I am giving it a really low review for their customer service. Not for their work. I went in for a oil change, no problem, but they didnt screw on correctly the splash shield. As I was driving I was dragging it around. I took it back and instead of fixing their mistakes they put zip ties! It was 1 little zip tie! The next day the zip tie broke. Now Im dragging my shield again. I tried to reason with them, I tried to get them to fix their mistake. And no one takes accountability. These workers are not honest

Well let’s see where do I start. Oh yes I went to change my oil and once I was going back home I noticed that something was scraping the floor as I was driving. I pull over and notice the engine splash shield was coming off. I go back to this place cause that’s where they changed my oil and the guys tell me that they will fix the issue. Fast forward to a couple of days ago when I go change my oil again, at another place of course. The people there tell me that my engine splash shield was being held by ZIP TIES!!!! I see zip ties!! They literally lost the screws for it and instead of at least admitting to their mistake they cover it up by using zip ties!! It’s one thing to make a mistake and I’m a person who understands a lot and knows things happen. However, to try and be sneaky is another thing. You think people have money to replace things so easily? You got incompetent workers there which is what I choose to call them because only people with zero accountability do stuff like this. Learn to hire better people not little kids who have no experience and don’t understand how it’s costs others to fix their mistakes they choose to not take responsibility for.

I bought a Groupon for this place and went there for the first time. Every person I came into contact with was friendly and professional. I had a check engine light and knew what it was for. They did not try to pull anything. They were very honest. I was very impressed with this honesty. It was actually another business in La Habra that caused that check engine light and took me for over $2000 to fix it, which they didnt do. Honesty is huge for me.

I dont leaving negative reviews because any issue you have should be taken up directly with management.I normally change my own oil, but due to a back issue Im currently limited on my mobility.It almost 3 hours for an oil change, tire rotation, and break fluid replacement. Not the end of the world.My issue is that the gentleman rotating my tires tightened the lug nuts in a clockwise rotation. When tightening lug nuts you need to go in a crosshatch order. This assures proper pressure around the entire assembly including the breaks.I had to redo it when I got home.It shows poor training.

Three hours for an oil change. These guys were completely incompetent. When they finally finished my oil change, I asked to confirm if they put air in my tires. They said yes - this was a lie. They’re grown men who lie to get out of doing their job. Terrible service.

I rotated my tires but lost one of the special lug nuts, so I drove for a few months with only four nuts. When I realized five months later, the employee, Luis, replaced it with a regular nut. I initially bought the special nut for anti-theft purposes, but losing it during tire rotation seems unreasonable – its like going to war and losing your gun. Anyway, Luis said the manager with the same name would contact me about compensation, but theres been no communication.If they lack skills, at least they should offer good service. If you value your car, consider looking elsewhere for better options.

If you need just the oil change, this is the place to consider.Call first to make appt and tell them you found them on Groupon for so on so amount of dollars, they will match what is offered on Groupon. The standard time for oil change is around 45 mins at this location. They will inspect other area such as air filter, tire pressure, tire tread, coolant pressure...etc. If you need break service/tire service I would recommend going to specific shops just for tires to get your service done much quicker, not here. They provide good oil change service to my 2021 Subaru Outback. I recommend this place for oil change services!

Ive used these type of services before with better satisfaction. This location was the worst ! It took 2 hours to get my service done, which was a simple oil chane !!!!! Nothing more!!!! There was not that many customers present to justify this. I will not be returning to this location ever!

My second time at this location. I park my car in the parking lot. The manager told me to park behind the car receiving service and he would be right back. He had me waiting for about 17 minutes. He then told me it would take about 45 minutes. It took more than two hours. When I returned I asked him how do my brakes look. (They had a sign that stated free brake inspection with an oil change.) He said they couldnt check the brakes because it has a hub caps. First of all, when you do a brake inspection you remove the hub cap, rim, to inspect the pads and possibly the calipers. You inspect the pads, rotors, and bearing. If the car has shoes you remove the tires and drums. Inspect the shoes, drums, wheel cylinders, hardware kit, and wheel bearing. These employees dont have a clue how to do their job. I would never recommend this Jiffy Lube. I will never take any of my cars to any Jiffy Lube.

I had to get an oil change for my corolla and the guys who work here seem pretty genuine. They recommended car maintenance and pointed out what I needed to do soon instead of asking for charges. The service was great, got my car in for 30 minutes and by that time they were already done. They recommended a genuine service like Super Mobil Full Synthetic Oil for my car. It wasn’t cheap but well worth it if I drive a lot of miles for work and school. Don’t go to your local dealer to charge you like crazy amounts of money. It’s well worth to check in with a family member who knows about cars, ask for second opinion, and try to ask why they charge a certain amount and compare prices for a regular maintenance. Overall the guys here were good. I recommend you check them out.

