First, I would like to give a HUGE SHOUT-OUT to Frankie and Rigo for their professionalism, great customer service, and honesty.I came here thinking I needed to change my struts and shocks, and after inspection by Frankie, he realized that it was my bushings that needed to be replaced. So he got to work. When I say this man went above and beyond to make my jiffy lube experience a great one. That would be an understatement.Jiffy, you guys are blessed to have an awesome and trustworthy mechanic on your team. I go to them for almost everything and they are always so helpful. As a young woman, sometimes you feel like mechanics either try to take advantage of you or patronize you. I can say, neither of those things happen here. They are very professional and helpful.

Update below. So after having a really terrible experience a couple of months ago, where Jiffy Lube didnt fill my fluids and I got stuck driving to Phoenix in a bugstorm with no fluid, they sent me a 50% off coupon. I just pulled into this store, handed the guy the coupon, impressed that they were going to try and keep me as a customer. Only to have the guy say Ive never seen this coupon before, theres nothing I can do. Amazing. I guess jiffy lube just isnt what it used to be. Attaching a photo of the coupon in case anybody wants to verify that its real.I went a few blocks north to 18503 Devonshire St, Northridge, CA 91324 and that Jiffy Lube took the time to figure it out. I hope this Jiffy Lube learns from this.

The documents and the representative said they checked tires and fluids and that they cleaned the windows of the vehicle. However, the windows were dirty, and the signal/symbol indicating low tire pressure was on and my tires needed air (I drove in knowing my tires needed air because I was under the impression that Jiffy Lube fills tires during the oil change).

The friendliest staff!! Informed me I didn’t yet need an oil change but that they were going to top me off for free. Additionally, they checked the tires for me with a smile on their face.Know they’re here for your benefit and not trying to just get you to get service that your vehicle doesn’t need.I have been going to Jiffy Lube for years but this location has gone above and beyond.Thank you!

I came to this Jiffy Lube location today at around 10:30am just to get some air pressure taken out of my black 2021 Kia Forte LXS. I usually bring either my Toyota RAV4 or my Kia to this location for all my oil changes and other services.Today this location was very packed with other cars in line getting their service done. An employee was able to get my tire taken care of right away. I waited no longer than 5-10 minutes. Excellent service. I will continue to recommend this location to friends and family.The employees at this Northridge location were very friendly and super professional. My employees came in to the shop to replace the front brakes, apparently the caliper was needed to replace as well but they figured they will ask the employee and not the car owner. 100 miles after service the front brakes failed and car almost crashed on victory blvd. zero accountability or responsibility from this place, people almost lost their life and they say tow it in and pay for more work. When the is a situation that is life dangerous I would expect they will call the owner of the vehicle and not explain the situation to someone that has zero understanding and is barley understand English. Save your life and don’t come to this place. The manger needs to out of work if he makes life threatening decisions for his clients.

Staff put me on track with everything right away. Before I went there I check for the price of the piece needs to replace and it was the same price they showed me in the computer, which is very good to know about honest people working there.Timing was extremely great, I was told the job will be done from 40min to 1 hour and it was done on time..appreciated a lot..

Did spark plugs . didnt even call me to notify to change the coils as well due to connectivity . They changed my spark plugs . No comments about the coilovers being dirty or worn-out when I picked my car up. Had to go back to ask why the check engine light turned on . Now my car is shaking, and the check engine light is on . Whats the point of taking my phone number ?, now my vehicle is in worse condition

I went in to do my 20,000 mile service and asked for them to check my tire pressure as well. The tire lights didnt turn off even though they said they checked it. Turns out I had to go put air in my tires because they had low tire pressure, as for the oil change. It was done but it took over 2 hours to get this done, they couldnt find a tool that was needed. This delay changed the arrangements I had for the day

CAUTION WITH THESE GUYS- Disappointed with the service, when I first drove in to service my car my car did not have a exhaust sound problem, once I payed for the service turn on the car, I immediately noticed my car sounded different, I immediately told the service advisor about the sound, and he didnt seem to care. Didnt even make an effort to take a look at it. His excuse was they only change the motor oil and transmission oil. While I was waiting for the car, I notice the lifted the car with the floor lift. I told the advisor that when they lift the car that might of done the damage and again he replied that had nothing to do with it.So I took it to the dealer, they checked my car and noticed that the catalytic converter was pushed up against the underbody and was creating the sound and a slight vibration. Luckily when the car was lifted at jiffy lube with the floor lift, did not cause any damage to the exhaust. So the Honda mechanics were able to put the catalytic converter into position and fix the problem. I would have thought the you guys would be more professional, but I was proved wrong.

