an oil change. The gentlemen at JMP took care of me in a timely and professional manner. I dropped my car off around noon and it was finished within a few hours. This is my new go-to indy shop when I don’t have the time to work on my own car. Also, the staff is friendly and very knowledgeable.

I’ve spent thousands of dollars for my mercedes and Volvo repair with other mechanics and all I get is a back job. My only regret is not discovering this shop long time ago. Paolo is the best from start to finish. He walked me through the process and kept me updated on my car repair status. When I drop off my car, he even asked me if I need a ride home, excellent customer service. Fair price, honest, knowledgeable and reliable mechanics. JMP Autowerkz is hands down one of the best shops around. Jerick and Moh always go above and beyond for every customer. Both of the owners have a real passion for cars and car culture. They take the time to meticulously look over each car as if it were their own. The staff and techs there are top notch, and make you feel respected. I appreciate their communication, and note that they take the time to explain and diagnosis. They have a great facility with state-of-the-art timing tools, and can handle very big jobs like motor swaps, and installing and customizing suspension. This includes corner balancing, and razor sharp race spec alignment. Jerick can fabricate anything you need made for your car. Special jobs are not a big deal for them. I will keep bringing my car back, because of their ethics and honesty. Highly recommended!!!

JMP services are great. I had my X3 hit by a diesel truck and they got me a new wheel making the car drivable. I had my E30 brake light switch go out and they repaired it the same day. Mo, Palo, and all the service techs work to fix your car perfectly. Any problems are always addressed. SUPER PLACE TO GO TO HAVE YOUR CAR SERVICED. THANK YOU JMP FOR ALWAYS HELPING ME WHEN I NEED IT2/15/2024 I took my E30 in for new struts, new front brakes, new belts, replacement of power steering hose, oil change. Its a 1988 325I Convertible. It now drives like a new car. I had been putting off repairs because i was so busy. I find that if you take you car to JMP they fix it right. They make older cars new again. The car is one of a kind. Its neat to have a car this old fixed like new. Plus no car payments.

JMP was one of the only shops I could find in SoCal that was willing and capable of providing me with a complex, custom wiring harness solution for my racecar that included many new electrical components. Not only was it priced fair, but it came out absolutely amazing and is working as intended. Money hungry shop, They have no values they upsold me the entire time ruined my car when I went in for a simple break pad change asked them if they could take a look at a leak only they upsold me on what I needed to be done and my car was in worse condition then when I left it this place is horrible if you want to be upsold and have your car in a worse condition then you left it this is the place for you.

Definitely a great shop. Owner Mohamed and technician Octavio are very knowledgeable in what they do. They gave me advice and suggestions on improving handling performance. I have a 1995 Volvo 850 stationwagon and its been difficult finding a mechanic that will take the time to work on an older vehicle.JMP didnt discriminate. I was able to easily request an appointment at JMP online through the website. JMP responded within 24 hours to confirm my appointment day and time. Upon arrival to JMP, I was immediately greeted and my car was taken in. The alignment took an hour, and they had a lovely waiting room with coffee and tea where I could get some work done while waiting for the car. After the alignment, Mo showed me what had been wrong with my car and how they fixed it. The car drives perfectly and I couldn’t be happier with my experience at JMP!

All I have to say is wow! As many other M owners know, its hard to trust someone to work on your car. I was simply amazed with JMP. To start they make it clear by sending you a work order and you approving but also seeing the process and inspection direct from that link. They also promised to have my car back by the date specified.I took my car in with a leak from the oil pan, rod bearings, engine mounts and alignment. Had oil leak in my Chevy Cruze 2015. Dealership recommended timing cover gasket and oil cooler gasket replacement costing as much as trade-in value of my car. Dealership also charged me 165$ for diagnostic. Guys from JMP quoted lesd than 1/2 of the Dealership and diagnosed it for free. Not just that they gave me a walk through of the leak transparently, which you wouldnt get at Dealership. Going beyond before handing me over the car they performed a quality check and have also scheduled a follow up for the same in a month. We take out 2005 BMW 330ci ZHP convertible to JMP because they are simply honest, fair, knowledgeable, patient and friendly. Mohammad & the people at JMP are the best for BMW repairs! They made sure they had all the necessary parts on site before scheduling the replacement of the connecting rod bearings on my BMW as a preventive maintenance measure & then completed the work promptly. They took my car for a test drive after completing the engine work, noticed the steering wheel wasnt perfectly straight, and found that the bushings were shot on the rear trailing arms when they tried to adjust the alignment. Got my car back with engine work done, trailing arm bushings replaced, and full wheel alignment performed with before & after alignment printout after just three days in the shop.

JMP is one the best shops I’ve been to in the San Fernando Valley. I’ve taken my car there on multiple occasions and he takes such good care of my vehicle, I love how careful they are with my car. He is also very reasonable with his pricing, he is great with getting your car out quickly. I’ve had some pretty big jobs done on my car which he managed to finish within 1-2 business days, it’s crazy. I usually don’t write reviews, but this shop definitely deserves one. I would highly recommend going to JMP for any work you want to have done on your vehicle, I am always pleased with their work and you will be too.

