I was introduced to Jenifer Whigham in 2021 after my Father died. With 5 probate estate properties to sell in Sacramento, being on the East Coast, I needed a trustworthy Sacramento-Area Realtor—Jenifer has been that and much more! Not only did Jenifer skillfully guide me through the sales process with each property, she volunteered to travel to Southern California on our behalf to investigate another property. I highly recommend Jenifer Whigham for all of your real estate needs!

Jenifer was my real estate agent for when my wife and I bought a house and we had a wonderful experience with her as our agent. She was very timely with her responses and very helpful at explaining things in a way that made sense. She always did her homework with every house we visited and went above and beyond in every aspect. We both loved working with her very much and couldnt recommend her enough!
