I brought my car today for an oil change and a tire rotation I was greeted by ben who was very nice then Jason took over to get my car information. Amazing customer service. The entire staff were great very friendly and efficient. The manager was very, very kind and helped me check out inside the lobby when I had my daughter while we were waiting for the tire rotation very kind, this is quite possibly the best experience I’ve had at a Jiffy Lube ever I definitely will be coming back!

It is such a great environment! I went in for just a basic oil change- but my battery died right in the middle of the change. They were awesome, though! They jumped my car and then replaced my battery. I was really worried about being late for work, too, but they were so quick it was awesome! Not only were they fast, but they were all incredibly polite and understanding. 10/10. Thank you for the incredible service!

Jason and Chris Castro took such amazing care of me. While I waited for the oil to be finished, Jason INSISTED i wait in the lobby so they could vacuum my car and neither of them even let me walk to the trash. Castro took the bag of trash out of my hand and threw it away. While I waited, they changed my oil, gave me a fuel injection, topped off my tires, AND cleaned my windows!! They didn’t have the cheapest oil (the one i could afford) in stock for my car, so they gave me the next tier up and made sure I left with a great discount to make up for it. I will definitely be going there any time I need an oil change. I used to go to Valvoline religiously, I just went there because it was an emergency but even having gone to Valvoline for years I’ve never been taken care of like this. Plus the base price they quoted me even when I just called to get a quote was $20 cheaper than Valvoline has ever had me out the door with. You won’t regret stopping here! Plus it was fast. yeah. TOP tier.

I had to take my boyfriend’s truck to get an oil change and I get anxiety driving it because it’s large and in charge. The men here were super nice and their guided instructions helped lessen my anxiety. Jason in particular was a customer service super star being extremely personable and friendly, making this trip way more comfortable than expected.

Update 05/03/2024While I wont be returning to the Redlands location, corporate stepped up by sending a $60.00 reimbursement check via FedEx for the two missed $20 coupons and the fuel system cleaner I was charged for but did not receive.04/10/2024I always stay in my vehicle during the service, and for the second time at this location two things happened.1. I opted for the recommended fuel system cleaner for roughly $19. The last visit I wasnt sure they put it in, so I asked, and the tech stated he did. This visit I purposely watched and the cleaner was never added. When I asked, the tech stated it was.2. My last visit I showed a $20 off digital coupon. They stated they forgot to take it off but they would refund it back to my card. That never happened. This visit, I showed my digital coupon. The tech stated, I got you. I got you, as he took my card. When he returned with my receipt, the discount had not been applied.Needless to say, I will not be returning to, nor recommending, Jiffy Lube for any car care services.

He gave a clear understanding of the needs and services my moms vehicle needed not just trying to upsell like a lot of these places do! Such an outstanding genuine individual and thats hard to find these days in the service industry! Jason and Lil’ Castro (Chris) were both amazing at changing my vehicle’s oil. They both finished the entire oil change service in less than half an hour. Not only that, but it includes refilling fluids, vacuuming, and pumping air into the tires. Super hilarious dudes and easy to talk to. I appreciate how they are both very knowledgable and took their time to teach me a few things about my car. Highly recommend these 2 chingones when bringing your cars in. 100% a returning customer here.

Getting your car maintenance done as a woman can feel very intimidating. The gentleman make sure that they are transparent and educate on everything they do in a language I understood!Jason comes through with such a vibrant energy that is missing in the world. It can be intimidating to go get your car serviced as you don’t know how many dollar signs will be added. ALL female drivers!! Or Anyone that knows NOTHING about cars!! This is your SPOT! I am an uber driver and drive ALL the time. It’s SO challenging to get my car serviced as I used it so often. The times I have used other places they know very little about cars- nice people but little knowledge.. This is my THIRD time here and my 2nd time Jason helping me. As I’m writing this review literally 4 different guys have helped me with questions. They were fantastic, apparently the other Jiffy Lube I had been going to stripped the head of oil drain plug. This Jiffy Lube didnt try to hide it or cover it up. They told me about and gave me the bad part after replacing it and told to go have them pay the part. Then they gave me a coupon that was equivalent to the cost!! Very impressed that they didnt gloss over their own companies mistakes. I definitely recommend this location.

Disappointing. It shouldn’t take over an hour for a simple oil change with 3 cars in shop. Like they can only work on car at a time.The cool guys too preoccupied hooking up their buddy with just about every service they have and no rush to get any one else back to work/errands/school. I would have pulled out if I wasn’t blocked in.One person doing the sale, 3-4 more watching. CalTrans would do a better job. Maybe these guys are Union ... that could explain it.Me and my family (& friends I will share with) will not patronize this shop again.

