I needed Jeffrey for an unusual purchase in that it would be for a shared interest in a property utilized as a vacation home in PGA West, La Quinta, CA.. Although, I am in the Real Estate Industry, I have never been part of such a transaction myself. Jeffrey went well above and beyond the professionalism and due diligence to make sure this was a smooth transaction for myself and my family. He handled everything as required and kept me updated throughout the process. I can not recommend him enough. He is a true professional.

Jeffrey is my go to realtor in California. We have bought and sold multiple properties. Jeffrey far exceeds others: excellent communication skills, listens to needs and acts on it, very calming when issues arrive, gives suggestions on best practices, always goes above and beyond. We buy property in other states. He is so good, I wish he could represent us in other states.

My husband and I were so lucky to work with Jeff to buy our first home. From our first meetup to the day he gave us the keys (and beyond) we’ve had so much trust in his knowledge and expertise. We really felt that he was taking care of us and keeping all of our needs in mind every step of the process.The real estate market is wild right now, and even more unfamiliar as a first time home buyer. We were so lucky though because we got the first house we seriously pursued, despite it having 10 other offers. Without a doubt that was purely because of Jeff’s knowledge and professionalism.After our offer was accepted he was frequently updating us and helping us prepare to the best of our abilities. Even after getting the keys and having our new home, he’s checked in and offered advice on so many different aspects of the house - contractors, budgeting, etc. I can’t say enough - Jeff is the best!

Jeffrey Simons is THE BEST! We first met when selling two homes in order to buy one, all three transactions happening simultaneously. His knowledge and experience truly made all the difference in the world when it came to making this a seamless process. Fast forward six years, selling an inherited property and trying to figure out how to manage all the extra steps, he was right there with all the know-how to get us to our goal, which was the quickest and most pain-free sell, while also getting the highest of 17 offers he managed to attract! I wouldn’t want anyone else for my real estate needs and would also consider him a friend and super cool guy to hang out with (if only he had the time, as he is 100% on-demand available for his clients!).

I’ve had the opportunity to use Jeff in two transactions. In both instances, he was there every step of the way to walk us through some difficult challenges. I find his upfront honesty and apparent integrity. Refreshing in a field that can be challenging at best. His knowledge of the field and spot on recommendation for pricing lead to two incredibly successful transactions. I would highly recommend using him for all of your real estate transactions.

In addition to expert, professional knowledge of market conditions, as well as expertise in buyer/seller negotiations, escrow milestones, and communications - Jeffrey is, quite frankly, such a pleasant professional to work with.Jeffrey represented us in the sale of our home in Anaheim Hills. From the day we agreed to have him represent us, he kept us apprised of each step in the transaction. Prior to each phase of our transaction (i.e., pre-listing, staging, photos, listing, offer, counter-offer, escrow, etc.), he reached out to explain what that phase was about and what we could expect from all stakeholders. Then, during each phase, he kept us - and, just as importantly, the other party’s agents - informed of progress all the way through its completion before setting expectations again for the next phase of our transaction.Jeffrey seems to have a good reputation in the local area - not just with clients but with other agents, as well. This latter point is, in my opinion, an under-rated benefit to Jeffrey’s clients. Jeff recently helped me purchase my first condo and made it extremely easy at every step. From the very beginning, he took the time to teach me about the homebuying process and my specific local market, which allowed us to move VERY quickly with confidence once I found the home I wanted. There are no surprises with Jeff (other than good ones!). You always know what the next step is, and hes always listening to feedback such as how to tweak your search parameters for the home you want. He is very responsive and clear when he is available and not available. Over the course of the homebuying process, many people get involved and sometimes you need recommendations for services such as a home inspection. All of the people Jeff recommended shared his work ethic and professionalism, so I felt very taken-care-of all the way through. I cannot recommend Jeff enough, and definitely have a realtor for life now!

Look no further for your realtor, because you won’t find one better than Jeff. My husband and I HIGHLY recommend Jeff and his team to get the deal done. We used Jeff to help sell our home as well as purchase our next home. I would be lying if I said everything went smoothly, because when does it ever, but this was the shining part about Jeff. You don’t need a good agent for the easy stuff you need a good agent for when things don’t go perfect. Jeff didn’t skip a beat when our first buyers fell out and was able to reach out to others, get another offer on the table to allow us to accept another offer in less than 24 hours because of how Johnny on the spot he was. If it weren’t for him being so quick and on the ball we would have lost our dream house that we were in escrow in at the time. Jeff fought for us, had our back and always had our best interests at heart. Jeff was always open, honest, trust worthy, and extremely knowledgeable in home construction.
