Jehoshua helped me buy my first home at a great rate. He was recommended to me from a friend. He was very responsive and kept information straight forward and easy to understand. It was always accomplished with the minimum of fuss and hassle, which we know is not the norm in the mortgage industry. Both of my experiences refinancing with eMortgages have been great. My most recent refinance in June 2021, couldnt have been easier. All documents were submitted online, there was no appraisal required, and the documents were all signed at my convenience, in my own home. I got a better rate, and reduced the term of my mortgage at the same time. Overall, it was a great experience.

This is the second time we have used eMortgages to refinance our home. On both occasions the process couldnt have been smoother. Any time we called with any questions or called just to check on how things were going at the Title Company, we always received a prompt and accurate answer. With rates as low as they have been, weve ended up saving a lot of money on mortgage interest per month. I have no hesitancy in recommending eMortgages to friends and family. Jehoshua Shapiro and his knowledgeable staff are doing a great job and should rates ever drop to 3.50% for a thirty year fixed, hell be getting another call. Very happy.

I have financed and re-financed my mortgages 6 times with eMortgages since 2000 - their rates are very competitive, closing costs are low because the bank (instead of you) pays them. Their staff are very organized making the paperwork part very easy, they explain the process and what to expect next. I also noticed they have a large pool of mortgage companies to choose from - which is the main advantage of using eMortgages. Also getting a quote is painless. These are great people with alot of integrity - thats why ive gone back to them. Ive refinanced my home several times with eMortgages over the last 15 years. I just did a cash out refi with them which closed a few weeks ago and the process was extremely smooth. Lynnie, senior loan processor, stayed on top of the entire process from start to finish and was quick to answer all of my questions and address any concerns. Their application process is all electronic and they only require wet signatures when signing the final paperwork, which can be done conveniently by a mobile notary. Going through a refi can be a stressful process and eMortgages makes it as clear and easy as possible while providing extremely competitive pricing. I used to get multiple quotes for loans but eMortgages has always been the most competitive, I highly recommend them