My oil is leaking of my filter and my drain plug..Im very busy at work and have to drive back to fix after wait 1.5 hours yesterday for an oil change...I have 5 vehicles and normally go to the Reseda location or Valvoline...After yesterday I dont think I will be going to the La habra location..Lost time and money.

This location charged me extra, on top of the Groupon I purchased. I dont know if its a scam but I wouldnt recommend this location. Also, be prepared to wait a long time for an oil change, an hour at least. Jiffy, it is not.

First time at Jiffy Lube. Went in for a simple oil change. I specifically requested to Joe, the Assistant Manager, to please check the tire pressure of the four tires. He failed to to this. I also requested that he reset the “oil life light”. He said he would. This also did not happen. Business was not busy, as there was only one other car in service lane. Businesses depend on repeat customer business - so why wouldn’t you want to perform the very simple requests from a customer. Deliberate negligence and forgetfulness is not an excuse, especially from an individual designated as the Assistant Manager. One of his main responsibilities is to oversee, assure, and follow-through with customer service requests and increase revenue for the business. I won’t return to Jiffy Lube because I can’t trust them to perform simple requests. Too bad !!

This was my first time here. I came early on a Saturday morning for an oil change. I was the third car there; however, I ended up waiting over an hour for a simple oil change. When I finally got my car back, I noticed my dashboard was reset and my floor was a mess with stuff from my glove compartment left out. I will not return and suggest others be wary.

I did an uber inspection here. Their service was very impatient. When I got there, they didnt have any other guests and no one came up to ask me. When I entered the store, I asked that I need to do uber inspection. They asked me to park the car to the back, and then when I parked the car to the back, a service person came over and told me not to park the car there, and then asked me to move the car to another place, and the attitude was very bad. After I parked the car, I waited about fifteen minutes for their service staff to come over. At that time, I saw that their store did not have any vehicles or customers entering during that time. Their service staff was playing with their mobile phones. Then after about fifteen minutes, the service staff came over and conducted an inspection for about 10 minutes. They told me to go to the front desk, and then told me that the two front tires were unqualified and that it would cost me about 300 dollars to replace the two front tires. Then they will let me pass. I feel very baffled. My car is a new car I bought a year ago. I have driven a total of about 40,000 miles. I feel very ridiculous, they also recommended me to pay in installments to replace my front wheel. Never go to this store. Waste your time and money.

Came in early in the morning. They replaced the brakes and rotors. Very straight forward and helped negotiate pricing. To the potential customer, please realize that not all cars are the same, so different issues take time. I took it in on my day off. Car was ready after 4pm. Very happy.

Very bad experience here. No credit and trust to this store. I came to do Uber inspection earlier Saturday. They said I needed to replace tie rod.but I didnt have time that day. They told me I could finish anywhere once its done They would give me pass. After my friend store helped me fixed the part with oil change in my friends place and I came to finish inspection they still didnt pass it and said I needed to replace another part. they didnt refund my fee. They just tried to find tiny issues on the car and trying to fix them charging for high labor fee. They have no respect on you. They took my cars plate photos without my permit secretly. They dont have patience to serve customers.

UPDATE: I received amazing customer service that addressed my concern as well as fixed the problem. I adjusted my original 2 stars to 3 stars-- I wouldve given it 4 but I cant say Ill be back.Disappointing experience. When I payed they told me they had vacuumed my floorboards but when I got in my car it was very clear that they hadnt vacuumed them (Ill attach pictures.) I waited almost 2 hours for this! I know this is a small problem but it leads to a bigger one of trust. I would like to trust the person working on my vehicle. If the person working on my car told me they did something but they didnt do it, now Ive lost trust in the quality and thoroughness of their service. What else did they say they did but they didnt actually bother to look at? They charged me $70 for this (mediocre) synthetic blend oil change service. Its almost like they were so busy trying to upsell me on brake packages and belt replacement that they forgot to do the things that came with the PACKAGE I PAID FOR. I will NEVER come back here

Please dont go to this business. They take advantage of women. My mom went there for a brake job and oil change. During the stay they told my mom that she needs some work done on her engine, so the total cost for everything should be $400 to 500, My mom agreed.After everything was completed, she got a bill for $1,000. The personnel at jiffy lube replace her battery without permission, which I know the battery was holding at 12.5 to 14 volts. They rotated her tires without permission, they never sat down with her to advise her that the repair cost will be more then $500.. This battle is not over, we will go to corporate and the courts if need be.