My family broke down across the street from this Jiffy Lube with my arm in a sling from a recent surgery, my fiancee, and our 4 year old. I went over to ask if they could help out, and Andrew, Grager, and Christopher really stepped up. They couldnt leave the shop for obvious reasons, but loaned me jumper cables, offered to call AAA with one of their personal memberships, and even said theyd be happy to come over at the end of the business day in order to help. They suggested that my fiance and our son wait inside and be comfortable while I was across the street trying to get someone to give me a jump. I finally did, brought the car over and they checked the battery, had me get a terminal cleaning service, gave me recommendations for charging the battery, and made sure my family was safe before I drove off.I know you always see those commercials about how blah blah blah company is here to help! and you roll your eyes, but these guys were there for my family, and they went above and beyond to provide us with exceptional service. If this is ANY indication of the type of service I will definitely be taking my car back to this location because these guys are what is advertised.

I had never been to a Jiffy Lube before. Other places usually have you get out of the car & leave the keys while you wait in a hard chair inside a cold lobby//office. We went, sat comfortably in the car. We were given options & never pushed into making any unwanted decisions. Every option was explained very well. The team was extremely thorough. Let us know the brake light was out & informed how much it would be to replace, which was not overly priced for having it done for us. I would have to say that they even went above & beyond. Checking absolutely everything & making sure all was in working order. Thank you to every single team member for a pleasant experience.

I love this place!! This place has the most incredible staff. Very knowledgeable. I’m a car guy & when I don’t have time to do the maintenance I take my highlander here because they’re honest & always recommend ONLY what is needed. They’ve NEVER tried to ‘up sell’ me on anything that was erroneous. They do have pertinent options that help prolong the life of the suv, but nothing that’s not a good idea for my vehicle.

I received an oil change at this location that was done improperly by their employees. Within a day and a half all the oil had drained completely out of my car, causing severe engine damage. I now need a new engine for my vehicle, which is going to cost me thousands of dollars I notified this location immediately of the issue and there has been a very little action on their part. I have left many messages and emails with their claims department with no response. I am now picking up a 2nd job plus overtime in order to fix their mistake, it is not worth the risk of you going to this location.

The worst service can be found here. I came here for a basic oil change, and they charged me nearly $145.00 for it because it was the best oil to obtain. I recently had a diagnostic performed on my vehicle two months prior to coming to Jiffy Lube for an oil change. After my vehicle was serviced, I received an email with the results, which revealed that my vehicle has an oil leak. Which confused me because there was no way that could be the case if my car was only leaking water from the A/C.When I called to ask how they determined that it was a leak without my check engine was not on and that there was no oil other than water leaking, they were unable to provide an answer. I asked to speak with the manager and the representative said he would be on the line in a few minutes. After waiting for ten minutes, I called back and was informed that he was in a meeting I called over 10 times and still no answer. This is the worst customer service I have ever received, and I will be taking this matter higher up. I wont ever go back; these guys are a joke. If you dont like working with people, get another profession. We need more people in the service industry who genuinely care about the needs of their clients.

Showed up in the middle bay and they were decently busy. The person that in the car next to me was being helped. I’m a ver patient person and wasn’t in any time crunch. The person ends up not getting serviced and leaves. Still now we are 10 minutes waiting with no contact. Then they wave in a lady who just arrived they help her immediately and she goes inside. 10 more minutes goes by and finally I get out of the car and asked if I’m in the wrong lane and let him know at least 3 other employees looked at me in now over 20 minutes and no one ever made contact at all. He was shocked and offered to pull the lady’s car out and put me in front of her. I did not feel that was fair to her and I decided to leave.Now I have been on hold waiting for a manager for 10 minutes.So guys I get it your busy but as a customer can you at least come make contact to show some customer service skills and appreciation!

Normally I would give a higher rating or not even rate service ; however, today is the exception. I arrived with 4 cars ahead of me and told wait time was about 15-20 minutes per car. Ok, Ill wait. When my time arrived, they had me drive forward into the service bay and stop over the service opening below. I turned off my engine and opened my hood expecting service. The car next to me was completed and drove away and the one behind pulled into position. What came next I was NOT expecting. As I sat patiently and they knew I was there. Everyone left...as if they all went on break. When ONE employee came back and began servicing the other car. When I questioned the order of service he said they were short staffed and will service my vehicle next. I said I was next when they put the other car ahead of mine. Understanding I was before the other car, he continued servicing the other car first. Everyone then reappeared off break and finished the other car before touching mine. I will not be coming back if this is how they now operate.

My battery is a trunk-mounted battery which is more difficult to install because part of the inner trunk liner has to be removed to reach the battery. The Jiffy Lube staff were excellent in being able to figure out how to reach and remove the old battery then install my new battery, even with the additional challenge of being recessed in the trunk. For many years, I religiously went to Pepboys in Redlands, across the street from Jiffy Lube. I had a scheduled appointment at Pepboys, and normally, they are done within 30 min to an hour, but I like to grab a bite and walk to a local place to eat. When I returned 1 hour and a half later, I found my car was still sitting in the same spot, and when asked, the assistant manager told me they are working on paperwork.45 min passed and still nothing which I realized PEPBOYS forgot about my appointment as they overbooked for the day which the manager quickly blamed staffing issues instead of apologizing and accepting responsibility for their mistake.I was so upset, asked for my keys and left, still needing an oil change. I called Jiffy Lube across the street and they told me, no appointment needed to bring the car in.I drove across the street and they assisted me right away. The person who checked me in was personable and asked how my day was while he checked me into their system. Within 30 minutes, I was done. I found a coupon online and even got a $20 discount. They instantly made me laugh and performed the best service I’ve ever had at Jiffy Lube (though usually it’s always great service anyways!). Tried to sell a front differential service for a two wheel drive truck. Failed to properly re-attach the skid plate and left the oil filter loose which resulted in a nice puddle on my driveway. I understand that these guys are mostly entry level mechanics, but for Christs sake, its just an oil change. Glad there are plenty of other options locally.

