Jessica is an absolute gem of an insurance agent, the best of the best! I am a realtor and refer her to my clients that need assistance and she never disappoints. She is an amazing problem solver, always quick to respond and is incredibly honest. Not only is she amazing at the technicalities of her job and providing the best service, shes also extremely likable and has become a good friend. Jessica is reliable, honest and operates with integrity. Jessica always takes the time to answer any questions I may have, and provides me with all the options available. As a young adult, it can be difficult to find affordable auto insurance but with the help of Jessica and her amazing staff, they made it so easy and found me the best rate. I can’t begin to say enough good things about Jessica and her team. I never thought much about life insurance but thought it would be smart to at least find out more. Not only did Jessica explain all the different types to me, she did it in a way that I could understand. She was patient and beyond helpful. I ended up getting a great policy at a great price. I was unsure of what to do regarding my hillside coming down from all the rains weve had the last few months. I called over to Jessicas Sawyers office and was warmly greeted by Esme. Esme went above and beyond with explaining the entire process to me, and with such patience, grace and good humor. I must say it was one of the best engagements Ive had when dealing with an insurance agents office. I now have a full understanding of the process, and its all due to Esmes kindness. UMMMM. HELLO STRESS FREE AUTO POLICY?!?! Jessica helpped me out so fast and she was so sweet and explained all of my options for a personal auto policy. I was having troubke getting auto policy with geico, phone call waits are too long you have to wait 15 days. Not with Jessica its a minimum 14 day wait but you can get you policy up and running the day of speaking to her. Shes an angel. She gave me options and then i ended up finding the perfect price point for what i can manage to pay every 6 months. Im very happy to be starting fresh with jessica with state farm. No more geico for me. Im very happy i made the change. & the location is right down the street. Thats right?! You dont have to call and wait you can literally walk in. How rewarding. Thanks jessica your amazing, now i can drive on the road again!!!!

Ive had my home and auto with State Farm for some time, but I never really knew my Agent, until I walked into Jessica Sawyers office.I came out with an additional life insurance policy and a better, brighter outlook on my financial future. Jessica is a comprehensive, caring, and passionate insurance agent. At our first meeting, she was prepared to speak to my current insurance plans (I was all over the map with multiple companies for different things), showed me how to save money, and introduced me to the idea of an umbrella policy through the lens of how it could affect my familys finances and assets. She educated me and would willingly share what she knows with anyone, regardless of whether they are her client or not. I love that she is available, in her own words 24/7, to her clients! I had a great experience with Ezmo at this agency. While most carriers are refusing to insure my home because they say I am near a fire zone, not only was Ezmo able to get me a policy, at a cost less than I was paying with my old insurer which was not going to renew my policy. And she saved me even more by having me also switch my auto insurance to State Farm.Ezmo is personable, knowledgeable and very professional. She always promptly returns my calls and responds to my emails.I would definitely recommend this agency and especially Ezmo.
