I have been a State Farm customer for the past 15 years in both Chicago and here localling in Los Altos. Two very different experiences. Jim was the first State Farm representative that explained all the different policies and products that State Farm has to offer. He spent quite a bit of time with me figuring out which policies were best suited for me and my family. In addition to product knowledge Jim is also very plugged in to the local businesses. One of our cars needed some work and he gave me several referrals that provided outstanding work. I would highly recommend working with Jim and his State Farm team they are simply the best in the area!!

My family has used State Farm for years and have always had a great experience and the team in Los Altos is no different! I had the pleasure of getting to work with Laurie, she was very understanding, transparent and was very helpful in deciding the best renters policy for me. She made me feel like family! I will definitely continue to work with Laurie and Jim and am already planning on moving more policies over. Thanks again everyone!

I have been a client at Jims office for many years. His team has always been responsive to my questions and concerns. Noelia has provided outstanding customer service when it comes to policy changes or dealing with claim information. She makes sure to review my policy and check that the coverage is up to date to suit my needs. I recommend her to all my friends and family!

State Farm has always been there to make the process of adding insurance to new vehicles easy. I recently called to get a quote for my motorcycle and the price was cheaper than I expected! Miriam was the person to help and made everything quick and simple to understand I like that she took the time to explain the details and was very friendly I highly recommend State Farm they have A+ customer service.

I have been with this office for over 25yrs. Throughout that time I have had many vehicles insured as well as renters insurance. Thank goodness I have never had to use the latter but every time I have had a vehicle claim I am always so incredibly thankful for Jim and his team. Last time I worked with Noelia and she guided me step by step through the whole process. I had two claims in a span of a week. My rental was rear ended while on vacation in Hawaii and then returned home and my vehicle had been broken into. Noelia and that office handled my claims incredibly and even found me a rental car though there is a an extreme shortage. I do have to say when working with other parties insurance I am so thankful I have StateFarm and don’t have to deal with geico like it was with my Hawaii incident. Highly recommend!

I always feel like a valued customer. I have worked with other State Farm offices and they never took the time to explain like Noelia did. She even helped fix an error with my policy and got me a refund on an issue I had with my old agent. Even though they are busy she takes her time to make sure my questions are answered.

Jim and his team are great! I’ve been with Jim for many many years now I still get great service. I usually speak to Miriam and she is always so helpful and very knowledgeable. I really do appreciate her always guiding me on my insurance.

Jim Flynn cares about his clients, I haven’t needed anything in a while and he followed up after I had called to make sure my needs were taken care of. His caring and professional attitude is what is needed in these very strange times. He has been my insurance agent for over 30 years and I never want to change.

I have been with this State Farm Agency for 40 + years. Though the years all of the employees, managers and agents have been easy to work with, knowledgable, helpful and kind. I am moving out of state and am sad to leave this top rate office.

My parents and I are with this office. Noelia is very helpful during the beginning of COVID I lost my job she explained that I could delay my monthly payment. I’m happy to with a well known company like State Farm.
