This is been one of the worst experiences in customer service I’ve ever had to deal with. I paid them their $100 fee they filed my taxes. I thought that was that. And then I had a random email from them saying that I didnt sign some thing (in the confusion of filing for the first time and then it took another two weeks for them to actually file). When I wanted to check in and see how all the paperwork was doing they never got back to me they didn’t return my emails or phone calls. I finally got a hold of them while they were in the office and I made an appointment for today Thursday at 11 AM. I show up on time and nobody’s there. I waited for about a half an hour just in case there was a little emergency and they needed to go do something. But nobody showed up, I called multiple times and knocked on the door nobody was there. It’s the end of their their workday and I haven’t heard anything back. I won’t be going back to them to check in, I will not be filing with them again, and I would not recommend anybody else in the future. I’ll find another more professional CPA
