Jeremy and his team, with Dom, had been in with us for the long haul. My wife and worked with them for almost a year patiently waiting for our home to be built and come time for its completion they were kind and competitive to get us the best rate and closing prices. Along with this they were super helpful in educating us and patient in explaining to us the process and answering any and all of our questions. Jeremy and his team did a great job on my recent home loan. He is very knowledgeable and did a great job of problem solving when we hit a bump in the road. He was very responsive and kept things moving forward. We were on a light closing timeline and we actually closed a day early. To top it off, right at the end, even after the rate lock, he went to bat for me and got a 1/8 of a point reduction. Throughout the whole process I felt like Jeremy had my best interests in mind. I would highly recommend Jeremy and his team to anyone looking for a home loan or refinance.

Jeremy and Dom were a dream to work with. They made the whole mortgage process a breeze. The paperwork and documents part is arguably the worst part of a mortgage and they made it unbelievably easy. They were BOTH readily available for anything I needed. Jeremy was an absolute BOSS throughout our whole home-buying process. I contacted Jeremy several months prior to us being ready to purchase a home. I explained my upcoming circumstances and was hoping for some detailed clarity around our approach to the ins and outs of the financials. Jeremy spent close to an hour on the phone with me (a guy who he had never talked to before) going through very detailed numbers, clarifying terminology, and providing perspective.Several months later, when we were in a position to buy, I swiftly got Jeremy into the process. Not only was he immensely knowledgable but he was prompt to serve and well connected to be able to get things done. This was the second time I re-financed my mortgage and because of significant challenges the first time, I shopped for a different broker. I found Jeremy through a friend who just used him to refi and wow, was it easier this time. The first time I had many unanswered questions, even after speaking with the companys representative. Jeremy was very prompt to answer all my questions and was always thorough in his response. At every interaction, I felt like I fully understood the next step. I have bought quite a few homes in my day and with the market being as crazy as it is we really needed to move FAST and having someone as on top of it as Jeremy was a game changer. I literally texted him and was like I need to buy this house today and without hesitation he got to work. On top of that, we also got an extra $8k from the seller as well which really helped with our down payment. Jeremy is what I would describe as a getter doner and if you need someone to fight for you when it counts, hes your guy. Cant say enough good things about him and his team. Jeremy went above and beyond to make sure we got the best available option when applying for a mortgage. He was very thorough when explaining all the intricacies of an inherently tedious process, and was always available to us and our realtor when the time came to submit offers and close on our first home. Buying during the global pandemic, and the fact we were trying to buy a home with sizable student loans and in a sellers market, we needed someone to help us understand what was possible, and Jeremy did just that. This team is personable. They got the job done. Not too many hiccups.At first, we didn’t hear back for a couple weeks after submitting the initial application, so we weren’t sure if there was a hangup in our application. Although, once we found a house we were interested in, they operated fast and responded promptly.I was thankful that they were approachable over the weekends. There was an offer deadline at 5pm on a Sunday evening. I had 2 other lenders/brokers lined up, but the other lenders were unavailable during that Sunday and told me to wait until Monday!This team worked with us and understood our situation and was able to get us approved for what we needed to be successful. I can’t even imagine the amount of rules and guides they had to look up for us, to make sure we would qualify, due to our unique situation, not to mention the research they did to estimate our taxes, as it wasn’t easily accessible for the house we wanted. We were in-between jobs, contracts, working with a 3rd party, and moving to a different town.We appreciated how they didn’t shy away from any questions we had. They took their time to help us and gave us great advice on how to do even the simplest things, such as getting a cashier’s check.I also want to thank Jeremy for calling us and doing up the paperwork for us on a weekday after 5pm. Just to lock us into an interest rate before the feds met and rose it the very next day.
