Update: After posting my review, the owner response asked me to visit them again. Didnt they see the pictures that I posted? The mattress was terrible!! What part of I will never purchase anything from them again dont they understand? They did not offer a simple Sorry about your experience. reply. That would have made things a little better. Spend your hard-earned money somewhere else. Check the ratings on the BBB website.Original Post:I will never purchase anything from Jeromes again. I bought a mattress in October and four months later, it must be replaced because it was defective. The online customer service isnt very good. I had to go to the store for assistance because I didnt get a reply back. If you dont like the mattress after you get it home, too bad. All sales are final. Really? They told me, If you liked it in the store, youll like it at home. I wont do business with them anymore.Update: Jeromes Dream Shop is a nightmare. Theyve changed my delivery date twice. They said they were not delivering CREDIT items due to inventory changes. Really? I would not be a CREDIT customer if they hadnt sold me a defective mattress in the first place. Seems to me they would bend over backwards to make things right quickly. It was not my fault. Why should I wait?They finally delivered my new mattress. It does not feel like the one in the store. Looked at the label and it said, medium. I purchased a medium plush. Call them about it and later received a voice mail saying it the right mattress. Really?Dont go there!!!!! Customer (?) service stinks!!!!Look at the complaints with the Better Business Bureau.

(TERRIBLE TERRIBLE)--- Purchased a $6500.00 bed and frame, 2 DAYS LATER call the store and spoke to the who sold us the Bed to complain about the mattress caved in on one side, typical sales person responce oh since its new give it time to break in Im thinking, its new why is do I need to let it break in? So going 2 months later and they wont refund or replaced even though I complained 2 days after it was delivered to us ... I purchased a mattress recently. I did get a good deal on the mattress and it is comfortable. My issue is with customer support. My mattress was delivered and was damaged in the process. Jeromes doesnt want to help me stating I need a box spring or bed to support the mattress. What that has to do with the item getting damaged during delivery is beyond me

I was delivered a broken bed frame so I had to refuse the delivery and have a new one ordered. They were unable to get it to me for 3 days. Meaning, due to their error, my son does not have a bed to sleep in for 3 nights and I have to take a second day off work to receive the delivery. Hopefully the next one won’t be broken.

I accidentally came to this store to buy a couch and chair I saw on-line. I quickly realized it was a Mattress location. Brian went above and beyond helping me buy the couch and chair that I wanted. He was professional, polite and I say went the extra mile to get my buissnes. As soon as I pay off the furniture. Im coming back to home to buy my new bed.

My wife and I were looking for a new queen bed and were planning on looking at several different stores. But we were very happy with this store and they gave us many options from price to the different options of beds they had available. They have a wide range of prices from about $1,000 up to $7,000. We were able to ask questions, try out the beds and they have a nice variety of soft to firm and somewhere in the middle. I would recommend this store highly and would happily return again in the future.

I went to the Jerome’s website to buy a couch and had to text them with some questions. I received a reply from Susan who was very helpful. Later in the day she called me to go over my order and what I had to do. Susan gave me all the needed information and she was quite pleasant. She sort of restored my faith in online services and customer care. She was well informed and made me feel like I was dealing with a professional company. Good job Susan!

NOTE: I DID NOT CHECK THE REVIEWS BEFORE PURCHASING AND IT WAS A LESSON LEARNED. In August 2022 I called to get an idea of whether they had what I wanted. Two days later I went in and was helped by Araceli who, like Susan on the phone, was exceptionally kind. Unfortunately, within a year I started noticing the bed would sink where I was sleeping and caused circulatory problems because my body was out of alignment. When a friend came to help me with some chores, while making the bed SHE COULD TELL WHERE I HAD SLEPT that night because THE MATTRESS DID NOT RETURN TO FULLNESS. Further, something was clearly wrong inside the mattress because you could feel it. We tried moving the mattress so that what was the head became the foot. SAME RESULTS, no recovery. I reached out to the company, which sent someone to look at it. By then, I had begun sleeping with something between me and the mattress. I had him to lay directly on the mattress without anything else and he immediately felt whatever it was stick him in his back. He sent in a report of his experience. They initially refused to exchange it saying it looked fine from the pictures the investigator sent. I had to fight to get them to READ his report before they agreed to exchange the mattress. I got a different brand and it ALSO HAS SIMILAR, albeit thus far not as much, sinking as the other. Ill never go back. THERE IS A REASON THERE ARE SO MANY 1 AND 2 STAR REVIEWS. There is a reason their products are cheaper. You get what you pay for, as the saying goes. Cheaper is not always a deal.

Araceli was very attentive and sensitive to our needs. She patiently showed us what inventory was more fitting to what we wanted and needed given the restricted budget we had. She explained the pros and cons, and gave us several options. We were happy leaving the store because we know we had a good buy. She was very very courteous as well and very welcoming.

The lady working there is very nice. She goes out of her way to assist people. It is a small store, so their stock is limited, but you can order anything you want from Jerome’s at this site. It’s more than a sleep shop in my opinion.

Outstanding experience and will certainly return! I received a referral from Andres at Hawthorne Best Buy to check with Araceli at Jeromes Dream Shop for the purchase of a bookcase and credenza I wanted. Araceli reached out to me first and we were able to identify the pieces I wanted and the right color. Araceli utilizes technology VERY well as we were basically communicating via text messages after our initial call. She was able to text me the purchase order and I just left the showroom to pay for my purchase. While there, I checked out the mattress I will be purchasing soon also. Great salesperson, very knowledgeable, and a SMC/CSULB alumni (like me). GREAT JOB Araceli!

I came into Jerome’s as a returning customer, as I had liked the customer service/ products in the past. However this experience was less then excellent. I told the customer service representative that I wanted a eastern king size mattress, with accessories (bedframe, pillows, box spring etc). He had me lay on multiple mattresses and we decided on one. However, when we went to check out, he said they did not have that one in stock. So, begrudgingly, I decided to buy the California king. However, once again, he said it wasn’t in stock. At this point I’m confused but we decided on a third mattress (it was a eastern king but in memory foam) ….and you guessed it, “not in stock”. At this point I’m livid. Zero for three. I decided at this point it was not worth my time: I still bought some pillows and sheets but was overall extremely disappointed that I could not get the mattess I wanted.

I didnt go to the store but I had the pleasure of speaking with an associate I want to make a purchase and use two different payment methods she was happy to oblige great attitude told me earlier she was gonna call me back and she did I would recommend Jeromes to anyone. Let me add that I spent months and months and months looking for the perfect bedroom vanity and Jeromes was the only one that had it. Unique very unique products.

Ordered a mattress and confined delivery! Only to review communication after that out mattress will be delivered three days later. We cancelled our first order, bed and dresser due to lack of communication and delivery date. Two months after we ordered it with an ETA of 15 days. We found something better somewhere else. I will not shop here again, their service is horrible and totally unreliable.

The delivery team just dropped off my elderly parents mattress. They paid $99 for delivery and was told by an associate that they would take the old mattress. Once here they said they wouldnt because its stained (it a 17yr old mattress). They werent told that it had to be bagged or if it was stained they wouldnt take it. Very disappointed in service and being lied to.

First off I never received a receipt, there printer was down, ( and I paid cash ) sales lady said Ill email to you ( still waiting ) then we open it up and it has 2 holes at the end of the mattress and stuffing is comming out, everywhere that it was sewn it has strings hanging, it was sewed so crooked on the beading, I will NEVER buy from them again, HIGH PRICES FOR POOR QUALITY.