I normally go to specialized mechanic but I was visiting home so I needed an oil change ASAP before driving back to school. Car ran fine but a few weeks later it started running weird. I took it to a new mechanic and they found the oil was overfilled by about 2 liters. Will probably never take it to another jiggy lube establishment ever again.

This location use to be really good. I’ve been going to it for almost 3 years; exclusively. The old staff was extremely helpful. Now, there’s an entire new staff. They are not polite, make offensive jokes, and every time I drive up, yes every time, there is now a 15 to 25 minute wait. For about 2 years, with the old staff, there was never a wait. Now, as of about 6 months or so, every time I drive up, I meet non-polite workers, I hear offensive jokes and language, and always have to wait. I just drove off after telling me that the wait was 25 to 30 minutes. I love that location. It’s extremely convenient for me, however, the overall experience might make me look for another place. They will lose business if this continues. I am extremely sure that they may have already lost business.

Was treated so poorly at this location. There was only 1 mechanic available to work on my vehicle on 5-6-22 at 4:15pm out of 5 available workers. I had to wait several minutes for him to get off lunch, he then brings his girlfriend into his job, talks to her right next to my car. Then finally decided to help me once he is done. I was then told he couldnt help me with removing my gas cap lock because I bought it at autozone. What real mechanic says that?! Just name your price if your really a mechanic and help me.He then stated I must get out my car and wait in the lobby for a break inspection. He stated it would be a 20 minute process. I watched him work on another car and for 20 minutes never touch my vehicle. I had another associate ask about it and he still never touched my car. At that point I drove off. I was the third car to arrive at the shop and several cars were seen before me. Im sure the work I needed done was a big ticket, and these guys rather discriminate then make money. If you want better treatment just go across the street to valvoline.

These boys were past respectful. I felt like they were family! Very supportive and caring. Work done quickly and professionally. Drives like a brand new vehicle. Can not say enough about how they treated me so well. Very patient and helpful. Even showed me about operating some gadget bells and whistles on my luxury van I didnt know anything about and Ive had the car over two years! Highly recommend their treatment of this Senior Citizen! Very much worth the drive to Jiffy Lube Northridge! All others eat their dust as far as I am concerned. Do yourself a favor and go. Take Mom and Grammy too!

Ive never felt better getting service and knowing the job is done correctly and accurately. The superb manager Rigo Ive known for 5 years and has done service on my Range Rovers every visit. He goes above and beyond taking care of my wheels. Many of these quick service places want to get you in, take your keys and pressure you and sell you everything under the sun (you know the dusty air filter some places scold you about) but Ive never felt this pressure here with this crew. Ive been to different locations in and around Lots Angeles and I have no complaints. But todays experience was just so much more than I expected. I felt valued as a customer. That was unusual. There I was surrounded by newer vehicles and yet they treated me with the same professionalism and dignity as everyone else. It felt great! As long as Im in the valley, Northridge is my go to die oil changes from now on!!!

I am a repeat customer for three plus years.Very consistent excellent service. Minimal wait time usually ten to twenty-five minutes.Both the technician Jessie? and the manager were quite professional. I would not hesitate going back. I am very picky, yet my expectations were exceeded! No glitches with this location. They check ignition check engine codes as well.

The manager Rigo and assistant manager Efren provided such a great customer service! I took my buddy here to get his car ac check up to see why it’s not blowing cold air. Instead of changing the air filter which we don’t know if it would solve the problems, Rigo recommended us to a mechanic down the street to get it check. Really appreciate this kind of service that’s not all about making money for the business but really looking out for customer’s needs. Will definitely come back to get oil change and other maintenance!

They explain things and try to give you recommendations if you ask for them when you are not sure which product you should ask for.I mainly went for oil change, fluid top off, and a superficial check for why AC was only pumping air and no cool air. I was trying to determine if the coolant fluid was out or if there was a mechanical problem.

Super friendly staff but please please please review their work. They pushed a tire rotation and didnt secure my tires fully so the tires lugs fell off almost causing my wheel to fall off on the freeway. Ive been here a lot and the oil changes are great but do not trust the additional services.

I had stopped going to jiffy lube because I didnt like when they required me to drive my car over the bays. Now because of Corona it is just a reality however this particular jiffy lube the attendants were super nice and made me feel very secure about it. They were very knowledgeable and made the check-in process simple even though it was the first time I had come to their facility. Of course they showed me my filter but I was surprised when the attendant said there was no reason to change it at this time. Im used to them trying to upsell everything at other jiffy lubes. The only thing that was a little bit uncomfortable was the fact that I had to turn my car/ac off for them to do the service and it was a very hot day but that was no fault of their own. Ultimately I thought this jiffy lube was one of the best that Ive been to in a long time. I would highly recommend this jiffy lube.

