Went in for an oil change and brake flush. They said 30 to 45 min. 2 HOURS later...They didnt even pull my car into the bay for 30min.They just kept coming by saying itll be another 30min. 3 times they did that.Never again.

Needed my daughter’s car brakes to be checked before she wizzed off to college again and this location was open on Sunday! José and his crew were helpful and knowledgeable took care of everything in less than 2 hours. I’ll be coming back and not necessarily on the week ends!

I had a very pleasant experience here. Frank the manager was very polite and knowledgeable. The mechanic expertise and advice on future service and maintenance recommendations were the added bonus (thank you Henry)! I needed the help and they provided. My 2010 BMW 535xi needed a suspension replacement. I bought it down to Jiffy Lube.Want to thank the following Jose M (CSA & UPPER BAY) Liam G (MC TECH & MC QI) and Frank B (cashier) for providing excellent customer service, professionalism, informing me about the status of my car, showing great concern over my well being when it comes to the safety of driving my car. Everyone was exceptionally polite and helpful. There were two younger men and an older gentleman that kept me informed of the progress of my oil change. They were able to service my car in a timely manner even though there were several cars ahead of me. Ill definitely be coming back!

Wasted my time . Made an appointment for breaks and decided to tell me an hour later the mechanic wasn’t in. I asked for an eta and asked that they call me when he does come in so I can get my breaks finally fixed. Only for me to call to see if the mechanic was in and for them to tell me they didn’t have the specific part to fix my breaks. Yet, they had already inspected my car days prior and gave me an estimate and said they could . So frustrating and wasted my time on my day off.

Good, efficient oil change service. Runs about $110 for a full synthetic oil change. Paid $92 with $20 off coupon on Jiffy Lube website. Was in and out in under 20 minutes with no appointment today. The only thing missing was that they did not reset my oil change monitor. I reset it myself.

Im very dissapointed in the service this time around. Ive been to this location a few times but this time not only did they not have my filter in stock and I had to go buy one and bring it to them but the oil change too way too long. I took over 45 minutes, almost an hour for them to get it done and when I asked why it was taking so long, they said they had trouble getting a cover off? Ive never had that issue anywhere else or even at this location. Didnt even get a reciept that was supposed to be emailed to me.

Attempted to sell an air filter, which is simply not needed. I’m sorry that Jiffy Lube can’t be relied upon to recommend only necessary additional work. Below are two photos showing both sides of the filter. While in the waiting area, employee approaches me, shows me the filter and says we “recommend replacing this filter.” They’ve probably been trained to never say “need”.

All yong kids workers and oil change takes 5 minutes. I ben other location Jeffry lube. They do excellent serviceOil change has to be came out oil from engine minimum 5 minutes to 10 minutes. ***Update, they reached out to me and I know they will do better.The staff were all super friendly and they were quick and courteous. BUT.... They did not top off the windshield washer fluid, and I knew it was low, and I stopped there right before a drive to Phoenix for oil and asked if they would check all the fluids to which they said, yes. On the way to Phoenix I hit a patch of bugs and kicked on the washer and it was out in about three shots of fluid which just left my windshield gunked up. :(

Didnt have to get my hands dirty. Quick and efficient. Spent less time getting an oil change than I spend in line at a drive thru for lunch.The price is fair. Well worth it being theres no mess to clean up and no dirty oil to dispose of.And if you didnt know its a full service station. When I go for an oil change the staff checks all fluids and tops off your windshield wash fluid. Theyll also fill your tires. Very handy if youre heading out for a long road trip to stop in and get checked out and topped off for next to nothing.

My husband is usually the one that takes care of all the car stuff...but this was a totally easy hassle-free task. The staff was friendly and courteous. They greeted me and opened my door. They pulled up my info as I drove up, asked if I wanted the usual. They gave me my quote and I then was told itd be a 25 minute wait. I went across the street to Big Lots to do some shopping, when I returned the car was ready and waiting. They rung me up, I gave them the coupon I got from their website and off I went.

Everyone one that works here is super nice BUT they didn’t put the cover underneath my car back on properly so once I got on the free way it had fallen halfway off and was flapping/dragging. I even asked them to make sure it was on properly before I left since I’ve had this issue before. They said it was…super annoyed that I had to take it to my mechanic to have them put it back on properly.

The guys that work here are knowledgeable and efficient. My truck is my baby, and I know exactly what i need to do and when I need to do it when it comes to maintenance. Anytime Ive gone in for an oil change, the guys at this location have never suggested anything additional unless I actually needed to get it done. FYI if you are not a car person, this is definitely the place to go. I been bringing my truck here for 4 years. I used to live a few blocks away, but I recently moved an hour away. After two huge fails at places near my new neighborhood, Ive decided that from now on Im just going to take the long way home once in a while and make a pit-stop here.

This is the 2nd time that the technician had not tightened all the fasteners on the under belly plate. Extremely disappointed with the service.1st time technician just put 3 bolts back (from 9 bolts) so I had to purchase and put them back on. This last time, they told me the work is all done, I asked for proof that they put all the bolts back on with some pictures (not surprisingly all bolts were put on AFTER I asked for the picture and were not tightened). After I returned home, I lifted the car and the bolts were not tightened, 3 of them were barely screwed in and were about to fall out.

First time I go and get an oil change at this place, asked for a 0w20 synthetic blend oil and asked the employee if they stopped off the fluids, she said yes, they started working on my vehicle I saw another employee topping off the windshield wiper fluid, then I saw him pouring the oil, I started The vehicle oil pressure was good, after that the writer asked the lube tech if he was taking time to put the skid plate back on after that I paid and the employee indicated me that an email will be sent which is the receipt and I havent received any email. I got home and check to see if everything was good, and the skid plate was missing and the fluids where not stopped off, I paid around $74 for just and oil change which I thought it was a little high, but my skid plate at the dealer is around $225 I went back to get my skid plate, i looks like they wanted to keep it since the writer asked the lube tech about it when i was getting my oil change, got back my skid plate but just to think that you cant really see what they are doing to the car makes me doubt the work, definitely not going back to this place.

The one star reviews are laughable. Ive been taking my vehicles here for the last few years. Its called Jiffy Lube, not Jiffy Tire Rotation. Theres a secret to getting great service at this location quickly and with no other cars in line. Always ask for the discounts or have the coupons from the online site ready.

Such rude customer experience I didn’t see all my life. Mechanic and lady in front desk were ok, but the lady, which was doing some supports to them asked me to “not come again” because I touched my car inside of their garage and asked to not put engine cap on dirty surface, so she started yell at me, that she was trained like that. Well, have to admit that she need to change her place of work, because it’s too stressful for her. Looks like all car services in California, once they will get your car in their hands, will do everything to rip you off, hiding behind the liability and customer care service. And if customer is staring to be involved and controlling of what they want to do, such things happen. No apologies. Thanks to their mechanic, looks like he was the only one good person attitude there and knows his job.

They had to remove a plastic air cowling to change my oil. Either 6 plastic clips and 2 screws fell out of that cowling or they didnt bother to put them back in as I just spent an hour replacing them. Laziness or bad workmanship, either way, not good.

Excessive charges. Employees force unnecessary services. If your English is not perfect, dont go there. I went to get an oil change and paid $210. Its all my fault, but this seems to be too much. The service department said they didnt clean the windows or clean the interior.