When it for an oil change and it took longer than expected. I really did not mind that, but the person attending me said there was plenty of things wrong with my car that would total about $780 or so dollars. She said I needed new breaks and flush my break fluid blah blah...funny thing is, I got that taken care of a month before I came here. I want spark plugs, the person said they would charge me $100 just for labor and $120 for the plugs. No thanks. Group on deal was okay so that’s the reason I came. Had it been not on group on, I wouldn’t have ventured into this place. I called someone to look at my car for a second opinion, he charged me $140 for an alignment, spark plugs and air filter. Pretty much a tune up. Also told me that everything Jiffy Lube mediocre mechanics said was not true and he didn’t charge me to check all those other issues that were said to me at jiffy. Well Jiffy, you don’t have a customer with me anymore. Don’t worry, you can con elderly, that is, if they don’t have Internet.

I went in 12/11. I showed the gentleman my Groupon (fist time using Groupon). He wrote down the Groupon number. I was charged $78.89. I thought that Jiffy Lube charges me the exact amount as what Groupon said ($54.99). I informed the gentleman that I should have been charged $54.99. They refunded $20.99 bringing the total to $57.90. There were three young men fixing the issue and giving me the refund while speaking to a 4th person on the speaker phone. None of the young men apologized.After driving away, I realized that they forgot to put the sticker that tells me when the next oil change is due. I called the store and a gentleman gave me the mileage when I should do the next oil change. The man never apologized.On 12/20 I realize that Groupon actually charges me as well ($54.99). I called and spoke to Livy(manager). Livy recommended I call Groupon. I explained that Groupon did not overcharge me. Livy never apologized. He said that the only way to help is come in person. I asked to speak to a manager and he said that the manager would not help me. I asked (multiple times) for the name of his manager. He refused to give me a name or transfer me to his manager. He finally gave me his managers name (George). I need my $54.99 back!--------Manager contacted me after first episode and apologized. So i decided to give it another try.Episode 2I went in on Saturday July 3rd, 2022.I asked for an oil change. I sat in the waiting room for about half an hour when a technician comes in and says we need to charge and additional $15 because it is a lot of work taking a metal plate off i explained that i have never paid extra for an oil change because of a plate. Worst Jiffy Lube. Feel sorry for the owner, I was citing there for 35 minutes for a simple inspection, and no one came to attend my vehicle. Even though I got out twice to see if someone was coming, but instead they were just standing there, laughing and joking. I put my car in reverse and left. Never going back to that location. Time is money, and they don’t seem to appreciate their customer’s time.

Told them I was in a hurry and just wanted my oil changed, still tried to convince me to get a million other things fixed right now, and after being here OVER AN HOUR I see them washing my windows???? I needed to get an oil change because it was really pasted due. I moved so the place usually would go to is to far now. I saw this place and decided to give it a try. What a great decision I made. The service was very professional and quick plus they explained everything my car needed in detail. I didnt have enough money to get everything so the manager gave me a coupon to use when I return. I went the next day. Im really happy with the service and I feel confident in the work they did. This will be my new place now.

Im actually getting my oil change done right now on my Colorado and the guy, Tim, who is helping me is probably the best service guy Ive ever had. I usually go to Valvoline but I saw a coupon online today for $20 off and valvoline wouldnt price match so I came here, pretty glad I did. I didnt have to get out of my car which was super cool and got everything I needed done. I didnt even mind spending more than at valvoline because this guy was so nice. This guy is super on point with everything. Extremely friendly and knows his stuff. Customer service is A+++.

Took one of my cars in for an oil change because I got lazy and didnt want to do it myself at that moment. We were the only car in at the time and it took a while, but part of that is they had to jump the battery which the car DID have a bad battery. They DID NOT try to sell me anything I didnt need. Points for that. I would more worried if a business (thats supposed to make money) didnt try to up sell stuff. Making money is the purpose of business, Im more concerned with how they do it and these guys didnt over do it.After the oil change my keys were left on top of the car out of my line of sight (this is just bad S.O.P) rather than handing me the keys and with modern cars the proximity keys are still detected out to a certain distance. So we drove off thinking the keys were in a cup holder in the dark and the key fob and keys ended up sliding off the car and getting run over.The manager Lauren and all of the guys there at 8:30pm went out of their way to find busted up keys on foot and sent a mobile locksmith to meet me to program a new key. Now of course you would expect them to rectify a mistake. But they really went above and beyond to make things right and that is saying something. Ive worked with other shops in the past and they could have just as easily given me the run around and/or tried to scam their way out of it. But these guys owned their mistake and made it right.From my experience how well a shop works is one thing, but how they handle their mistakes speaks volumes. So while my overall experience wasnt the greatest given the problem with the keys, credit has to be given for how they handled the situation.

