Dr Glaser and his team are the best partner you can find if you’re going through back pain. Very professional office. The appointment started on time, first with an assistant asking a lot of questions regarding my condition and history, followed shortly by the doctor. When he came in he already reviewed all notes and was aware of my problems and the history. He was very thorough and attentive, communicated clearly, answered all questions. He presented with the plan of action and clear instructions.

Loved Dr.Glaser. Very smart and made me feel very comfortable. Explained his recommended procedure very well. Staff was nice and helpful. Only negative is the mandatory valet parking and they dont validate. Can be expensive. But I highly recommend Dr.Glaser and hope my procedure works.

I like Dr. Glaser and we talked about a lot of things before, but,during the last visit of 2/23/24, I waited at the lobby about 30 min.and finally could see Dr., but he spent only 5 min. with me, never asked me for a question. I was very diappointed. May be your office takes too many patients and he is very busy, dont have time to spend enough time for each patient.

I was sent to see Dr. Glaser for a spinal cord stimulator trial I found him very nice, explains everything that is going to be done very clearly and understandable. He answers any questions without feeling rushed your time with him is your time until everything is explained. When I had my procedure I was in no pain and after I went home my pain was 99% relieved I can’t wait to get my permanent one put in and knowing he is going to do it relieves all my anxiety. Would definitely recommend everyone to see him.

I think Doctor Glaser is wonderful but he recommended I see Doctor Cory Walker for a second opinion. I am in excruciating pain and Doctor Cory’s office has yet to call me back! I call and they send me to the person who does appointments. She never answers, just goes to her voicemail. I leave a desperate message for an appointment and never hear back. I call over and over with the same results. I am at a loss for what to do.

As soon as you enter the office of Dr Glaser you are welcomed by a caring and efficient staff who are adept at scheduling because your wait to see the doctor is minimal. Nothing compares though to the treatment you receive by Dr Glaser. You’ve come to this office in desperation to address your pain and within moments Dr Glaser makes your relief his priority. While he has hundreds of pleading patients, while you are in his exam room, you’re his most important patient. Tears of hope and relief are within reach. Efficiently, professionally, he begins the medical protocol required to provide you with the relief you need to make your life livable. He gets right to work. The takeaway is: you hurt……he cares. So much to say about this amazing doctor. I have been through hell for one year due to a botched up surgery and have been in unbelievable pain the entire time. I consider myself a particular consumer when it comes to medical care. Dr. Glaser and staff have always exceeded my expectations in my care, addressing my pain, and access. I recommended him to another friend after yesterdays appointment.Today, I had an appointment with Dr. Glaser, because once again, I needed his expertise, compassion, and advice to help me address pain in more than one part of my body. Despite a busy schedule, I knew I was the only person, place, or thing that he focused on during our visit. While speaking with other of his patients in the waiting room, prior to my appointment, I told them that Dr. Glaser had saved me, more than once, to relieve what for me was a difficult pain to tolerate. Dr Glaser has helped me with my migraines tremendously. His office sorted out the prior authorizations with my insurance quickly and easily. The appointments are always on schedule. I find that convenient, of course, but more importantly its indicative of the professionalism of the office and their respect for their patients. The staff is wonderful. Sometime I have to bring my daughter with me to appointments and they are always kind and accommodating. Dr Glaser is extremely competent, and came highly recommended by my referring specialist. His treatments for my migraines have been very successful. He is also sweet and cheerful and it brightens my day to talk to him! Review is for my recent consultation appointment. Dr Glaser and his staff were great. I appreciated the no nonsense service. They didn’t take my insurance, so I had to pay out of pocket for the services. I liked that they were straight forward with the fees and didn’t have add ons. Though I have to admit, when I first called, they didn’t tell me about the facility fee if I decided to go with the PRP. It was probably a miscommunication and they quoted me assuming my insurance covered the facility fee. Regardless, their prices are reasonable. I’m only OK with the staff. It’s a hit or miss. With setting up appointments, they are great. With getting the procedure done, more coordination between the office and the surgery office needs to be done. I was asked questions from the surgery office that I had no answers to because I wasn’t told by the other office. Dr Glaser himself was friendly, easy to talk to, and approachable. I liked how he didn’t have an ego and was about fixing the issue instead of masking the symptoms.

I had three injections last year from him and they gave me great relief and I have just scheduled a new one for this year. I appreciated everyones politeness and efficiency (they got a MRI authorized within two hours so I could do it same day).Highly recommend.Jessica took so much information prior to the visit which meant I didnt have to write a ton of papers when I came in. I felt they were prepared for me and appreciated I didnt have to write with a broken wrist. Jessica is so friendly and professional. I have known Dr. Glaser for over 10 years. Fortunately for me he sent me for an MRI before a stimulator was placed in my back. The MRI came back with some suspicion of Lymphoma. I immediately saw my oncologist, and yes I had lymphoma. Caught early by Dr. Glaser saved my life. Lymphoma is quiet, so I wouldn’t have known. I think that lets you know what I think about Dr. Glaser. Yes I now have an implant, and yes I am very grateful for his care.

