I was both buying and selling with Jeff. For selling, he advised getting inspections and repairs done early. I couldn’t have managed without him, but he ensured everything was completed on time. It was a lot of work, but following his advice led to multiple offers on my home, selling it for much more than I expected. Having not bought a house in nearly 30 years, I am grateful to Jeff and his experienced team.Jeffs great personality made my real estate experience exceptional. Hes outgoing and funny. He creatively nicknamed properties, like my James Bond unit with its unique, stylish features. Even during the tough process of selling, Jeff made it fun. His approach not only lightens the experience but also creates a bond of respect and genuine fondness. A truly great person and tons of fun to work with.

Jeff was a God send when it comes to selling and listing our home. He was our go-to when it came to making sure that everything that we needed to do was done. Jeff was not only our realtor, but he also took the time to get to know us. That is what made the difference. He knew who we were, and that made us a perfect team. It felt like we were working with our friend on a professional level. It is great when you can open up about how you feel about certain things when youre looking to sell your home and find one at the same time. It likely is odd that a buyer would write a review of their sellers agent but this is that. I cannot say enough about Jeff. He has shown unparalleled kindness to myself and my family. Unexpectedly widowed in 2020 I just could not face moving out of our family home until just recently. Even now it is painful. Jeff has shown us so much compassion. Dont get me wrong, he is a shrewd professional but his heart is 110% in the right place. I would not hesitate to work with him again and have already begun referring our friends to him. If you need an agent in San Diego, Las Vegas or San Francisco I would not hesitate to contact Jeff.
