Jay and his team were recommended to me by a friend of mine, who had used them on various projects in the past. Jay and his team helped me with a project in Beverly Hills. They are extremely knowledgeable and experienced. I asked Jay for advice and recommendation throughout the process, and despite changes by me, they were extremely patient and worked with me tirelessly to get my plans completed and submitted to the city and get my permits approved. Jay always made himself available to speak to me on the phone to go over everything and made sure I accomplished what I wanted at the end. Lara and her whole team at Jay Cad were fantastic! They really bent over backwards to make sure I got exactly what I needed for my remodel—above and beyond! And my contractor was very impressed with the drawings as well; he pointed out that they were really worth it, since Ill end up saving so much more during the engineering phase, because the engineer will have these super accurate and helpful drawings to work off of. I would not hesitate to use Jay Cad again and will recommend them to all my developer friends. Thanks Lara and everyone at Jay Cad!

I used Jay Cad to produced As-Built plans for an existing building. They replied to my initial email promptly, got me on the schedule in short order and delivered the finished product as promised. Lara was very helpful.

Jay Cad is wonderful. I’ve used them a lot on many of my properties. They have a very knowledgeable staff that know the code very well. Their prices are very competitive. They were able to expedite my projects with out losing a beat during the pandemic and the city services shutting down and being low on staff.They have everyone from code consultants, drafters, and engineers on board which makes it a great one stop shop for any developer.

Jay did an excellent job on our house in silverlake. I did a lot of research and Jay gave me the best price and our architect was very happy with his work once he gave it to us. His turn around was very quick as well. Would recommend him to anyone and would use him again.
