I passed my real estate salesperson exam after taking Teacher Ji’s class. He explained well. I took the express course, listened to his lecture twice, and resolved all the questions one or two times. The study materials are organized, and there are enough questions to understand the exam. Especially when he showed his notes as a table, it was very helpful to memorize and remind me of the root of the topic. I strongly recommend this class.

I just followed their curriculum and finally passed the salesperson exam at once! Since my first language is not english, I was worried about the exam but their courses are made students to understand easily. When I had some questions, they were able to give me answers instantly. I passed!!At JHTschool, I was able to study according to my schedule in a short period of time, receive certificates for required subjects, and successfully prepare for the exam. (I took the required lectures for about a month, and I think it took a month to prepare for the exam!)In my case, I started studying without any background knowledge, but thanks to the step-by-step explanation, I was able to complete the required courses. He also paid attention and provided detailed information regarding the issuance of certificates for required courses and application for the DRE exam. (Blog explanation is the best!!)Pinpoint lectures and problem solving are not optional, but mandatory, everyone.Once the exam date was set, I started with tweezers lectures and problem solving a month before the exam, and for the last week, I focused on mock exams and the most recent past papers sent to me. It really helped me a lot. I was able to not panic while taking the test. JHT Real Estate Schools online classes to acquire Real Estate Agent certification were very beneficial. I had a lot of freedom to study at my own pace, so I was able to study efficiently even with my busy schedule. First, I would like to say thank you to teacher Ji Chi-young.Not only the quality of the lectures, but also the way they continuously followed up with up-to-date information before and after the exam made me think that I would definitely pass.When I was researching various things about the real estate test and felt at a loss.I learned about JHT Real Estate School through people who posted their acceptance stories online.Since I was working, I was not sure if I would be able to take all the courses and apply for the certificate and pass the exam.It was a vague situation.However, from the first class, I was surprised by the extremely high quality, and it became fun to learn more and more.I was able to complete the courses easily. If you listen to the lecture, you will understand.Because Teacher Ji Chi-young perfectly understands the parts he explains and lectures,Its very easy for listeners to digest. I think the lectures are the biggest advantage of the JHT Real Estate School program.After completing the courses, I moved on to preparing for the exam.There is an Online Question Bank program, so it is based on the same interface as what you see at the actual Test Center.It was also quite nice to be able to solve problems.Meanwhile, there was a period where I completely gave up on studying because work became so busy.Meanwhile, teacher Ji Chi-young asked me via email when the exam would be held.People who took the test recently sent up to date information, and these things appeared in the recent test.It gave me an opportunity to become aware of situations where I would completely escape the test taker cycle.In fact, adults are completely in charge of their exam preparation life. While doing various searches to study for the real estate agent exam, I happened to come across JHT Real Estate Schools lectures. After listening to the sample lectures, instructor Ji Chi-youngs explanations and voice really caught my ear, so I signed up for the lecture. The entire lecture content was taught in a way that was easy to understand, like a sample. If you are hesitating, I recommend taking a sample lecture. The lectures teach a good summary of the content on the exam, so if you listen to everything and solve all the problems, I think other people will definitely get good results. I am thankful that I was able to pass the exam right away without wasting any time thanks to jht school.

I passed the exam in the first attempt after listening to Ji Chi-youngs lecture at JHT School!I first took the tongs course for each chapter and understood the concepts, then moved on to the exam problem solving course and studied by solving the problems.The teacher explained the contents of the extensive curriculum in a really easy way and pointed out important points during the lecture, which helped me a lot in my studies.It was good to study because it pointed out exactly how to understand, study, and memorize each topic during the lecture. The teachers summary of the timeline and table was also a great help in studying.If your teacher highlights the content in blue during the lecture and you master what you need to know, it will be a great help for the exam!Lastly, I liked that the course was designed so that people like me who work full-time and study can utilize their time by allowing people to listen to and understand the teachers lecture while driving rather than sitting at a desk. I think I was able to do well on the test because the teacher captured the points accurately even though I had to prepare for a short period of time!

