My 1-star rating is focused on the service and attitude of the staff, including Mr. Jay small business owner. Supplementary, food is 4-stars. I have read other reviews and this is the recurring theme. I’m glad to see you made it through Covid. Though the staff may be upset for not being part of the recent wage increase. In that case, don’t take it out on your customers, it not our fault. If you came into my Tea/Dessert shop, how would you like it if I gave you an attitude, was rude and called you by number? I did and you didn’t like it, did you? And now you’re reciprocating.

Ordered Large size pizza in 2-different flavors: Meat Lovers & Supreme. Actually it’s not much of diff in b-tween, except bell peppers, onions n mushroom, olives in Supreme. I prefer the Supreme w/ some moist juicy tasty bites from the veggies.Overall the topping is fresh which bring out a good flavor to it. Pizza dough itself is a bit too soft more like a bread, as I prefer a little more chewy texture. It’s 3.8.This is my very 1st time trying out based on my pizza searching when this local hole n wall spot pup up w/ a high rating score.It doesn’t even look like this business is open, as all the windows are closed, even it’s hard to find the entrance when there’s no Open sign.Cashier guy is not so friendly nor attentive. I imaging he’s from the owners family perhaps…(:

Medium supreme with extra olives came out to $18. Ordered at 11am on a Saturday and picked up hot and delicious at 11:30am. Parked on the street. Inside dining area looked nice and clean.

I like to order pizza on Wednesday s and Sundays when its on sale the jumbo pizza....steer you are crazy..the food is good!! Steer you dont like dont go there .better for me when I order it better faster.jays got good pizza.and fresh!

I have been in Monterey Park for more than 30 years, eating Red Devil Pizza at the same location as Jay’s once it closed we have been eating Rio’s Pizza. Jay’s Pizza looks like Rio’s Pizza except for the dough and the Pizza Sauce. Jay’s Prices are Great! And the Pizza is good. The person who took my order by phone was rude, however the guy who helped me in the store provided me with good service.

Best pizza in Monterey Park. Affordable, delicious, good to deal with. Skip Dominos and support a local business that knows how to make a great pie. The normal crust is delicious but if required they can do gluten free personal pizza which is about the same price as gluten free pizzas at the grocery store. Cant beat it.

Absolutely outstanding! It’s so hard to find good vegan pizza that’s not up-charged a ridiculous amount. It’s only a few bucks more than regular pizza and it’s so, so delicious! So many options for toppings too and they always bake the crust just right. They also have vegan mozzarella sticks, tenders and cauliflower wings! Jay’s is officially my go-to for pizza, thank you so much for having such great variety and deliciousness on your menu! The workers are super friendly too. You won’t be disappointed!

Love them! Ok so i love love this pizza place, been purchasing for more than 4 years but i had noticed on the last couple of months that pizzas are lacking ingredients towards the back of the pizza slices! And my pizzas are often from the specialty pizzas and are not cheap so i think we as costumes should be getting what we pay for, dont you think guys!? Still loving the c.s. the delicious taste though dont get me wrong!

Cool tip! This place has coupons on the back of receipts from the Ralph’s in Atlantic Square! The pizza is amazing, especially on a deal!
