We’ve leased a home from Steve and Jessica for over 4 years. Interacting with them for this long has really allowed us to get to know them on a professional level. When we bought houses, we had to rely on their expertise to choose the best house fit for us. As non-expert, there are things we can easily miss but we never with their keen eye to detail and accuracy. Also when selling houses, I truly believe negotiation skills are one of the most important skills as agent and they have best one! In my 1st time home buying, luckily, I was able to make a deal with only one visit in the area because Jessica helped me to provide realistic offer to seller.She negotiated well with seller and sellers agent and again cut some unnecessary cost. She even introduced good local contractor for home renewal.Day and night, she was quick to respond to my messages and it was extremely helpful near closing time when I need to negotiate further with seller due to strict request from my lender. I was having a difficult time selling my house and wasnt sure what the best realistic pricing would be. Jessica and Steve helped me with that by helping with staging and repairs in order to get the best price possible for my house. Furthermore, they also helped me buy a new house. I was quite picky in choosing the location of the house, the size, and age but they were quickly able to show me multiple houses that fit my criteria. I dont even know how to start this. I was trying to buy a rental property in Irvine back in 2016, and I didnt know any realtor in OC then. One day, I just happened to grab her flyers somewhere and called her up. And thats how I got lucky. Jessica showed me all the properties that I picked (all of them were resale homes), but she recommended me to get a brand new construction which would be easier for me to maintain even though that means less commission for her compared to getting me a resale house. She helped me out from the beginning until now in every single aspect getting the property ready for rent such as getting blinds, flooring, etc and finding a tenant and other things. I was too busy doing all that with no time driving all the way to Irvine from LA. So, Jessica did all the work for me and she didnt charge me for doing all the extra work. I closed my property on the week of Christmas, and she got me a tenant who moved in 2 days after the closing, right before Christmas. I know that was not an easy thing, because no one moves during holiday, especially the day before Christmas eve. But, with Jessica, she made everything happened. Even after the first tenant moved out, she took care of everything for me and find another tenant right away within a week. I sincerely appreciate all the things that she has done for me, and i dont think i can find any realtor like her anywhere nor any other realtor would do the same things that Jessica did for me. I cant even count how much money I was able to save because of her all these years. I seriously think i was super lucky finding her and getting her as my realtor. After that, I introduced her to my sister and again to my coworker who was shopping for a house. All of them were very satisfied and happy with their current homes. Steve and Jessica helped us when we bought our new home in Irvine Palermo. They helped us look at a few other locations throughout the search, and due to their familiarity with the Irvine area, they were very informative about the places we looked at.They were extremely helpful throughout the process! For the contract signing, they gave us insights on what could be negotiated and helped set expectations when it came to new builds. What we found especially helpful was that they came to all of our design meetings and were able to provide their inputs on where we may want to consider leveraging the design center vs a 3rd party. For the 3rd party options, they were happy to provide recommendations based on their experience as well. Additionally, they came along our walk throughs and were able to point out issues that needed to be addressed way better than we could have.Steve and Jessica also had helped my parents purchase their home, and my sister and brother in law buy and sell their home so we knew we were in good hands. :)
