2024-05-07 21:18:24Jelly Digital Technicians Devon and Ignacio are very professional and knowledgable. They identified and corrected my connectivity issue and increased my throughput substantially. One day prior I had an issue that reduced my speeds to nearly dial-up, ughh... After remote working with Jelly Digital they sent the technicians out within hours to correct the issue. Greatly appreciate the response.

2024-03-07 21:34:12UPDATE: Well, its been almost a year since weve been with Jelly Digital. Theyve been fantastic and its so nice to not have to deal with the constant stress of fighting for what I deserve from Cox Internet who has horrible customer service and even worse with troubleshooting any problems. It has been the best decision wever ever made. Thank you Jelly Digital! I refer everyone whos looking for an alternative. We have been fed up with Cox for several years but felt stuck because there arent many internet options in our area. We finally switched to Jelly Digital after they offered a 5 yr plan that we just couldnt pass up. We signed up July 11, 2023 and I scheduled the soonest install which was July 18, 2023. Less than 24 hours after signing up, we received a call from Jelly Digital saying that had technicians available within the hour to do the install! Two technicians showed up and they were very friendly and respectful. The install process was quick and efficient. Sure, its been only a little over 24 hours since it was installed, but what a breath of fresh air after being with Cox since 1995.

2024-03-13 22:18:54I have had your service for a little less than a month had an issue way after hours. They had been unable to take care of the issue that was occurring but come to find out it was all rain related. I let them know the next morning everything had restored itself overnight. Best part is they have checked in a week later to make sure the same thing hasn’t occurred again. Great customer service

2021-04-29 16:11:19This has been the worst experience from beginning to end. Starting off with the installation date. They gave me a window of 3-5pm and no one bothered to call me. Its only after I called them and they initially mentioned they were running late on a job and said they WOULD be there. I had to call back at 6:30pm and they advised they would stop by next day and apologized. Next days window was 9-11am. Tech shows up at 11:10am. The tech says he was unaware I was in a 2 story apartment building and did not have a proper ladder (this is disclosed in your initial appointment set up). He then advised he would only be leaving a connection and asked if I had a router, I advised him I was never advised I needed my own router, and then said Well... Ill see if I have a extra router. No router was provided. Install tech left and did not even show me the connections speeds. I reached out to their number and was advised they would bring me a router next day, that never happened. By day 3 I purchase my own router, paid $80 dollars for it. Once I connect my router I find out my speeds are not as promoted 200/100mbps. I reach out to them because my speeds are not as promoted even connecting via direct ethernet to their connection. I was at 80/10. I kept communicating via text and email and only get responded sporadically. I was even told that the reason their connection could not be optional its because the router has to be set in a bridge mode. Im computer literate and I asked to provide me instructions on how to do that. No response. I honestly was trying to help a local company but this service is the worst Ive seen in any industry in a very long time. Ive been in the sales/customer service industry for over 20 years I suggest you stay away from this company or contract them at your own risk. I gave them a 1 star because I could post this without at least rating 1.

2023-11-12 15:17:18The worst internet providers. I’ve been with Jelly for years, and I always have had bad in-consisted service. Unable to work from home due to the slow speeds and my kids are unable to do school work because the internet keeps dropping. I had high hopes with this company. They have promised 200mbps but I can barely get past 20mbps on a good day. It’s always a battle when dealing with customer service. With inconsistency response and having no resolution. Sometimes I think they do care because they will send out Technician’s to try and fix the problem with my internet but it’s always the same resolution. It starts to work at 70mbps for a couple of days but Nothing gets fix and I keep having slow unusable and unresponsive internet service. Honestly I should have never left Cox. At this point I cannot recommended this internet provider.

2024-02-05 19:09:37This company is the worst. Never respond to your calls. Service is horrible, the speeds they presume to offer don’t match. They’ve been in business for a while and still haven’t figured out the residential part of service. Will never recommend this company to anyone. Look elsewhere as there are rising companies that offer better quality at better price.