Had a great experience at JMP. Did corner balancing and alignment on my 350z. I had just installed coil overs and all the adjustments were way off. I initially started with an alignment and ride height adjustment, and they exceeded my expectations in terms of professionalism and service.From that experience, I decided to go with JMP to do the ‘big 3’ (subframe reinforcement/rod bearings/vanos) a big investment and a lot of work to keep my vehicle safe, reliable, and up to date. They are open Mon-Fri and normally I have work during those times but they have been flexible with me, to pick up or drop off my car right before they close.The car has been running great, and to top it off, I was able to drive to, use, and drive home from my very first time at the track that they host. The whole crew at JMP were very welcoming and courteous. I was quoted an exhorbitent amount at a dealership for the shocks, tires, alignment, oil change and supposed leaks on both my valve cover gasket and oil filter housing gasket. Turned out, they were not even leaks after they were inspected and cleaned by JMP certified mechanics. Special mention to Paolo. His initial inspection put me at ease. I knew right away that this is an honest establishment when Paolo explained to me what he saw.Right then and there, I decided to have my X1 serviced for all the above and JMP eliminated those that were not necessary. They could easily have told me I needed all new bushings or ball joints or control arms or any number of things. After attending one of their awesome track events I decided to tow my E36 M3 70 miles from Irvine all the way to Canoga Park so JMP could work out some long standing issues. They were so knowledgeable at the track i knew they were the right shop to take it to. Jerick worked with me for a few days and went over everything before we settled on a quote. Throughout the process JMP kept me updated and let me know any time they found something we hadnt reviewed. Im a nervous guy but JMP left me with a great peace of mind the whole time they had my car. They did extensive service on the rear end, swapping out the diff and reccomending what final drive, they retrofitted an E46 MK60 unit which is an amazing upgrade. On top of all this they did some refreshing to the engine, dyno tuning, corner balance and tidied up a few leaks. I recently took it out to Streets of Willow for their last event and i swear it was night and day. I told Jerick and Mohamad they must have given me someone elses car. Long overdue for a review. I initially was recommended to JMP from a friend. I had an e90 BMW M3 that was supercharged by the previous owner and was having hard to diagnose issues given the circumstances. I had taken the car to a shop closer to me that was highly rated, no luck whatsoever. So I called Mohamed and he agreed to work on the car without batting an eye. I dealt with so many headaches getting a tune from the s/c company but Mo and his crew were extremely patient and served as amazing consultants. They recommended everything the car needed but were never pushy and didn’t recommend anything to just generate revenue. After having my car at shop for almost a month, not JMPs fault, they finally got my car back to me running stronger than ever.Tl;dr - if you want someone who knows what they’re doing, gives great advice, and will work with you go to JMP. Ve gone to jmp many between my two bmw 335is 1M and C63 AMG. They have always done great work for me. From having an alignment to my rear axles being replaced, All of the Staff there are super nice and transparent about what the fix is going to charge and on a quick time frame. PLUS they just had a dyno installed so I had my c63 dynoed which was great to see what kind of power it made and I didnt have to go to another shop for the dyno session. If you are a track rat like me, stop right now, you have found your shop.Getting a proper track-focused alignment in the valley is hard. These guys have the knowledge and passion to get your setup done right.Jerick is well versed in performance cars and competitively races the local tracks him self frequently. Not only do you get people who know what the settings mean, but they also know every corner on the local tracks. When you say I can´t go sub 34 cause the car washes out in t8 at 130 they know exactly what you are talking about.The cars that frequent the shop speak volumes for their proficiency. It`s not uncommon to see multiple class winning track cars at once when visiting.Mohammed is one of the nicest guys you will find at a shop and takes great care of his customers. They wholeheartedly embrace their customers passion and want to make sure your car is in top shape for your next track day or competition.The shop itself is also very clean and spacious.I have to note though that they do have many high maintenance and reoccurring customers. Mohammed and his guys traced and diagnosed the coolant leak to a unusual plug that required to remove the transmission to get access to it and they also fixed a few vacuum leaks on the engine. Update 11/21/19:I got my clutch worked on by JMP Autowerkz and was dissatisfied with the feel of the clutch, but when I brought it up to them, they did nothing about it, telling me it was because it was brand new.Earlier this week, I was at another mechanic for a different service, and asked them to do a general check-up of the car. Shortly after the mechanic did this, he mentioned he heard an odd noise while driving the car around the neighborhood. He decided on his own to check the clutch out, and it turns out the news was bad. When the trusted mechanic took the clutch apart, they found that the job was not done right. The job JMP claimed they said they did, was not done. The whole thing had to be replaced.They put our lives in danger, which is just wrong! If I could give negative stars, I would. I would never trust them with my life again.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------This is the best service Ive ever gotten at a mechanic shop. I have a Subaru that broke down due to a failed clutch and JMP Autowerkz did a great job replacing it.I called 11 different places around Woodland Hills, and JMP had the best reviews and best quoted price by phone. I spoke with Paolo, who was courteous and professional the entire time.He walked me through the entire process, step-by-step, explained everything they were doing and always called to let me know what was happening.The manager, Muhammed, was also very knowledgeable in the problem my car was having.Paolo even gave me a ride home after I dropped my car off. The car was finished and delivered on time, and it is better than ever.We are satisfied customers and will continue using their services in the future. Here is why:After the transmission repair, the clutch is now very soft and the engagement point is razor thin making it difficult to drive the car. This is not how it behaved prior to the repair or when the car was new. Its been a month now, since the repair, and this new behavior hasnt changed. I told Paolo about it today and he said they couldnt do anything about it. All I know is, the clutch does not feel the same as it did before and its now harder to use. Technically the new transmission works, so we will just have to live with it and hope its not indicative of some other problem.Another somewhat minor issue is that the drivers side windshield spray is not working properly after getting the car back. It wont spray water properly - it just dribbles out now. They said they could replace the nozzle but theyd charge for it saying that they didnt cause this problem. Again, all I know is that its broken now - I suppose it could have somehow been broken during transport. I guess the point is that its not great to find other things broken with the car after getting it repaired.

