Wonderful experience recreating my grandmothers ring that I unfortunately lost two years ago. They worked with 2 images I had when I wore the ring and some of my sketches from what I remember. They took their time to ensure I was happy with their render and the size. They even have different payment options to ensure you can get your piece started asap. I was so impressed when i received the final product. They really care about your individual piece and it reflects in the finished work. I didn’t expect them to get this recreation so perfectly. JewelryThis created me a custom version of the ring I’ve worn for the last 18 years. This new version came out better than I could’ve imagined! They helped me add diamonds in the perfect place and made some minor adjustments to the design to improve it. I worked with the designer and she updated me every step of the way. The online platform they use to communicate with you is so seamless, it made the whole process incredibly easy. This is a remarkable company. I worked with them to design an engagement ring around an unusual gemstone and shape. I couldnt be more thrilled with the work they did.While I felt apprehensive making such a large purchase online, Carrie and the rest of the team were responsive, detailed, and sensitive to my timeline. They are absolutely fantastic! Years ago I lost my favorite bracelet, it was simple but my wrist is small so I could not find a suitable replacement anywhere. They helped me restore and renew something I thought impossible! Every updated detail is exactly what I envisioned and they even sent a silicone mold before they finalized the piece, making sure it was a perfect fit! I could not be happier with the care and dedication they put into my now most treasured item of jewelry. The color of the metal, the inscription, the fitting of height and width and length is impeccably precise, exactly what I envisioned when I started this endeavor! My wife had a beautiful Key to my heart gold and diamond bracelet stolen 4yrs ago. I lost my mother’s ring in the ocean. Instead of replacing it with the exact same ring I decided to custom design one. My son is a Marine and I wanted to integrate that part of my motherhood. I have been looking for over 10 years for a replacement of my ring that I originally bought on Franklin Mint, but since it was discontinued longer than that it has proven impossible to find. Then I saw this amazing company on Google. Jewelry This was able to spectacularly duplicate my ring and it looks even more gorgeous than the original! It even fits on my proper finger now too. I have had to wear my old one on my right ring finger since my left ring finger’s knuckle got too swollen from bowling too much.

Im going to share something IMPORTANT about my experience with this company. If youre hesitating about buying from them, please read on:I chose to commission this company with the crafting of my wedding band. I was balling on a budget at the time, but I wanted something specific that no one else was offering. After I consulted with them, I paid the down payment. Over the next couple of weeks I received pictures and updates about how the cast was going: It looked amazing. They sent me pictures of the Alexandrite gem I requested in the center and it was exactly the cut I wanted. When I received it i was excited...until I opened the box and saw something not quite as amazing as I was looking for (The gem was held down by 2 shoddy soldering points, the gem was misaligned, and the bevels of the middle were deformed, See Pic 2). This left me heartbroken and disappointed. BUT, after not finding a refund section on their site, I decided to contact the rep. I was working with and pleaded my case. I showed them how the final product was unprofessional and not what they promised in the AutoCAD pictures/moldings. AND THEY REBUILT THE ENTIRE RING FOR ME FREE OF CHARGE! They didnt push back and defend their terrible work. They made it up to me in FULL! The next month I received my ring back in all of its glory, crafted exquisitely and exactly how I envisioned it looking in real life!! I have incredible faith that this company will do whatever is necessary to make your dreams come true with whatever piece of jewelry you order from them.

You will not regret working with Jewelry This! From the very beginning, the staff was extremely accommodating, friendly, and thorough with their jewelry (in my case, ring) design process. When you work with them, you have access to a private chat about your project; the individual helping me, Carrie, was highly responsive, patient, and very open about the process. All of my questions were answered and she worked with me to create a flexible payment plan that worked for me. Once I paid for my piece, I received my ring surprisingly quickly given that it was coming from across the country (US). It also came packaged in a really cool box with cleaning supplies and a certificate of authenticity. I was extraordinarily pleased with the results. The ring matched the costume piece (top; left) I was recreating almost exactly and was sooo much more beautiful than the original. My son inherited my grandmothers pendant when she passed. The pendant had been gifted to her by her grandmother. Who had, in turn, inherited it from her grandma. Needless is to say, it had been in our family for at least 500 years. It had an imagine of St Rocco on one side and Virgin Mary on the other side. My son lost it one day and he has never forgiven himself for that. We looked everywhere for something similar to replace it to no avail. Contacted them to try and remake a lost ring I was absolutely devastated about…they usually work from photos, but after combing through 10+ years’ worth of iPhone pics, I couldn’t find one, despite how often I used to wear it. Nevertheless, after many rounds of conversation, sharing of photos, and even my completely inept sketches, they made me a ring that’s probably 90% of the way there to the exact item I lost. It’s incredible. And it’s also a very high quality piece of jewelry on its own! I had a loose sapphire I had brought back from Sri Lanka that I wanted set in something beautiful to remember my trip by. They absolutely delivered! Wow! I had never heard of Jewelrythis before. I had an idea for a very specific 925 sterling silver pendant for a sterling silver curb chain I have and i must have searched for 3 months and could not find what I was looking for. I was becoming increasingly frustrated with the search because I did not want to settle. I happened to come across Jewelrythis while searching google, knew nothing about the company, never heard of it before but, I figured I would give it a shot and see maybe if they could custom make what it was that I wanted. After filling out some basic information with a description of what I was looking to have done, they linked me up with one of their designers named Carrie, and after some messaging back and forth with Carrie, she designed a prototype and sent it to me and I was blown away. She nailed it! It was exactly what I was imagining in my head, and from that point she took me through a very short process, stayed in almost daily contact with me the entire time until the pendant was made and completed. They even worked with me on making payments instead of paying it all at once which was a huge help to me. Once it was finished, it was shipped to me Fedex and it was in my hands within 4 days and it looks incredible! Just a gorgeous piece and exactly how I wanted it. Came in a really nice jewelry box too (my wife took the box from me almost immediately after I removed the pendant.) Anyway, Jewelrythis was great and will be my first choice for any future custom made jewelry I may want in the future. Fast forward to now its Christmas the anniversary of her death Ive had multiple things happen in the 6 months and let them know back in November. But Tricia keeps pestering me. Has sent a message every week since I said I dont have the money due to pet emergencies which were actually my mothers dogs that I took Im when she passed away. I feel like she just wanted some extra holiday cash and I do understand especially because this might be her only source of income but I have told you its for my deceased mother and that I dont have it right now so now I dont want it and will find another person or company to make my remembrance pendant.