I have lived with low back and neck pain for many, many years. Received numerous injections, blocks etc from other pain management specialist. Some last a short period for pain relief but then back to restricted movement, pain and the other issues that come along.Then I found Dr Glaser who knew immediately I was a complicated patient and has stuck with me suggesting different options. Most recently a diagnostic test for facet injections. I went in with a pain level of 8 and several hours later I’m down to 1 (hoping to get to 0). I know it will be short lived because this procedure was done solely as a diagnostic option to help guide him on what’s next. I’ve lived with back pain so long, today I’m feeling like a completely different person.Very grateful Dr Glaser didn’t treat me as a number and was willing to work to get to the root of my pain, not just a temporary fix.Totally recommend him if you’re suffering from undiagnosed (or diagnosed) back or neck pain.

I went to Dr. Glasers office for a consultation about a pain on my neck to which another Dr. had giving me a Rx for an epidural on Jan 8 of this year. I had been looking for a Dr. ever since I got my Rx and I couldnt find one almost for six months until I found Dr. Glaser. I like Dr. Glaser, he is a very likable person, he sounds very knowledgeable and with 19 years of experience in his profession. Hes office staff are very helpful and courteous. Is too bad that I have to put on hold my procedure because the Encino Outpatient Surgery Center is out of my network and most of the cost it would come out of my pocket and at this time Im paying other Drs. for my deductibles for other medical reasons but Im still considering Dr. Glaser for the treatment that he believes is the best for me as opposed to epidurals and in the future God willing Ill be able to go through that treatment and Ill be committed to pay whatever out of pocket Im responsible for. I thank Dr. Glasers staff for all the help and assistant they had provided me while in the process of my 1st appointment. Theyre very prompt in answering questions and call back as soon as they merit possible. Dr. Glaser could not had chosen better people to be part of his team to make patients feel comfortable and at ease.

I have been to 8 Drs for occipital pain and Dr Glaser is the only one who takes into account the whole person and their medical history alongside my current pain analysis. What a difference in the quality of my life since going to Dr. Glaser. I was in constant pain with my back but didnt want to take pills. Dr Jeff Glaser has one of the best bedside manners of all of the doctors that I have ever seen. I had never seen a pain doctor before I was referred to him. I was told that he finds ways to deal with pain other than surgery- in my mind, I was concerned that he prescribed drugs for the pain. I’m so glad that I was wrong! I just got home after having a rhizotomy. Everyone in the surgical center was great- but I’m especially happy with Dr Glaser. Looking forward to months and months of no pain in my back!

There are quite a few plaques on the walls of Dr. Glasers office. Dr. awards I would call them. After almost 10 years of being his patient, I can honestly say, there should be even more. He is one of the smartest, most caring and attentive doctors or business leaders for that matter I have ever had the experience of knowing. Genuine. Honest.Transparent. He sees everything through the lease of the patient. He never over promises but always delivers. I have now recommended many people to him and I am even having my own father fly down from San Francisco for an appointment because I believe he sees things like very few other doctors do.

Dr. Glaser was the first doctor Ive encountered in a very long time to actually take the time to listen to what I had to say and asked in-depth follow up questions the exemplified his mastery and intelligence as a physician as well as indicating that he had internalized my remarks rather than merely pretending to hear as most doctors do. He did thorough testing and referred me to another specialist as well as an imaging center to obtain further information before making a diagnosis. I found that he was honest, trustworthy, and had incredible bedside manner - a triad that is an exceptional rarity these days. I would recommend Dr. Glaser to anyone and everyone who is experiencing pain and not receiving effective treatment elsewhere.As a side note, the lobby was absolutely beautiful and spa-like and everyone in the office was extremely welcoming and friendly. I cant even remember the last time I felt so comfortable in an office. Even my estheticians office in Beverly Hills, which is meant to be a spa, doesnt compare.

