2024-03-16 16:31:27Had an amazing experience buying a car here! I talked pricing over the phone with Mark, so all i had to do was come in, sign papers and pick up the car, which was so fast and efficient! Mark was super helpful and had an amazing attitude! I couldn’t come pick up the car during business hours so Wayne so kindly offered to stay after hours. They were all so nice and made this car buying experience great! Love my new camry💞

2023-09-28 20:31:36Picked up a new car for my friend. We drove from San Jose. The best experience I had in any dealership. Glad we took the vehicle here. Both the GM and the sales person Robert, made sure that we understand everything before we get the car, right from every feature and how to use, to all the documents, agreements what it means etc. I would definitely want to buy my next Toyota here. They were very kind and professional from the beginning

Our sales associate (Christopher), Finance (Wayne) and the General Manager was an absolute pleasure to deal with while purchasing our GR Corolla. Well worth taking the wonderful drive from Reno to Tahoe to deal with this dealer and their excellent employees.Thank you to everyone involved, my wife and I appreciate everything!

2023-11-29 16:54:29Solid experience with Jim Bagan Toyota. They worked with me on the price quite a bit for our 2023 SR5 Premium. Had some hiccups along the way, however they made up for it in the end. Solid team up there. Will buy more Toyotas from this place.

2024-01-14 05:00:36Great experience with Jim Bagan Toyota. I was in the market for a Highlander Limited Hybrid. There are very few available. Im in Utah and most vehicles are spoken for long before arriving at the dealership. Most dealers are also charging a market adjustment. I searched with a 500 mile radius and queried the dealers about availability of cars that interested me. Mark Shehadi called me and asked if I wanted the Platinum Hybrid they had. When he told me the particulars and no market adjustment I said yes. I told him I would be flying in from Utah so he said theyd pick me up at the Reno airport, which they did. The GM was also great. They took my check and I was driving home in no time. Everyone there was so friendly and helpful. Ive bought more than 30 new cars in the last 40 years and Ive never had such a great experience. It was worth the flight and long drive home. I love the car, and I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. Thanks guys.

2024-03-01 03:37:37Lee at the service department was exceptional. I had taken my vehicle to a DIFFERENT shop. When I left, I noticed that the check engine light was on.I called the other shop. They were defensive, and said that they didnt know if the light was on before I brought it in. Also, they didnt see the check engine light when they drove my truck out of their service bay after they finished their work.So, I drove to the Toyota dealership just AFTER closing. Lee the service foreman was in the parking lot, and just about to leave. There was actually a blizzard too. Seriously.Lee asked me if I needed help. I showed him the engine code from the auto parts store. He immediately recognized that it was likely the other shop neglected to reconnect some parts that had to be removed to make the repairs. He knew what was involved to repair model of Toyota I had too.If Im in Tahoe, Im going to check with Jim Bagans service department. It really helps to have confidence in your mechanic, and not have to go back multiple times.

2024-03-25 21:01:20I purchased a new 4Runner from here in November 2023, the salesman was Mark Shehadi, hopefully Ive spelled that correctly.I was clear on what I was and was not interested in, and Mark respected me enough to listen to what I wanted. We agreed on a price on my desired vehicle and there were no last minute changes in availability, add ons, price, or any of the other strategies some salesmen use to pressure you.Even after Mark made the sale and had my money he didnt try to run me off or just toss me the keys, he painstakingly went through every feature of the car with me, and made sure I got my rental car returned without issues, he really seemed like too good of a guy to be selling cars, if you read this Mark I really appreciated the time and effort!The detailer also did an excellent job detailing the car the day I bought it and didnt just run it through one of those auto washes that scratch up the paint, I dont recall the detailers name but he shook my hand and was very polite.In the past Ive been misled and treated poorly at dealerships, it was refreshing to not leave frustrated, empty handed, or with the feeling that someone had just decieved me.Buying a car should be as simple as buying anything else, so thank you Mark for being honest!Also the 4runner is sick and I go offroading all the time in it. Probably one of the coolest offroading/camping vehicles ever made.

2023-09-08 15:33:23Excellent experience. Mark was straight forward. I never liked how car dealers desperately begged for your business. This is not your typical dealer .Mark advised me on my best option and stepped back, letting me decide no pressure.When I pulled the trigger, JJ explained every penny on that paperwork in Layman’s terms .On top of this I gotta killer deal…couldn’t be happier.Jim Bagan family thank you !