UPDATED REVIEW: 5 cars and 20 years loyalty. I came to this shop a little after 8a when they opened. I walked to the door and it was locked at 8:05a so I went to the bay where the older of 2 employees was swearing about something. He saw me and said nothing, another minute went on before I got what can I help you with with a I dont care attitude. Then a give me time to get ready at 8:05a when they should already be ready, right. There were 2 cars with people in them parked at the 2 closed bay doors assuming they have yet to be contacted yet and another man trying to get into the locked door. I will never go to this location again. Employees who do not like or know how to properly give customer service either need training or get promoted to customer. Fix your service please, as I with this exception like Jiffy Lube.

I did Uber inspection and they gave me only receipt not the inspection document . I went to upload the receipt to Uber app they refused . I called another company and they did inspect the vehicle and send me the right document to upload .I called Jiffy lube in La habra they told me we will issue refund of $29,99 when I stop by . I was hesitant at first to visit this location since I have always gone to the Nissan dealership for my infinity. However, my tire light and service engine light came on on the day of my road trip up north. The dealership would have required my car for at least 3 hrs. So I decided to take a chance with this location instead. I was in and out in less than an hour for a tire plug and transmission service. Had my oil change too with $16.00 discount from the service. It was a busy Friday but the cars were moving in and out accordingly

Brought my vehicle in for brakes about a year ago and have done some business with Jiffy Lube in the past, at a previous location in LA Habra and also this location. I go there mostly for convenience or emergency. When I got my brakes serviced, the manager gave a business card with a free oil change. I had waited until I needed to use it and when the time finally came, it was a new manager who would not honor the oil change. Well, thats fine then I dont have to do business with you. How can you trust a company that doesnt honor what they say? The answer is, you dont trust them. Ill take my business elsewhere to a company that provides quality assurance to their customers and keeps their word. Another thing, their associate is calling me bro, I aint your bro, this is about business.

Oil change is ok but got my brakes and Rotors resurfaced they told me that I needed to replace my passenger control arms that bushings were worn out that was false and that they would charge me 300 to do the job. Ive gone to two second opinions and they both said my control arms and bushings were fine one of those mechanics didnt charge me a penny to inspect as well. To top it off the brake tech that worked on my car gave me attitude because I was unhappy with his work and there a small scraping noise coming from the new brakes they installed, but with the bad service I received I dont even want bother coming back so in end they won Good job jiffy lube

I had oil change done in my Toyota sienna here and this guy did very bad job as it was leaking oil, I was lucky found out right away as soon as I reached home. It could be disaster if I drove more. I needed to get my annual car inspection done for Uber when I took my car in I was told that my car needed over $600 worth of work and a license plate bulb replaced which is why my car failed to pass which other than a bulb being replaced I knew was bogus so I was charged anyways. I toik my car to a different Company where my car passed with flying colors. Since this Covid hat hit I havent worked in months and having to pay for not one but two inspections is a task. They tried to convince me to get a $45 air cabin filter which I refused. Got one for $18 over at Autozone...but I discovered that the guy at JiffyLube placed the cabin filter back in UPSIDE DOWN! Large arrows on the filter clearly mark the filters airflow direction. Careless or intentional (likely), unacceptable! This is unfortunate. They lost another customer.

DO NOT GO HERE.....STAY AWAY!!!!I have some squeaky breaks, so it was recommended that I replace my front rotors (which were thin), replace pads (which I knew to), oil change and replace a few other parts (spark plugs, wires etc)......all together costing $700.Before leaving, the break tech states, You will hear squeaking, thats normal, the rotors and pads are brand new, they need to break in.The car is used for short distance travel and 3-times during the week. After breaking it in for 10 days or so...the squeaking is still there and a humming noise can be heard....not safe at all!!!!!I bring it in today, thinking it would be an easy fix....NOPE!!!!! The break tech shows me my front caliper and points out When you brought it in, this was not broken, it could have been weak and you must have did it.....I can give you a quote on the caliper.My car never made this humming noise EVER. But after I took it in and they touched it, some how, the caliper decides to fail within a week??? They did something wrong, possibly mishandled my caliper/rotor when replacing and broke it. Further more, they did not give a hoot about me being upset.STAY AWAY!!!! A $700 JOB WILL NOW COST A $1,000!!!!! SHARING ON FACEBOOK AND YELP!!!!!