Hello! This time, I passed the exam on December 7th. First of all, be sure to say thank you to instructor Ji Chi-young! I would like to give it to you. The lectures were practical and the points were captured so well that I was able to pass the first exam. ah! And more than anything, I think I was able to pass the exam because the instructor emphasized it by helping me understand and memorize the concepts.Actually...I thought I failed the test because it was too difficult. The actual problems are longer and there is a tendency to twist the problems. However, I was very happy to get such good results because I did not give up until the end and worked hard until the last second of the test. Once again, I would like to thank instructor Ji Chi-young and JHT Real Estate School.For reference, I passed the exam in less than 3 months from starting the required training to passing the exam yesterday. Since I studied full-time while working at another job, I studied continuously for an average of 3 hours a day, and took the last 2 weeks of vacation to concentrate for more than 12 hours a day. Of course, I had a lot of luck, but without instructor Ji Chi-youngs excellent lectures, I think it would have been really difficult to pass :)I highly recommend JHT Real Estate School to anyone who wants to quickly acquire a real estate license!ah! First, I would like to start by thanking jht and teacher Ji Chi-young.I started studying in November, received my certificate in December, and passed the exam in January.I really started from zero, but I was surprised to pass so much faster than I expected.From the first time I listened to the “Basic Course,” I was automatically focused on listening, so after listening to it twice, I felt like I already had the basics. After listening to it twice, before starting to study in earnest, I took the certificate exam to check my level, and I passed. I was also confused. Hehe~~It seemed like the lecture was designed so that you could get the basics of the real estate exam just by listening to the lecture.As I studied for the test in earnest and solved the problems, I found missing(!) parts, and every time I thought, Oh, I didnt learn this!!! and went to look for that part, it was already explained. So, I studied a little bit every day like “studying the text, solving problems, checking the wrong answers, and taking a walk and listening to the text again.”The more I studied, the more flesh was filled between the skeletons, allowing me to understand details that were not visible at first. The more I studied, the more I felt that the lectures were well-written.The textbooks/slides used in the lectures, unlike other real estate test preparation sites that have a rigid format, are organized in a way that is easy on the eye and cute, allowing you to study comfortably, which was a godsend. The format was simple and the content was informative. There really isnt a single word wasted in the contents of the lectures and slides, so I think its important to understand them all without missing a single word.The test questions I received had long passages, and most of them were given in situations. I think these were problems that could only be solved by understanding multiple concepts at the same time. There were almost no questions about simple memorization.Accurate understanding of the first, second, and third!And I think solving a lot of problems is important.and also,It was also a great help and reassurance that when I asked the teacher a question via KakaoTalk, he immediately responded kindly and honestly.once againThank you for the good lectures and good care.Thanks to you, I also have American certification!Im so happy!thank you

Best school ever!! Recently, I suddenly needed a real estate license after changing companies, so I looked into it and chose JHT School!! In fact, at first, I heard that the test would be conducted in Korean, so I was curious about how they were going to teach since the test would be in English. Thanks to 20 years of financing, I was exposed to a lot of virtual/online schools, but I was skeptical, and the teacher taught in a style that was just right for me. Teacher CHI!! Actually, I didnt have time and didnt study separately and only took the class at 10:00, but I was very fortunate because the class was so engrossing that I didnt get bored, the course was similar, and there were a lot of questions on the exam!! Thanks to the great voice and easy and accurate information, I passed the exam right away and got my license right away! I highly recommend JHT School!!!

I passed.Advantages- If you just listen to all the classes here and follow what they tell you, you can pass. The content and delivery of the lectures are that good.- I am sincere about CS. If you dont know or are confused about something, you can always ask via KakaoTalk and they will give you a sincere answer.- Great for listening in various environments such as PC, tablet, and mobile.Disadvantages (Rather than a disadvantage, it is something that could be improved. It does not affect passing.)- The lecture materials are uploaded, but if you do not take notes on the lecture materials, some parts may be difficult to understand when you look at them again. So, most educational programs in Korea provide or sell written copies along with the original lecture materials. If you also uploaded written lecture notes that reflect the notes taken during class, I could have used my study time more efficiently. I think that.

I started studying real estate with fear after hearing that it wasnt easy.But after listening to the first lecture, I became confident.Now that I think about it, I think the “kind” and sincere explanations for elementary school-like questions were of great help to me. I started out without even knowing the basic concepts of real estate, but he explained difficult and unfamiliar concepts in a way that made it easy for me to understand and learn quickly. After listening to the lecture, I was able to understand the concepts well, so I studied with the thought that I could take the exam. After completing the basic lecture, DRE kindly guided me through applying for the exam, so I was able to apply without any difficulty. They responded really quickly, which was really helpful in a situation where I had to apply for the test in a hurry :) After receiving the application from DRE and setting the test date, I studied for the test for exactly 5 weeks. I mainly studied through problem-solving lectures and problems. I was able to learn the concepts on the test more quickly because the problem solving was explained in an easy-to-understand way and the concepts of the words in the problem options were explained over and over again. And I am so thankful that I was able to pass in the first attempt because you took care of me carefully before and after the test!! The test turned out to be more difficult than I thought. I thought it would be good to add more difficult problems to the problem-solving lecture. Passing the exam quickly was the most important thing to me, so being able to pass within the time I had planned was the best, and the curriculum was very helpful as it allowed me to easily access and study the contents that were difficult for me efficiently. Three weeks before taking the real estate exam, I signed up for the pincer course and problem-solving course. Ji Chi-youngs lectures were so well organized that I was able to gain more and more confidence while listening to the class and preparing for the exam. I completed my preparation for the real estate exam by repeating the problem-solving course.The test-taking tips provided in class were of great help in solving difficult questions during the test, and as a result, I was able to pass in just the first attempt. I took my first real estate certification test four months after I started taking classes.Problems and explanations that would have been difficult to understand in English were explained in detail in Korean, so it was easy to understand!I took all the courses only once and studied using the provided textbooks and problem solving.It was a great help that you sent me the latest test trend questions.I studied based on the latest exam trends sent to me a month before the exam and spent at least 2 hours solving problems to memorize unfamiliar and confusing words!The test was really difficult, but as long as you understood the concepts perfectly, there was no problem in solving it!Thank you for making it quick and easy to get your real estate license!

