Everyone was kind up to the point of the close of the transaction. I showed my coupon at the end up the transaction the employee approved and typed on the keyboard and gave me the total and then I slide my card. Only for me to look at the receipt to find out they forgot to put the $25 coupon in. To which they were willing to void it but then the manager told them they couldnt void the transaction which didnt make sense to me. The worse part is they assumed that I showed the coupon after I put my card for the transaction which was not the case. I showed it to the employee, they approved and typed away, gave me the total in confidence, and I trusted them. If they even runned back the camera, this is exactly the time line. Why should the employees negligence cost me $25. Their only way to make up for it was that theres a $25 rebate for an oil change but thats a rebate, its not a return of funds directly back to me. The lack of accountability and not making it right was unacceptable.

I was tricked thinking I would pay $106 because you were all out of other types of oil . After waiting 45 min for simple oil change they come in to tell me they ran out of oil half way through the job so they had to go get some at the end of the job you charged me $201 dont even know how you guys get away with your advertising. I use to work for jiffy lube I know how long an oil change takes specially when you have 3 employees on one vehicle. Will never take any of my vehicles back and will tell my company to go elsewhere.

I went in today to have my oil changed and filters changed. I was so happy with the service I got. The whole staff was so professional and helpful. I have been there several times before and I will go back. I was in and out in about 45 minutes. They explained everything to me. I used a coupon from the website as well. I will be going back there when I need my oil changed again.

Staff here are amazing, this is my favorite place to get an oil change. They are so efficient, friendly, and always have coupons available

I have taken both my cars here in the past month for oil changes. Im fond of the ability to stay in your car while getting the service done. They let you know of any filters you may need and ask about preventative options based on your cars. One cool thing is they offer window cleaning and car vacuuming with the oil change as well. Many times they have coupons on their website, but you have to look closely that its for their location too.

This was the first time at Jiffy Lube and my last. The moved the sensors in my car when do their so call inspection. I didn t want that. I only wanted an oil change. Before going to Jiffy Lube, my engine light was off. It is now on. I now need to go to my mechanic to fix their error. I immediately return to the shop that did my oil change with 30 minutes complaining why my engine lights are now on. I might have to do a small claim court about their mistakes. I will need to check with my lawyer.

All of the staff at Citrus Heights Jiffy Lube are courteous and answer all my questions without hesitation.
