My family recently grew unexpectedly. We weren’t quite in the place to buy right now and we were referred to Kelly to help us on our home rental search. We had been pushed around by other companies and we’re on a time limit in our current home. Needless to say, we were stressed out, big time! Kelly was an absolute saving grace. She listened to our needs and didn’t waste our time on places that wouldn’t fit our family. She understood what would work and wouldn’t work even better than we realized on our own, suggesting different floor plans and locations that actually suited us better than what we originally sought. Kelly was super quick to book us showings and really did a great job walking the residence and pointing out things that she liked or didn’t like for our particular family. We worked with Kelly for about 2 weeks before we found the perfect home, and with agent representation, we were approved quickly and without as much back and forth. The best part of this is having both Kelly and Jeff in our court for our future home purchase. They are leading us in the right direction to have everything in order when the time is right. After multiple attempts to find the agent to help list my property in rural area. I came across many agents that wasn’t able to help me sale my property. All because my property want sale-able, but because the agents wasn’t motivated enough to put out the hard work. I met Jeff and associates. They meet with me weekly and answer any question I might have. Alway available to contact and his team is very professional and knowledgeable. They got my property sold for a higher price than expected. Jeff have great associates on his team that is very friendly and willing to go out their way to secure my concerns. First time homebuyers, house hunting in SoCal on a tiny budget. We searched four years through job changes and promotions and paying off debt, always feeling like we were inching closer to landing a house, yet always getting outbid.Then the pandemic hit. We watched home prices skyrocket and it was as if we were starting over.Three years later— finally caved and reached out to a buyer’s agent that had been contacting me after I requested info on a property. The agent immediately began pushing us to bid over our budget ceiling and ignored criteria for what we were looking for. After trying to convince me to drop my trusted lender and go with his, I reached out to my lender for guidance. He offered to introduce me to an amazing buyer’s agent he knew.Kelly Jones of Russell Realty Group turned everything around for us. Her insight, expertise, and sincere empathy allowed us to actually enjoy the house hunting experience for the first time. We didn’t feel pressured to make offers on properties we didn’t like. If we went “Leroy Jenkins” and suggested an offer too high, she would tell us straight up that the property won’t appraise for that price. She would walk me through complex inspection/documentation processes via text any hour of the day, and was reliably prompt to respond. We always felt like she was in our corner.Based on our budget and asks in an insane seller’s market, we were probably the toughest clients an agent could take on. I’m very happy (and relieved!) to say that we are scheduled to close escrow on 08/11/23.Kelly’s knowledge, talent, and negotiating skills won us a property we love for 5% under asking price at at time when similar properties are selling for $50K over list. Throughout the process she always listened to our needs, was thoughtful about properties she suggested, and was honest about issues she observed and how they could affect us. My husband and I worked with Kelly Jones for about 8 months and she was super nice and sweet! Not only was she so kind but also very professional. She always knew what we wanted and one thing great about her is that she was always responsive and answered any questions we had (keep in mind we had A LOT of questions) and explained to us very thoroughly. One other great thing about her is that she never is that realtor who pushes his/her client to making decisions-- she is very very patient and never pushed us to make decisions.