First of all, the atmosphere at the test site was serious and good. Im not used to looking at a monitor and taking tests, but I think I was able to do it after concentrating.After hearing the instructors lecture for the first time, I realized that there were a lot of things I needed to memorize, so I found my own way. In order to memorize naturally in everyday life, I listened to it while driving using the computer and phone. Through repeated study, I memorized it to a certain extent and then studied in English, excluding Korean as much as possible. Because I have to understand the problem in English.It was a long journey of 4 months, but the instructors detailed explanation was very helpful in learning real estate law. thank you

When I decided to get a real estate agent license and started looking into it, I realized that even if I obtained the certificate needed to take the real estate certification test and applied for the test, I would have to wait a minimum of one month before I could get a test date, so I looked for a way to get the license as quickly as possible. I enrolled in JHT Real Estate School. The basic course online lectures are well organized and the play speed can be adjusted, so I was able to finish them in three days while listening at 1.75x speed. And I had planned to sign up for the test and wait a month to study, but I received an email saying I could take the test sooner than I thought, and when I tried to schedule a test date, there was a place near me in two days or a month later, so I decided to give it a try. I set an exam date two days later and took the exam after only getting 70% of the Crash course, and it really helped me a lot. After the test, I realized that I was really prepared by only focusing on the questions that appeared on the test.If I had taken the problem-solving course, I think I would have gotten 100 points.

If you are thinking about giving it a try or are hesitating, I recommend that you give it a try.The friendly teacher Jis explanation was clear to me. As I listened to it while driving, I felt like I had seen it even though I had never seen it before. The teacher, who tailored the lecture to the students level, took enough time to explain any questions they had, including explanations of unfamiliar terms they encountered for the first time, so that they could be understood. I studied at JHT School for just one month and passed!It was easy to download the material, it was well organized by chapter, and the teachers lecture tone was easy to listen to.It was very accessible because I could continue listening to it while moving or working without time constraints.When I got stuck or didnt understand something while listening to the lecture, I was able to quickly solve the problem I didnt know by answering questions via real-time chat like I would have done face-to-face.In particular, in the last week of taking the test, I only focused on the expected questions in the problem-solving course, but when I took the actual test, I saw a lot of overlapping problems, so I was able to take the test easily.Highly recommended if you are busy and dont have time to go to lectures and are more comfortable with Korean than English!!

Normally I dont write reviews, but Im posting this review because Im so grateful to this place for giving me a second career.I took a real estate class amidst doubts and worries about whether I could do it. For me, who spent a lot of time driving, it was easy to access the course content I wanted because it was organized by topic online. As I listened to it in the car, like listening to an audiobook, I naturally began to understand the content needed for the real estate test. Unfamiliar words used in real estate were translated into Korean, and the teachers friendly explanations were included, so it was really easy to understand.After completing all the courses, I was able to obtain the certificate without difficulty, and the tweezers nose for exam preparation was a great help in studying for the exam, and played an important role in passing the exam in the first attempt.If you have any friends who are considering real estate, I would recommend them without hesitation.

When I looked at the thick real estate agent exam preparation book, I felt overwhelmed. However, thanks to the easy-to-understand and essential lectures at JHT real estate school, I was able to pass the exam easily and quickly. The instructors didnt just focus on rote memorization but provided examples to help us understand, and they guided us on what concepts were important (for exam) and what to less focus on. They provided the most efficient help on the path to passing. I studied in my spare time while working full-time and obtained my certification in a very short time frame allowed by the DRE, all thanks to JHT real estate school. Thank you to the kind instructor Jichiyeong and the team led by Jinhong.Looking at the thick collection of real estate agent exam preparation questions seemed overwhelming, but thanks to JHT Real Estate Schools easy and key lectures, I easily passed the exam in a short period of time. He gave examples so that I could memorize through understanding rather than simple memorization, and gave hints to just refer to unimportant concepts, helping me take the most efficient path to passing the exam. I recommend it to those who understand Korean more quickly than English, those who want the main points of a thick book, or those who need training through a large question bank.