I came here about a week ago and is now my favorite Jiffy Lube. They were fast, efficient, clean and very friendly. They pointed out a few minor items that needed replacing like my old beat up windshield wipers and it was a good thing i had them replaced because it rained the very next day. After they had finished servicing my car, the very lovely customer service attendant ( I believe her name was Diane) walked me over to my car. Oh and if its your first time there, they knock off 5 bucks... So basically they bought me a beer. 🍺 Nice!!

So disappointed. I actually really liked this place. I brought my Honda Civic here on Saturday, 4/13. I didn’t feel the need to hide any of my personal items. But now I am realizing that one of my personal items I had just purchased for $50 is missing. How coincidental that it’s gone after I bring it here. It definitely was in my car in the open and now it’s not. Do not bring your car here or if you do, MAKE SURE to hide your personal items due to THIEVES working here. Extremely unprofessional and unethical!

Im totally diggin this, Stay in Your Car trend while shops change your oil and do minor, quick maintenance fixes (thanks COVID-19). I also never believe they will complete everything in 15 minutes...but alas they prove me wrong every time (because of course, I time them)Ive been to many Jiffy Lube locations, and this location is one of the better ones, but not the best one Ive been a customer at. The lead mechanic Edwin, who I interacted with the most, was very professional, nice, and easy to deal with. He did not try and upsell me, but rather asked me if there were any additional services I would be needing besides my oil change. He gets major brownie points for this right here alone. Ive worked in retail before where upselling clients was not an option, it was a requirement if I wanted to keep my job, and I hated doing it. I dont see anything wrong with offering the current specials or whatnot, but dont try and sell me 4 new tires when I just came in for an oil change. So, bravo to Edwin for doing this.I also came in as a member of the platform CarAdvise offered through Uber for their fleet drivers which provides a certain discount on my oil change. Now, I will admit, CarAdvise is not the easiest or most streamlined platform out there -- and they can make a mistake (or 3) every now then (which they did this time, but fixed everything in the end). Edwin spoke with a CarAdvise representation several times in order to resolve the payment issue we were having and handled everything with professionalism and ease. Had it been me, I dont think it would have gone as smoothly, then again, thats why I dont work in retail anymore.The one-star deduction is for Edwins lack of communicating to me the service comments he added to my invoice and marking that I declined a cabin air filter check.Under the service comments, he stated that my engine oil leaks on arrival and my skid plate missing screw pts The first comment, at least for me, seems like something thats fairly important to relay to the owner of a car, am I right? Was my car leaking as I left the shop I wonder? Do I need to go to my dealership or a full-service shop for additional services?The second comment is some foreign car language unknown to me and I had, and still have, absolutely no idea if my skid plates are still missing screws, if he replaced them, etc. Nor do I know what a skid plate is, besides sounding like a protective pad one would put inside their underwear. I called the shop to follow-up later on that day, but Edwin was not available. I have to take my car to the dealership for a squealing noise now anyway, so I will have them look into these two issues rather than bring the car back to JL. And if you didnt offer a service to me, dont mark down I declined your non-existent offer. It just looks shady and it made you look like you were rushing to beat that 15-minute timer you had tickin away in the back. Im all above quick service, but Id rather have quality service when it comes to something Ive paid over $10,000 for.All in all, I was satisfied with my experience at location number 3243 and would most likely bring my car back for future oil changes due to the very competitive pricing they offer, fast and efficient service, and the awesome Groupons Jiffy Lube offers. But, I will for sure review my invoice prior to leaving the shop to make sure there wasnt a note about a lugnut being loose on one of my tires (which could end really, really bad) and to make sure all necessary fixes and been offered and completed.

This JL has a drive through service where you dont get out of your car. For our Wrangler, we had the oil and air filter changed, though they did check air pressure at all five (spare) tires and cleaned the windshield. The whole team at the Reseda Blvd. address are professional and friendly. I ended up taking our Grand Cherokee there too. First time customer. Definitely will be coming back.

They were very nice and give a discount to CSUN students, faculty and staff. It did take a bit longer than I hoped (there was another person ahead of me and they didnt seem to be at full staff in the morning).They always try to sell you more things - but some are not that bad, and maybe worth it, especially if I dont get around to it myself. But they werent pushy, and just seemed helpful about their suggestions. I want to emphasize that they were quite friendly.