I am a really super healthy 52 year old who has literally never had a health problem until about one year ago when I injured myself in a fall and have had back pain and sciatica like crazy ever since. I was initially really bad and treated with medications and rest and my doctor sent me to physiotherapy. Things were okay for about a month and then all heck broke loose and I couldnt even stand on my leg. I ended up having surgery (a whole story by itself) and was okay for a few months until it started again. I was so upset and depressed and used to be active with biking, hiking and running. I couldnt do any of this. Eventually I saw Dr. Glaser and we started on a whole path of different options and he assured me that he would improve my life, but maybe not 100%. I appreciate the honesty. Today I am so much better than Ive been in a year and finally have some hope. I plan on writing a whole back pain blog because I dont think there are enough resources for those of us who have our backs go out. Its very upsetting. I tried to get Dr. Glaser to do a blog but Im not sure if he has the time. He gave me print outs of some of the latest news and medical journal articles on disc problems with new thoughts about treatment. This doctor is a special and professional man who definitely gave me hope and has delivered with some time. I almost always have to wait about 15 to 20 minutes past my appointment time which is okay because I get the attention I feel I need and know he is busy. Dr. Glaser was very friendly, but unfortunately the epidural procedure I received was not effective in easing my back pain. They made it clear that sometimes people do not respond to the treatment as well as others, and perhaps it would take a series of injections to start seeing some effect. After my follow up appointment, I decided it was not in my best interest to receive a 2nd epidural given the price and ineffectiveness of the first procedure.The reason for my lower review score was for the customer service of the front desk employees and the billing mix-up I had. Each time I called inquiring about my bill, the billing representative was not available, even though I was calling during their normal office hours (9am - 5pm). I find it strange they have designated only one person to discuss all billing matters, and I find it even stranger that this person is not available 5 days a week during their listed hours. Given the amount of money patients spend on the services provided by Dr. Glaser I dont think patients should have to resort to calling multiple times just to reach the only person who can discuss a bill especially when there has a been a clerical error with the amount billed, as was the case in my situation.I also didnt appreciate the customer service provided by the other staff member who worked the front desk. She was always very short and never seemed to show any concern with my inquiries, but rather was trying to get me off the line as soon as possible.Overall, I was just disappointed with the service, and felt like I was just another business transaction rather than a patient with whom they really cared about. Hopefully, I was an anomaly and usually this is not the case.

I just saw this doctor for the second time and love him and his practice. The doctor is witty and fast, but very on the spot correct about my back issues. My problem was addressed in a way that I appreciate because doctors that saw me previously blew me off and were curt without actually even examining me or exploring the problem. I lived with nerve pain from two pinched nerves in my neck. This manifested as constant pain down my arm. It was really hard to concentrate on anything. I tried physical Therapy first but that did not help at all. Finally I was referred to Dr Glaser and he gave me an injection. 80% of my symptoms are gone, the constant nerve pain is gone. I still have some tingling down my arm and some numbness but nothing like it was. I am going to have one more injection next week. I saw Dr. Glaser last February. I have had a long history of chronic pain in my low back and neck. When I first met Dr. Glaser he began asking me questions. I wasnt even half way through a sentence when he began interrupting me and bombarding me with questions and continually interrupting me without really listening to what I had to say. I kept trying to explain to Dr. Glaser that I had a very damaging surgery which caused me to need Morphine for years. He just nervously replied, but thats over with right? I said,yes but I am in a lot of pain again from my neck injury that occurred a few years ago. He was very unsympathetic about the damaging surgery and was in such a rush that he couldnt even focus on where my pain was. I had to tell him several times the pain was in my neck. However he ordered a test of my complete spine where I had to sign a paper saying I would pay $1000. if Medicare didnt pay it. Then the second time I saw Dr. Glaser to go over the test results he sent me away with nothing but a physical therapy script to a clinic that wanted $20. a copay for every visit three times a week. Of course I cant afford that but Dr. Glaser seemed oblivious to the fact that I am disabled and dont have a lot of money. Dr. Glaser seemed to understand me when I said I have terrible anxiety and that my pain and anxiety feed off of each other but he didnt find it necessary to give me medication to help me endure my chronic pain and anxiety. Another doctor has disagreed with Dr. Glasers professional opinion which makes Dr. Glaser guilty of gross negligence. Furthermore Dr. Glasers copay was exorbitant. He doesnt listen, doesnt seem to care or understand and IMHO is just out to cover his butt and make money.

Dr. Glaser is the most caring specialist I have ever dealt with. My specific problem is chronic, terrible migraine headaches. Dr. Glasers Botox treatments for migraines have helped improve my quality of life immeasurably; the shots last for months and manage the pain more effectively than any pharmaceutical that Ive ever tried. The injections do not hurt- there is only a slight pinch. My facial mobility has not been compromised at all. One specific benefit has been the alleviation of pain down from my temple to my shoulder muscles- it makes it so much easier to sleep! I decided to see Dr. Jeffrey Glaser to treat me for severe pain I was suffering from a pinched sciatic nerve on my right side, due to a 2 herniated discs. Dr. Jeffrey Glaser believed in starting out with a conservative treatment program beginning with oral medication and a physical therapy regiment. But after several weeks, the pain was still present, so he advised me to go to the next step, having an epidural injection as an out-patient. I followed his advice and I am glad I had. Several days following this procedure, I noticed a definite improvement and after a week, the pain is almost entirely gone. My wife came to doctor Glaser for severe lower back and leg pain. The result was his statement that he couldnt do anything for her and that said without any explanation. However, before leaving his office he had an afterthought that she should try a back support. It was fitted to her but later it was clear that the support did not fit and an attempt was made to return it the next day which he refused to do. I went to Dr. Glaser with terrible pain in my neck and back and was having a hard time walking.His office was more like a gentlemans club( receptionists and all women medical workers werewearing low cut blouses with cleavage abounding).
