Wonderful place, came in because the reviewers on here are actual customers (not friend reviews), with that being said.. Andre, Natalie are great! Really shows thier experience with fine jewelry.I didnt know much about rings besides what I could find online about grades, but from the start Andre worked with me to figure out which style, budget to get the grand idea. I went to and called TEN DIFFERENT jewelers to fix my watch, some were saying it wasn’t fixable at all and others said it would take 1-2 weeks. But these guys fixed it within A SINGLE DAY. Not only that but they charged a super fair price! 100% worth it. I will always go to these guys for any of my watch repair needs from now on and if you’re reading this, you should too.

After reading reviews I had to visit. After meeting Andre and others, I felt comfortable to give them my engagement ring to fix and polish. Wow! What a difference. Looks brand new and he fixed a couple of platinum setting breaks. Andre also showed me what the previous jeweler had skimped on, using white gold instead of platinum, supposedly fixing the prongs last time. A jeweler in Brentwood. Now I have my go to! Quest, thank you for your knowledge and honesty.

I found this store years ago. I had a 2 carat diamond ring that I needed to get reset. I had been to the downtown LA diamond district as well as several stores in Los Angeles and Conejo Valley. All of whom quoted me more than I wanted to spend and not exactly what i wanted. Jewelry Quest custom designed and made me the perfect setting and showed me everything on a 3D model beforehand. The price and quality of what they gave me was amazing! It’s far and away one of the best decisions that I have made jewelry wise. I’m consistently impressed with their work and how hard they strive to provide amazing quality items and wonderful customer service. I recommend them to everyone who compliments my jewelry.

When reading these reviews initially, I was a little hesitant. After my experience, I realize the reviews are honest and true. Andre and his wife Natalie, are the sort of people that make you feel like family, making sure youre comfortable and satisfied. We asked them to breakdown a ring and completely redesign a new one, and boy did they sure follow through on what they delivered. Like I told my wife yesterday, if I had to drive an hour just to visit Jewels Quest to have them help with a custom design again, I would do it without hesitation, and maybe even just to stop in and say hi. I couldnt recommend them highly enough, and youll really just have to go see for yourselves. The BEST experience I could have imagined!!

I came to Jewels Quest to customize an engagement ring for my fiance, and the ring came out incredible. I dont think anyone could have done a finer job than Jewels Quest. The placement and presentation of the stones are exquisite, and it was also great to see a digital version of the ring before production so as to make any final comments/changes to the design. Both Andre and Natalie are the best at what they do, and they were very accommodating to what I envisioned for the ring, plus provided excellent advice and recommendations as well. Delightful experience at this shop needing a repair on a bracelet and an heirloom ring resized . Andre greeted me into the shop and immediately listened to what I needed done . He looked at both pieces through his eyeglass and knew exactly what the pieces were made of & shared his knowledge of each piece & how he would make the repairs, told me the price of repair, which was very reasonable and that he would have them both done the next day! He noticed my wedding ring and offered to clean it for me, such a nice gift to me, making my antique estate ring brightly shine as if were new . Jewels Quest helped design and create a 25th Wedding Anniversary band and ring guard that beautifully enhanced the look of a diamond solitaire ring. The owners helped us to develop the design, they created the concept, they showed us enhanced photos of what the final product would look like (for our approval), and they created the actual setting. The pieces in this shop are stunning, and I first came in focused on having a custom ring made. The end result exceeded my wildest dreams. My smokey topaz cocktail ring was meant to go with my extensive brown palette of clothing. It doesnt just go with everything, IT ENHANCES IT. I am so thrilled with my ring, but also the quality of service. While I was there, I had my wedding ring cleaned and a diamond prong fixed so I wouldnt risk losing it. Like many brides, I tried shedding for the wedding. After losing 10 pounds, my engagement ring got so loose that it would fall off if I shook my hand hard enough.I called a number of jewelry shops around LA and Ventura. They either didnt work with palladium or were too expensive. Andre worked with my metal and provided an extremely reasonable quote over the phone.I walked in the same day and tried on Andres ring sizers to find the right fit. He was able to size down my palladium ring perfectly within an hour and cleaned it so it looks brand new. I love it!If youre concerned about COVID safety, theyve got you covered. Andre is my go to jeweler in town. When I inherited a gold coin from my grandfather, Andre helped me design the perfect setting so that I could wear the coin as a charm. The setting he made matched the vintage gold coin perfectly which was important to me. I have purchased gold chains at Jewel Quest and find the prices and selection very good. Additionally, when I need a jewelry repair, I can get it done quickly and it doesn’t need to be sent out. They do repairs on-site which I appreciate.

My (spoiler alert) fiance and myself decided it was time to tie the knot after almost a decade of being in a committed relationship. I knew I wanted a ring that was 100% unique and thus we went to Jewels Quest for a custom design. I am very particular with my jewelry (especially a piece I will wear for the rest of my life) so I was involved in the stone selection and design from the very beginning. Natalie and Andre were very accommodating and supportive to this nontraditional path.I had my heart set on a cushion cut non-chemically treated teal Montana Sapphire for the center stone of the ring, which is not common. Andre diligently spent lots of time searching the various markets and his contacts till our perfect stone came up. After that I provided a set of design inspiration boards to Natalie to start the process of designing the ring. We went through a number of iterations and at each step Natalie patiently listened to my feelings about each aspect of the new design and took those into account for the next creation. I always felt that she actively listened and she really made me feel comfortable in providing my opinions.One of my main criteria (besides the stone) was that I wanted a ring that had lots of details in the metal work. For me, it is the craftsmanship of a piece that elevates its design. There are a lot of fine details in the ring that Natalie designed and not once was she concerned about Andre delivering. They both worked together as a seamless team throughout the process. There were a few tough conversations about some of my choices during the design process, which could have negatively affected other important components of the ring. I am not the expert, Natalie and Andre are; but they kindly and clearly would explain to me how these choices could be bad for the longevity of the ring. Because they were so honest I feel like I received the best ring that will hopefully become an heirloom in my family.When my fiance surprised me with the final result, I was so happy. The ring is exactly as promised. Andres craftsmanship is superb and his eye was always looking at the smallest of details. Natalie could not have been kinder or more patient with me during the long (my fault on that) design process. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for traditional or non traditional jewelry.

I have a really old Victorinox Swiss Army watch that I hike with. When it stopped keeping time I assumed that it was just a battery, so I took it into Jewels Quest for replacement. They were very eager to help me and indicated they could replace the battery while I waited. Unfortunately the new battery did not fix the problem and they asked me to leave it with them to work on. I called a few days later and they told me that the watch was ready and keeping great time. I dont know what they did, but I am super grateful to have it back and they only charged me $20 for the battery replacement.