I can vouch for all these 5-star reviews for JMP. Another visit just today. This shop does it right, and I have been to many since first owning a 540i in 1997. Start with the fact that JMP was recommended to me by members of a BMW car club. But there are always lots of Porsche, Mercedes and other German cars I see there too.Every time I have been they have exceeded my expectations. When I was buying a used 335i, both Jerick and Mohamad talked to me over the phone a couple times and answered a bunch of questions... after I bought the car, they did a full checkup and gave me all kinds of useful information about the car, tips to help the car last, and areas to watch out for. Never rushed me. They helped me decide what the right work to do on the car was, and for certain things I wanted to do, they actually explained exactly why I didnt need to do them! Later, my starter went out, and they handled ALL the communication with the warrantee company, so I didnt have to deal with it. Even more important, they helped me save BIG labor charges by replacing and servicing several things on my future repair wish list which THEY pointed out were buried under the starter (I didnt know), and thus they could save big labor on at the same time. They could have charged me a lot more for those repairs, but they didnt. My wife has taken the car to their new location, which is awesome, and they have treated her like gold too. The work is always done on time, most often early, and they call me, not the other way around like so many shops. Although Jerick is the expert mechanic, he knows how to hire the best, and Octavio among others have worked on my car with the same precision and excellence, it runs great. Mohamad has answered a million questions for me and has always given easy to understand yet very technical explanations, which I count on. I seriously look forward to bringing my car in and paying these guys, imagine that! You can trust JMP.

I went in for a squealing noise I had from the rear, which I suspected was a bad rear wheel bearing. JMP got my car in and out on the same day. They didnt recommend doing the other side because they tend to go out at the same time, or you should replace this and that while Im in there, etc... They removed the bearing first then called me to tell me if something was worn and I need to replace it. This is an honest shop with fair rates. I actually had a check engine light for what ended up being a vacuum leak that they diagnosed (via smoke test) and remedied free of charge! That vacuum leak was probably my fault from lifting the engine too high while swapping out engine mounts the week before. I should also mention that while they were replacing my wheel bearing, they took the time to clean and regrease my solid caliper pins too. They definitely take pride in their work. I usually like to wrench on my own car, but life happens, work happens, and sometimes you just you dont have the time or expertise to do it yourself. Its always a challenge to find a shop you can trust and this one I trust. 5 STARS. They also have a relationship with a rental car company down the street with cheap rates so dropping off my car and getting to work was a non-issue. 1 more star. 6 STARS.

Came to JMP Autowerkz after looking online for a mechanic shop in canoga park for a check up on coolant leak, i dropped off my Mazda, they called me a couple hours later that the leak was from the radiator, and that the radiator hoses and heater hoses were too brittle and recommended replacing all 4 hoses and the thermostat while the car was there. The price i got quoted was very fair, repairs were completed same day and i had my car back by the end of the day. Right off the bat, when you come to the shop Jerick and the guys will make you feel at home and will treat you like family. They are truthful with regards to their diagnostics and what needs to be done with your vehicle. Their waiting area is comfortable too. I’ve learned to never underestimate the benefit of an (CORRECTLY) done wheel alignment.I made the mistake of getting an alignment performed by a (choose not to name) tire center in Granada Hills; off Chatsworth. Since that failed effort I had problems that I thought were unrelated to an alignment. Then I visit the folks @ JMP Autowerkz this past Friday and after their alignment work the car drives like a dream. Even a slight rear wheel rub against the shock tower was completely alleviated when the camber/tow was adjusted👍👏; validated with an aggressive push along the 210Fwy. Just smoooooth.If you’re in the Valley or even if not; JMP is the place ! Thank youAnd you definitely earned my repeat business.