I drive 30 mins to get my oil change at this jiffy lube location. I pass around 15 of them but it doesnt matter. The amazing customer service, the attention to detail, and making sure that Im always taken care of is the reason why I trust this location. I would never go here ever again, I got an oil change here a few days later I noticed I had a oil leak and couldnt figure how my 3 month old car could have an oil leak, the reason was the man who drained the oil and changed the oil filter did not completely tighten the oil filter to the car which can be very dangerous to a car losing or not have the right amount of oil in the engine, but since then I did a full Synthetic oil change on my own and have to make it very clear I am no Mechanic I havent seen a drip of oil on my driveway, we pay good and hard earned money to this company and they claim the service is going to be done right and correct but that Guarantee service posted on all the ads arent promised..... for me I would just tell customers to be careful because you may leave this location with a bigger problem then you came in with

The entire team and the manager (Ahmad) were the utmost professionals! Ahmad came up to me that they could not remove the oil filter for the oil change. Because of that, they changed my oil anyway and they DID NOT CHARGE me for the service even though I got fresh oil. Ive used many Jiffy Lube locations over the years and have visited the one in Redlands a couple of times. When I broke my leg and needed air in my tires, I thought Id give them another visit. With 2 cars ahead of me, it took close to 30 minutes while the team was working with the other customers. Finally, I pulled out of the bay feeling irritated because no one ever told me what the wait time was going to be. I proceeded to call and ask the store manager to remove my I formation from their database and was told it will fall out eventually. I said that wasnt acceptable and he hung up the phone. The employees seem nice but the failure to establish reasonable expectations and refusal to remove my information makes me vow to never visit this franchise again.

I had never been to Jiffy Lube, and just upon driving up to the garage, I knew I made the right decision in choosing this location for an oil change. The technician (Ahmad) immediately welcomed me into the office and let me know that refreshments were available if I needed any. Took my 2018 ford fusion there. The service took some time to get to because there were 2 cars ahead of me. The staff was nice and seemed to know what they were doing but I ended up paying $60 for a synthetic blend oil change and less than 2 qts of coolant and that was with a $20 off coupon. Almost $30 more than what I usually pay at my regular mechanic but he was booked that day. I should have just waited.

I went on a Saturday, and there were several cars already in line for service. They were fully staffed, apparently, because it was not long before I was getting service. Because I was already in the computer, it took only moments to write up my service. I was apprised of service that was due and asked if I wanted to use high-mileage oil, but not pressed to order anything beyond the oil change I wanted. Shortly after leaving my oil change at this jiffy lube, my car continually chugged and died. I got stuck in an intersection twice on my way home…. And had to restart my vehicle no less than 7 times. Thankfully, with a google search “car keeps dying right after an oil change” - I discovered the mistake that the person who checked the air filter made. They had not installed the air filter assembly correctly - for my Vehicle, there are two tabs that must be inserted into place on one side, then 3 metal clasps - 1 on each remaining side…. They inserted 1 of the tabs and closed 1 of the metal clasps, leaving the assembly slightly askew and sucking in dirty air.Not good for my vehicle…. Not good for driver safety….While the customer service was lackluster at best - failing the basics of returning my vehicle to a properly running state is not acceptable.

We figured that it might have something to do with the recently replaced air filter, so we took it down to the Jiffy Lube to have them check it out. Initially, the service representative kind of made it seem like there was nothing more that could be done, but I think that was because she misdiagnosed what the real problem was. I was greeted by Alfred at 6pm, an hour before they closed. He lied to me about how long the oil change would take and said are you sure you want it even though we close at 7? so he could get out of work early. They checked my air filter and told me I needed a new one and I told them I dont want one and he told his coworker to not check anything. Overall, a terrible experience. I know the routine... Come in for an oil change and get up sold for a host of other services. Tell them what you want, wait 10+ minutes for them to inspect and give you a list of recommendations and add-ons, then have the services performed over another 20-40minutes.I got the basic oil change but the included fluid checks and top offs were not performed. I had a coupon but will simply go to Valvoline next time for a sit-in oil change that takes 15min total, tops.

I had rated this jiffy lube with 5 stars before. But after 2 days after visiting noticed a huge oil spill under my car. Had to remove filter to make sure it wasnt pintched and that filter was so over torqued after putting the filter back on.