2024-06-14 16:52:43UPDATE 2 - : Weve recently started experiencing loss of connectivity every morning for a few weeks/months. Additionally, our speeds are a fraction of the advertised speed for our package. Im talking about single digits low enough that streaming services buffer even at SD resolution. My wife started working from home this year, so now more than ever we need our connection to perform at its best.UPDATE 1 - June 22, 2021: Norman the owner of Jelly Digital reached out to me by phone shortly after my original review, which surprised me and I REALLY appreciate. Norman offered to make things rights and reroute the cable to be hidden under the roof eaves. At first I did not want to accept his offer as I eventually want to run the CAT 5E cable through the attic and inside the wall for the cleanest possible install. After a little talking I did accept the offer, in big part because my wife told me to, haha. Norman was being gracious enough to reach out to me personally and offering to correct the issue I had and ultimately we compromised Norman and/or team would stop by again and correct the routing issue whenever an install was cancelled or there was some down time, as to not affect their already chaotic and backlogged schedule (I had to wait nearly a month before my own install). Jelly Digital is a local ISP and being a local myself, am cheering for them to make it big and complete with the Cox/ATT Duopoly in the region.I sincerely hope Jelly Digital grows as an ISP, and that the issues I brought up in my original review serve as lessons learned so that future customers (including family members referred to Jelly by me) get the superior service and workmanship Norman and Jelly Digital aim to and are no doubt capable of providing.I raised the review rating to 5-Stars due to what I consider excellent customer service by Norman and in good faith that my criticisms will be constructive and no longer be an issue for customers going forward.Original Review:First impressions with Jelly Digital were NOT good. (read till end, there are pros too). Scheduled installation was June 17 from 3PM-5PM. On June 17 I took half day off work to receive the installers at my home, 5PM came and went and no one showed up and no one called. I chatted on their website and texted their support number. At 5:20PM I was asked Did the installer not arrive?, at around 5:30PM I was told, the installation before mine had taken too long and my installation would NOT take place on June 17, and was moved to June 18th early. I was VERY upset that not only did they not inform me of this delay/reschedule until I contacted THEM, but I also took time off work for no reason at all.June 18 comes, I was only told early so had no idea when to expect them. Text their number again and was told they should arrive shortly. In any case, they arrived at around 10:30AM which is early enough. The install was smooth and relatively quick. I was in the house taking care of other things while one of the installers was on the roof and the other where the PoE (Power over Ethernet) device was to be set up. Initially my Download speed was under 60Mbps while upload was 100+ Mbps (I paid for 200/100). Eventually DL speed did increase, I havent been testing how stable or close to promised speeds it is.I walked out with the installers to see them off and when I look at my roof I noticed they simply laid the cable across my roof from the dish to the wall where it enters the house. they did not tuck the cable under the eaves of the roof to try to conceal it. I understand CAT 5E cable is not free, an that my house isnt all that good looking to begin with but cmon Jelly Digital! Combined with the install delay, the sloppy cable management of the install left a bad impression.I have only used the internet to browse webpages and stream Netflix at 1080p so far, and the UPLOADS have been AMAZINGLY stable, downloads have been DECENT at 60-150Mbps. Ill wait a little longer before I reach out to them regarding DL speeds stability.

2022-10-18 19:52:19After trying them out for a while there seems to be a lot of miscommunication. I will never refer them to anyone based on their customer service. It took them many times to refund me for such poor quality of service and agreed to continue my service free of charge until they figured out why service was weak. Fast forward 6 months later they said I’ve never made a payment which I never was reached backed to get an update on the service. Therefore leaving me to cancel their service since they never delivered as promised. Calling them on the phone is waste and instead they reach back to you via text and left for days to respond back to you until you ask again. Glad to be officially over with them as they still haven’t picked up their equipment after scheduling a date and again they dropped the ball by not showing. I’m definitely enjoying the T-Mobile 5G home internet at much lower price and better bandwidth. Do not take your chance with them.

2023-01-29 01:10:46Service is awesome. Had their service since last year and all I can say it’s the best!!! Whenever there’s any system Issues they answer you right away!! Internet is super fast and very good for the price, cheaper than Cox, Uverse, Hughes, and Viasat. I’ve had them all and they were really expensive and a ripoff specially the satellite internets and never delivered the speed that they promised but with Jelly Digital it’s a whole different story for the price I pay which is cheap and the speed they promise is what they actually deliver. I have no complaints at all!! They‘ve exceeded my expectations!!! I’m a very HAPPY customer. They’re a keeper!!!
