Always great friendly customer service at the counter. They are very thorough at explaining the work and what is expected for future maintenance. The work is done very quickly as they are very conscientious about your wait time. I would like to see them vacuum the car and wash the windshield like other dealers do when you get your car serviced. Otherwise dont hesitate to get your service here.

Jim Burke Ford service department is great. I called last minute to see if I can take my car in for an oil change and they told me to go at 2pm. I got there and they helped me right away. They even helped me reach my service contract company to set up my discount. I was there about an hour total. Definitely recommend going here.

Made an appointment to get our new RV alignment done and to check for a possible leak on one of the dual tires, plus a brake control added to pull a trailer. I also asked if someone could give me a call for the estimate on the installation for the brake control. No one ever called me with the estimate for the brake control. We went to the appointment and were told immediately we dont do alignments on RV, we could try an check for an air leak in the tire. We called an hour later when we never heard back from the Ford dealer, to check on the estimate for the brake control. They needed to call us back. Half an hour later they called and said they cant install a brake control for our new RV, Ford doesnt make them. We can come pick up our RV. So they had us make an appointment for absolutely nothing that they could do for us. I asked why we wasted our time and gas to drive to the Ford dealership for nothing to get done. They said its the people who make the appointments, they didnt know we couldnt do those things. The appointment desk should coordinate better with the Service department on what they can and cant do and waste customers time and money.

Having my car worked on a Jim Burke ford was a pleasant experience. The staff is courteous. The technicians are certified. The waiting room is comfortable. They did a good job on my vehicle. They even paid for a Lyft to take me to lunch and back.

I’ve been taking my Ford ranger to Jim Burke Ford service department for three years. The staff is friendly, helpful, and they get my truck serviced and ready to go promptly. Highly recommended. I’ve also had some work done by the paint and body department. They did a great job.

First, I love my Ford Flex—will keep it forever. I have along time relationship with Jim Burke Ford and I am always treated well. My last visit to Quick Lane was no exception, the staff was wonderful, as usual— no disrespect for the current manager who is also friendly and helpful, but Misty is just tremendously knowledgeable and always goes the extra mile to give quality service. I always recommend Quick Lane because they keep my Flex in perfect condition and that gives me a great sense of security on the road.

I had my car serviced at the Oak location. Their customer service is phenomenal! The staff answering phones were courteous and helpful. I was lucky and got in quickly due to a cancelled appointment. I immediately received a notification of my appointment and assigned Service Advisor, Elias. I had my car towed in a day early and Elias was away from his desk. Another Advisor immediately stepped in to get everything going and when his customer showed up for her appointment another Advisor stepped in to complete the process. Elias kept me in the loop and was awesome during the whole process. I appreciate the time and attention they paid me during a stressful time. I definitely recommend this group!

Went in to replace an audio module. The first time Matthew noticed the replacement shown signs that it had been dropped and recommended that he order a new one. We did, and our audio system works perfectly. Matthew scheduled our appt and we were out in less than two hours. We had worked with Matthew when he was at oak st and now at gasoline alley. You’ve got a great employee there. Also the care given by your service department was excellent. We will be using the gasoline alley dealership from now on. We are also trying out the quick lane this week.

Brought our car in for turbo related repairs to the dealer after a few shops were hesitant to work on it. Saw the positive reviews, but both my wife and myself were concerned about cost. But we needed to do it to pass smog testing.Ill start by saying that everyone was polite, friendly and professional. After their diagnosis testing the brought out the list and ensuring that the repairs that we agreed to will fix the issues we agreed to them. 3 days and $2500 dollars later, I pick up the car just for the issues to return 1-2 weeks later. After back and forth they say they need us to pay more to get it fixed.We are both very disappointed and upset that we were basically bamboozled out of $2500 we saved just to not have our car fixed and having to pay more even after parts and services were warranties/guaranteed. Just to be told, Well anything could be causing it!
