I would highly recommend Jenny’s Wig Center! The owner Brissa is so professional, kind, patient & compassionate. She worked with me to find just the right topper for me. . She told me she wanted me to love the topper & love myself. Once I put it on I felt good about myself and I looked in the mirror and I had a smile on my face again! It felt so good!!

Im not the one to leave bad reviews but I googled this store to shop for wigs and as soon as I walked inside the lady there who works there didn’t provide the professional service . I clearly asked her for a blonde wig and she looked at me and was being sarcastic and said she didn’t any when there was so many there . I asked after my first question if she could help me out and she said she was booked all week. Maybe it was the way I was dressed or looked but the service felt unwanted and as a business owner that Iam, I would never unattended a client and not help . I guess she chooses who she wants to provide wigs but this business seems racist and I’m not coming here again.

This review is a little late, but I just want to shout out this store for being WONDERFUL.My mom was unexpectedly diagnosed with ovarian cancer and before starting chemo we felt it was best to get a wig. We were taken under the wing of the precious woman who now owns this shop, and she patiently & kindly took care of my mom, pulling different styles and looks from her large variety of shelves until we found the right one. My mom left feeling prepared, happy with her purchase, and most importantly confident. We drove from Diamond bar to check out this place and I’m so grateful we did. Amazing customer service and BEAUTIFUL QUALITY WIGS.In case the owner sees this & possibly remembers us from last January, I want you to know..my mom is well, and she ended up being misdiagnosed (meigs syndrome was the underlying issue! Praise God!) nevertheless..we will never forget you, and she is still keeping her beautiful wig despite not really needing it right now. THANK YOU & GOD BLESS YOU ALWAYS.

Buying a wig is such a personal thing and often is required due to hair loss from chemo or Alopecia so can be emotional. Immediately on walking into Jenny’s Wig Center the owner, Laura, made me feel comfortable and welcome. She is knowledgeable and friendly. Also, she has a large selection, inventory, and color choices which means you are more than likely to find just the perfect wig. I did and am very happy!

I have been contemplating about getting a wig for sometime now. After my hair became very thin due to radiation/chemo treatment, I found myself to being miserable looking in the mirror. But i had seen ‘Jenny’s Wig Center’ and decided to give it a try. I had the most pleasant experience working with Laura, the store owner. She was so helpful and to my surprise we easily picked out a wig that was so close to the style and color of my own hair. I have worn the wig everyday since its purchase and couldn’t be happier. I get compliments everyday. What used to make me so sad and depressed when looking at my hair in the mirror, has now made a dramatic change. I feel better about myself and the time I am saving to get out the door. The wigs are very easy to care for and they are so comfortable that I forget I even have it on. I was asked by my sister to go help her with the wig selections and ended up with getting great wigs for myself too. It looks very natural, soft and light weight. It is only one easy piece you snap on and fits like a custom unit. I am very pleased with the wigs and may well buy more in the future. After experiencing hair loss from chemotherapy, I decided to get a wig. I went to Jenny’s Wig Center and Laura helped me find the perfect wig. My whole experience was so quick and easy. She has a great selection of wigs to try on and she special ordered the exact style and color I wanted. Once I got my wig, Laura helped me with all kinds of advice about wearing, washing and maintaining my wig. I took my mom to Jenny’s Wig Center and she was very happy with the large number of quality options she found. The owner, Laura, was friendly and attentive and made my mom feel very welcome. Laura moved quickly to get a few extras delivered before my mom flew home, and she kept us posted on the delivery schedule. This will be a regular stop for my mom every time she visits (and Laura kept all the information, so my mom can also buy duplicates by phone!) I highly recommend them!

I recently started losing hair due to an illness, so I decided to look into possibly getting a wig while my hair is going through this transition. I turned to my ol faithful resource - Yelp - and found Jennys Wig Shop - which happens to be right around the corner from me. I called and was able to get a same day appointment with Brissa - what a blessing that was! Brissa was very sweet and patient --- and she was very knowledgeable in the different types of wig caps. She took the time to explain each one to me as she knew this was a very different and new experience for me.I tried on several different styles before finding one that was a good fit for my face shape - so I decided to purchase it.Brissa then explained how to care for the wig and went over washing instructions. Fortunately they had for purchase special shampoo and conditioner for wigs - which was much milder than regular shampoo. And she explained to me the best way to dry it. I was also able to purchase a wig stand and a comb. It was a one-stop shopping experience!Brissa, thank you for your kindness and assistance in finding a cute hairstyle for me! You really made this experience a good one!

I have bought a few wigs since losing most of my hair, all at different places ~ this was my fourth shop & absolute best experience. Laura was kind, patient, personable & most importantly honest. She could have easily sold me the most expensive wig there because I really liked it, yet it really wasn’t right for me & she was gracious enough to help me make the right decision for a much less expensive yet beautiful wig. I was one of Jennys old-timers, having purchased my tiny wiglet to cover my thinning hair. She took care of me from 1994 until she retired. In the meantime I moved out of Orange into the Inland Empire I was starting to get very nervous about the next wig -- when I looked online and saw the shop was open with a new owner. A quick phone call introduced me to Laura, and to my delight I felt 100% that she could keep my poor hair beautiful like Jenny did - and by mailing it to me when I needed it. I am SO pleased with Lauras friendliness and helpfulness - and encourage all folks looking at wigs for ANY reason come see her. Ill bet you will be as happy as I am.

