JC Plumbing is my “go to” plumbing company whenever my husband and I need some plumbing work to be done. Jack, owner, came out today to do a natural gas grill hookup. We have used Jack several times over the past 2 years to remove some standard height toilets. We had him to replace them with chair height with soft close seats. He also installed a whole house water filtering tank for us. He made an excellent product recommendation that fit our budget. The scheduling process is streamlined and text messages to confirm with notification at least 30 minutes before arrival. You can depend upon Jack to make an accurate assessment of the work that has to be done, start to completion. He also gives you product choices that aligns with your budget, and the pros and cons of each. There’s no guesswork. You can be assured that he will make a thorough assessment. Excellent work!! Jack and Chris did an outstanding job with my kitchen project.My old sink and faucet were rusting away, leaking everywhere, and my dishwasher was beyond repair. They came out a couple of weeks ago on a Wednesday morning, and by 1pm they had completed the job. They removed everything and installed a brand new dishwasher, kitchen sink, faucet, and garbage disposal. They completely re-plumbed it all.I wanted to wait a couple of weeks before leaving a review, just to see how things worked. I’ve had no leaks and zero issues. Everything works as expected. JC Plumbing was very professional, from the initial site visit and estimate, all the way through completion. I will definitely be using them for future projects. Highly recommended!!! Look no further for a quality, knowledgeable, expert, experienced, friendly, personable, communicative plumbing company! Jack installed our new Novu water softener, he was personable, knowledgeable, and friendly. His attention to detail, and was meticulous with every portion of the install. He was able to identify through his quality assurance checks, that our pressure regulator was bad, (pressure was at 150 psi) which could have been a disaster. He replaced our pressure regulator with a new up to date, easy to use, easy to adjust, with a gauge on the out put side of the regulator. He has a readily available source of parts and materials on his truck ready for any situation that may come up during a repair or install! Cleaned everything through and after the process! Jack and Austin have serviced my water heater twice now. On both occasions, they are very professional and displayed proficiency at what they do. They are also very friendly, courteous and have excellent customer service skills that put customers like me at ease. I will highly recommend them to my family and friends if they want the job done correctly. Excellent service!!!

I recently had JC Plumbing install a water softener for our home in Wildomar, and I couldnt be happier with the results. From start to finish, their service was exemplary. I chose JC Plumbing for our plumbing needs because of the 5 star reviews and I wasnt disappointed. Ill use them again.We had a 40 gallon gas water heater tank replacement, PSR replacement, and water pressure check.Cristian was our tech. He was:*on time*professional, pleasant*very meticulous with his work and *knowledgeable with his job.His work was neat and clean. Very impressive!

This is my 3rd time calling on JC Plumbing. Needed the washing machine shut off valve and main line valve replaced. Jack provided transparent pricing that is pre-loaded on his tablet and he cleaned up so well you couldn’t tell he was even here. He is very communicative and is a pleasure to work with. He is our official “go to” plumber.

We were able to get an appointment within 2 days to fix a leaking toilet. The tech called 30 minutes before arriving and wore socks over his shoes. He described what would be done very accurately and explained every step. He talked about all the pricing options and we came to an agreement on what would be best. He went to buy a new toilet and returned in 45 minutes and quickly installed it. We also had him service our hot water tank. Overall, great job!
