What a great experience from start to finish. Came in with low confidence on purchasing a truck but my guy Raymond welcomed us kindly and with no pressure to buy. He gave us all the info we requested with transparency. And we ended up closing the deal on a truck feeling very confident. Also he’s reached out weeks after the purchase to make sure we’re good. Definitely a place I would recommend to anyone in the market to purchase a vehicle.

Purchased a used 2017 Tacoma September 2022. This was my first big vehicle purchase. They took full advantage of my trust. I take responsibility at the end of the day. Lesson learned. Never trust your local dealership. Never trust a sales person. Even when you look them in the eye and shake hands on a deal/price. They are only thinking about themselves and will do EVERYTHING to insure they get max commission. They could care less about how hard you work to purchase a vehicle from them. Or your business in general. *Almost* the entire dealership has an entitled attitude. They only care about their pockets PERIOD.Truck was listed $36,999. Truck had peeling paint, worn front tires, and engine bay and underside was covered in dirt.This was obviously a trade in and the dealer did the absolute bare minimum to get it posted for sale. As you would imagine, I wanted all these issues fixed before buying the truck. Sales guys Mike and Chris gave me an ultimatum of either fix the paint or discount the price. I opted to have them “fix” the paint. Dealership also agreed to replace tires and fully detail the truck before purchasing. Things that should already be done, but here I am apparently asking for favors.Upon picking up my truck I found a pair of pliers under the hood slammed on top of my headlight, engine bay still covered in dirt and a sub par paint “repair” with obvious orange peel. I had a cooler in the bed when I dropped the truck off. Someone decided to put it in the back seat and drove my truck around town for “repairs” while the cooler slid back and forth scratching my vinyl seat. Stereo turned up all the way and empty fuel tank. Painters also misaligned my rear window so it wasn’t in the track properly.After expressing my frustration and dissatisfaction of service. Mike proceeded to tell me orange peel is normal on paint repairs, and I can’t expect perfection on a used truck. Basically treating me like I’m asking for the world and being a difficult customer. I got a genuine sense of anger and frustration coming from Mike while trying to explain to him this wasnt right and I wasn’t at all satisfied with my purchase. Is that how you treat customers/people that pay your bills?During the paperwork they tried to sell me on $10,000 of extra non sense on this used truck. I declined everything multiple times, but Mike kept lowering the price of the 3 year warranty. From $5,500 all the way down to $2,200. Finally I broke after the pressure and took the warranty.All of these numbers were listed on what they called a “breakdown sheet” which is basically just a piece of printer paper with made up numbers. Long story short, Mike actually charged me $3,949 for the warranty, snuck a $1,250 Tire and wheel warranty to cover the used tires the dealership agreed to “replace for me” as well as a $300 Theft prevention charge? I only found this out after the fact because the numbers weren’t adding up. I was so confused how $5,000 of my down payment seemed unaccounted for.I finally decided to plug the usb version contract into my laptop at home then I saw the true intentions of these sales guys. I was treated like a fool. And I guess I have to accept that I am a fool for trusting these guys with my hard earned money. I was able to recoup about $4,000 of the $6,000 by canceling these falsified and overpriced warranty’s I didn’t want. Yes I did sign the paperwork, but the paperwork contract didn’t display the cost of these warranty’s. I didn’t think I’d be charged double what we agreed on for the warranty price. Or get charged for tires they agreed to replace. Even the paint “repair” has failed. Shady non transparent dealership that plots on peoples trust.After all this stress, I was told theGeneral manager was notified and they would help me out with my 80k service to make it right. However, I don’t trust these guys with my truck and this was just another verbal promise. I’m sure if I did try to take them up on that service, they would probably treat me like I am crazy and claim they never said that. BUYERS BEWARE!

Thanks to Anthony in sales & Elliot in finance for making the car purchasing process smooth!We came in initially to test drive the Corolla SE. Anthony worked with us to get a great deal on the car and wasnt pushy at all. It did take awhile for us to meet with finance to do the rest of the paperwork since it was only Elliot on site that morning, but once we met with him, the process was simple and he didnt try to push any extra items on us.I think my favorite part was that a doggie greeted us when we arrived thanks and wed definitely come back again in the future.

Guys definitely can work with IT people! I looked for new Camry and Tyler provided full information rapidly, answered all my questions, didnt pressed me about necessary deposit or being in the dealership in person before the purchasing. He sent me the proposal and everything I need on my e-mail. Tyler even suggested to pay for my taxi expenses. Pleasant experience, I strongly recommend!

This was my first time buying a new car and the folks at Jimmy Vasser could not have made the entire process any easier. Joey from sales was very responsive and helpful from the moment I found the car I was interested in. He worked with me to get me what I wanted and was extremely pleasant in person. The staff that I worked with presented me with all the options/warranties but did not push me to buy anything then and there.
