2023-10-18 22:47:48Purchased a security system from Jim which included defective cameras. Received this today explaining why he can’t fix and suggested I hire someone else. I paid him a lot of money…apparently only new customers are worthy.“Hi Carol. I sorry for your frustration. Seems we always try to hook up at inconvenient times. I am super busy juggling to many projects. It would be convenient if you could find someone else to take care of this for you.I am working a critical project for the last 4 months. Tried to fit you in, but don’t seeing it happen anytime soon.”

2020-12-27 00:28:15I highly recommend Jim with JBI Integration Solutions. I have worked with many tech companies but never anyone who stuck with a problem until it was resolved the way Jim did. He was willing to continue problem solving until my system worked the way I wanted it to. Excellent customer service and competent tech work at a reasonable price point - you cant ask for more.