I usually service my truck myself, but when I want to treat myself I bring my truck here. The staff is really nice and always smiling. If you get oil change service from them they will top off your oil if it is low, within the mileage limit. Look for a coupon before you go in. They also offer CSUN student discount.

Overpriced trying to sell me more overpriced services I do not need or want. At the end of it all I got to watch someone pull my quite massive pick up truck out slide with tires screeching. Completely unprofessional DO NOT COME HERE! They are reckless. I will be taking further steps to get this resolved as an apology from the desk clerk is not close to satisfactory. I spent over $120 at their store and they treated my vehicle terribly.

Fist time doing an oil change didnt really know much about it. Rodger was extremely nice and knowledgeable. You can tell he was being honest. he wasnt pushy about buys all these expensive stuff but did give us recommendations. we did get the $69.99 oil change with a new 49.99 filter. they did have coffee and a tv so time went buy fast took a little over 20 mins. had a great experience will definitely come back.

Come here a lot for oil/transmission fluid changes. Great service until recently. I had a problem with my cooling system which caused my engine to shake & overheat so I brought my car here for a diagnosis. They told me everything was fine. They told me my radiator fluid was full, there were no leaks and no clogs. A couple of days later my car started violently shaking, wouldnt start, and was overheating again, so I took it to pep boys for a second opinion. Found out my radiator fluid was a gallon low & that my hoses needed to be replaced due to leakage. Thankfully my engine is fine. I wont be returning here though. I cant trust that theyll run tests correctly.

Don’t bring your car here. This place is nothing but a scam. They’ll make you sign the papers before telling you how much they’re charging you and then they’ll slap you with a ridiculous price. Don’t fall into the whole CSUN discount gimmick either because it doesn’t make up for their crazy prices. My car usually costs $50 to get an oil change so why would I pay $100 for the exact same thing? Beware of these scammers!

The service is great, but they told me I needed to get my tires rotated, though gave no explanation why. It seems one tires is completely worn a bit and should have stayed in the back. And now Im paying again to rerotate my tires back and having to pay for that now else I would have worn out my other tires for no reason. It would really help if your workers better. explain why certain things need to be done. Now Im down $21 for a rotation i didnt need and paying another $20 or so dollars to have them rerotated. Ill only be coming here for basic oil change nothing more. Would like to get my $21 dollars back.

My wife took her car in for a oil change we were scared taking it there I was be lazy not doing it myself. Wife was mad because I didnt do oil change. So we drove are car in to jiffy lube with no problems to the engine the only problem we had was transmission but now theres problems we have a loud knocking noise engine this all started at jiffy lube we watch one of the guys crank the engine and gave it gas with no oil in the engine now these guys are trying to cover it by lieing. Now Im waiting to see if they are going to man up to there mistakes all we wanted was a oil change it take me about 30min to do a oil change on any car . To all people and my brothers dont take your car to get service at jiffy I promise you they will do damage to your car and blame it on you nothing gets resolved these kids that work on your car are not ASE CERTIFIED ALL FREE MASON BROTHERS AND IBEW DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO ANY JIFFY LUBE

This place is a trainwreck. They try to get you to replace everything. My last visit resulted in my truck being so low on oil it didnt even read in the dipstick. And this was AFTER they performed an oil change. Im sure it was due to me laughing at the mechanic on a $75 fuel filter change that cost me $15 and 5min to change myself. Go at your own risk. Dont say i didnt warn you. I will NEVER return to this place. Place is a total S C A M and was reported.

People please be careful where you take your car, I have bmw and that car takes synthetic oil but these people in this location put just regular oil in my car, now my car is messed up the reason I found out I took my car to my mechanic he told me this oil wasn’t synthetic. Just to say be carful. I really trusted these people but you never know . The worst part they charge me for synthetic that cost $90 but, they put regular one . This is disgusting.

I was sent off with no transmission fluid in my car after a transmission oil change. When I notice my car was driving strange, I took the car back. I asked if they made sure my car was properly fill, they said yes. Therefore they sent me to a mechanic down the street. Then the mechanic discovered that there was no transmisdion fluid in my car which means that this Jiffy Lube failed to fill my transmission and did not actually check. The mechanic called the Jiffy Lube and instructed them on how to fill the transmission if it turns out that the machine was not working. After this I had to slowly drive my car back to this Jiffy Lube for them to finally fill my transmission. Furthermore, they wouldnt give me a refund for this terriblly disappointing service which took up hours of my time and have me wondering if my car had sustained any damage while driving in the condition.