Unfortunately I was just diagnosed with cancer and TLC I would be losing my hair. A dear friend who had also gone through this suggested I get a wig early. She said she was going to take me to best wig store in Orange County. She certainly did. Owner Laura Grant very welcoming. Took the time necessary to show us around store and different wig types/ styles. So many cute and real looking wigs was hard to choose. So cute I bought two!!! Very reasonably priced too. The new owner, Laura, has a gracious spirit and gives caring and genuine customer service. Shes there to support your needs especially with those as my self with a new diagnosed scarring alopecia. She is doing an excellent job in transitioning the business from the previous owner and trying to accommodate the previous owners customers. She has a good variety of selection of wigs and carries brand names (which I love). If she does not have a specific wig or color you want she will try her best to see if she can order it instead of pressure or coerce you to buy on the spot whats in her stock. What I also like is she will allow you to try wigs you want to try along with her suggestions and allows you to view all her wigs available in the store. Ive been to other wigs store that dont allow you to view their selections and just bring out what they think you want. Hi highly recommend you try this wig shop out.

It wasnt my first time buying a wig but it was my first time someone actually sitting me down and explaining how it should be worn and how to maintain it. I had to look it up on YouTube and figure it out. Laura was really helpful and she told me to select a wig from her selection and we tried all the ones I liked but only one stood out more for me. It made me feel a bit normal. Shes really compassion about her clients and their needs. Just wished I would have found her sooner. I walked out wearing my wig. I felt so in love with it because it looked like my real hair. If you want to feel heard and feel comfortable this is definitely the place to go. She has alot of selection and colors and if she doesnt have the color she can order it for you. I purchased a human hair wig and as I was desperate to find one to match my skin tone and be as close as possible to my original hair, I rushed to pick one from the shop and was so excited. When I went home and tried several methods to style it, I found some kind of defect in the bang. I walked into Jenny’s Wig because I was curious. I never really planned to buy a wig. I lost my hair due to chemo, but I rather wait for it to grow back than to put on something “fake.” I was content in wearing a cap or a beanie for the past 9 months. When I picked up my prosthesis from Willie’s Specialty next to Jenny’s Wig, I thought why not check out some wigs? I was feeling tired from the seemingly never ending treatments and I needed something to make me feel “normal,” now. I was greeted by Kyleen, a kind and gentle woman who immediately made me feel at ease. I really didn’t know what I was looking for, but she patiently helped me tried on wigs after wigs after wigs. We started chatting and she openly shared about her own health challenges and we bonded right the way. I am blessed to have friends and family who care about me and support me all along, but without going through these treatments themselves, their encouragement come across like pressure at times, especially when I was feeling worn out and tired and having difficulty in accepting my physical conditions. Kyleen’s kindness and openness made me feel welcome and I could share freely how I feel. I thank God for her, and I’m thankful for that “chance encounter” that lifted my spirit. I’m happy with the wig I got, even though there are a lot more choices online, I can’t see how anyone can buy a wig without ever trying it on and without seeing how one would look from all angles! And Jenny’s Wig offers the best, most compassionate and helpful assistance one can ask and hope for.

Kyleen was very helpful on helping me choose a new wig. I have been coming to Jenny’s wig center since I was 10 years old. I have alopecia. When I found out Jenny was no longer the owner I wasn’t sure how the new owners would be. I decided to come and look and I felt very comfortable with Kyleen. RIP OFF!!!I have bought 2 human hair wigs from Jenny for my 12 year old daughter who has alopecia. The first wig we bought in Sept. 2013 and it cost $1100 and was good quality but not the best. One year later we wanted to purchase a second wig from her and she assured us that we can have a better quality human hair wig but it will cost more. We paid $1685.00 for the wig in May 2014. My daughter wore the wig for 2 months and it looks and feels horrible. It feels like a ratted dolls hair! The wig she sold us was suppose to be the finest human hair wig and it is not! I have been told by another salon that the wig is a human and synthetic blend. I asked her if she can contact the manufacturer and ask why the wig is like this or give me the contact information so I can deal with them directly. She refused to do either. She kept insisting that we did something to the wig. My daughter has been wearing wigs since she was 7 years old and we know how to wash and care for wigs. This has never happened to us before and weve bought everything from synthetic wigs to human hair wigs. She kept insisting that we did something and that we took too long bringing it back in. I explained to her that we were on vacation for the past month and that a wig should last more than 2 months! She refuses to stand behind her product and wont even give me the manufacturer’s info to deal with them directly. After I told her that I would take her to court unless she refunds our money she said the best thing she can do is send it for repair and it will cost us another $200.00. I may have been naive and trusted her when she said that this was a human hair wig but I will not throw more good money after bad. Its appalling to me that she would treat a child like this! She made my daughter cry because she kept accusing her of doing something to the wig! She in unreasonable and unprofessional!

I contacted Google, and there was no phone number listed to dispute the bad reviews. Google has not responded yet. So, for now this is the only way to address the bad reviews.Tamisha Love: Jenny’s Wig Center has never done any transactions online or over the phone. They don’t ship products either. So, you have to be in the store to purchase products. The website would not allow you to order anything. You made a big mistake. If you read this, then please change your rating. Jennys advertised they would take donated wigs for children with cancer, so I brought them an expensive wig ($600) from Germany. They wouldnt take ANY donations. Wasted trip! Call first!
