Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Not only did they accommodate my requests, they were very helpful in letting me know what maintenance I need done on my car in the future. I definitely will be coming back, highly recommend you stop in for a quick oil change. Remember, every 5,000 mi change your oil or youll be changing cars.

I visited this location recently with the intent of getting a tire rotation but instead left disgusted and frustrated. Before I even got inside, a mechanic met me outside and asked what I needed help with, which was great customer service at first. I asked for a tire rotation and was told I could receive one right now at a price of 29.99 plus tax. Everywhere else around the area said free of charge. Strange, but I went along. I was told to follow the mechanic to the garage in my vehicle and did I. Then suddenly, I was told to stop, and the mechanic approached the vehicle. He said that, unfortunately, I would need to pay for an oil change to receive the tire rotation. Mind you, the oil change was quoted at $129. I left! I hope this can help others with making a decision to give this place their service or not.

I had a scheduled appointment with another place, but it was cancelled last minute. I spent half an hour calling different places ending in no luck, ended up passing by this establishment on my way home not knowing if they would take walk-ins. Walking in I was greeted with a friendly employee and they started working on my car within minutes. They finished with the maintenance in less than an hour, a great experience!

Went to get my oil changed. I called ahead of time and the guy was super friendly. They were out of my size oil filter, he said I can bring my own in and they would adjust the price. I thought that was cool of them. When I showed up, each dude was nice and answered any questions I had. The guy who checked me out was really nice and helpful. Definitely will be going back to them!

I went to get an oil change and they told me I needed a new serpentine belt that mine was going bad to change before it broke. Which I appreciate it since I do work 2 jobs and I am constantly driving to and from work kids to school and elsewhere. Well I went out purchased a new belt went to the mechanic to have it replaced all to for them to remove my belt then come and ask me if I really wanted to change it. So I proceeded to ask well yes I was told I needed to replace it, dont I? Well, No actually you dont ..yours is still in good shape as they showed it to me. My belt was still in really good shape that I didnt need it replaced. Wasted money because I still had to pay the labor for them removing it.. smh wasted money. They are good at changing oil but their employees need to be trained on components of an engine for them to give advise of a needed replacement. If theyre only trained in changing oil... Stick to that part of the engine. The quality of oil and quantity that is needed to go into an engine.... Your not mechanics dont be giving advise to customers if you dont know anything about the engine itself.

Extremely unsatisfied. I work in LA I’m able to get back into town around 5:30. My wife took the car to Jiffy Lube and was turned around because they closed up before 5:40 for an oil change. Luckily she was able to go to Valvoline down the street and they took the car no problem. Customer service was awful

They don’t open at 0800 on Sunday. Not sure what their hours are. I got there at 0745 and sat until 0815, never opened. I went back at 0900, still not open. Their business door has no business hours listed for Sunday, I was going off of their website. I drove from Oxnard because of their reviews. I guess you can say I tried to use their business. Won’t try that again.

Wont be going back. I went for an oil change and when I was paying I was told that my tires were all filled to 35 PSI. When I got home I checked my tire pressure and they all read below 30. When I called to ask if my tires were filled the employee said yes, but when I told him what my tire gauge showed he quickly explained that their gauge is broken etc etc etc. So then I asked: so youre telling me yall didnt put air in my tires? He said yeah. I had to go back so they could turn off my maintenance light and actually put air in my tires. Now Im wondering if they actually changed my oil or just made some noises in their garage for 30 minutes. I will say all the employees were very nice, but I dont like being lied to. Now I dont trust Jiffy Lube, wont go back, wont tell anyone to go there.

It was my daughters car that we brought in for an oil change. It was Sunday and they were one of the places actually open. We left the car there then came back for it after having brunch. They were efficient and did the job. They had specs for my daughters Lincoln and the price tag for the oil change was just under $90. supposedly because a specific grade and type of oil was recommended. I felt it was a bit pricey but they used that synthetic oil.and so on. If it were a week day I would have brought it to my regular place but she had to drive back to San Diego tonight so.....

I just got this used toyota camry from my sister and so excited i did add some oil but i overfilled it by 2 quart and immediately went to the location w/c 1/2 mile where i lived. I was greeted very profession by the service advisor and immediately did resolve the problem. I went there late in the afternoon without an appointment and they took got me in and out of there in about 30 min. They were honest and did not try to sell me services that I did not need. My battery was due for a replacement and they reminded about that. My car was ready and I asked them how long to replace the battery. They had it done in less than 5 minutes. First, this is a two lane Jiffy Lube. If youre from a bigger city and used to 3 and 4 lane one, just be aware. They do get pretty busy after work due to the two lanes but I went on a sunday mid morning and luckily it was pretty slow so the whole thing took about 20 min.Chris, who assisted me was great. If the owner is reading this, Chris is the type of employee you want. He was nice, quick, courteous without being pushy.Only deducted 1 star because I called after work about 2-3 times and each time the wait was over an hour. Not really their fault just something for other customers to keep in mind. Definitely call ahead and ask the estimated wait time.

Not good. I dont believe that it was the managers fault. I was informed that it would be an hour and a half for a simple Uber vehicle inspection because they dont schedule very many employees until after 11am. This store never has seemed very motivated. There are always new, very young managers and I have seen the workers sneaking off to their personal vehicles to spend time on the phone in the middle of servicing vehicles. The choice is yours.

Had good service here in the past but here is what happened this week:Went in for an oil change. Attendant looked at my tires and said they need to be rotated and I told him dont rotate the tires because they are old and Im about to buy new tires. I give him my fleet card for Enterprise fleet services. He disappears for 30 min and I see them working on my car. Then he comes out and wants me to sign off on $200 in services including rotating my tires, cabin air filter, wiper blades.... I tell him I didnt want anything but an oil change and he says that Enterprise has authorized the services. Well, Enterprise doesnt pay for the services. My husband owns the company and our company pays the bill. Thanks for the $200 oil change. You have not only lost a customer, you have lost the business of all our fleet vehicles.

Received a new customer coupon for a $19.99 oil change. My wife left paying $105 for the oil change and tire rotation. Look out for the upsell. I was beside myself listening to my wife retell the BS reasons that they didnt have the cheaper oil for my Toyota RAV 4. Will never go back to this or any Jiffy Lube ever again. They cost as much or more than the dealer. Watch out, buyers, beware of the upsell, especially for the unsuspecting trusting women out there.
